Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of customer satisfaction of green cottage restaurant viewed from the aspect of product, price, place, promotion and service. This research was conducted from February to April 2017, using primary and secondary data with sampling technique of accidental sampling method and respondents were 96 people. The method of analysis used is descriptive data analysis depicting Level of Consumer Satisfaction at Restaurant Pondok Hijau Manado City. To measure the Level of Consumer Satisfaction at Restaurant Pondok Hijau Manado City, use the Likert Scale. The result of the research showed that the perception index of customer satisfaction to the service of distribution for credit of grassroot business at Bank BRI Unit Tomohon Utara Tomoho City, Consumer Satisfaction Level of Pondok Hijau Restaurant in Manado was 76.64% and classified as Very Satisfied (SP).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the amount of: (1) the cost per one time production, (2) revenue and income per one time production (3) added value from the banana processing business into banana chips. This research was conducted in Kecamatan Malalayang. Data collection begins at the end of February to March 2017. Data collection methods are conducted using primary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews based on a prepared list of questions, as well as on-site observations. The data collected involves: The variable cost is the amount of value influenced by the amount of production of banana chips is the cost of raw materials (bananas) and the cost of fuel (kerosene, LPG gas), Fixed costs consist of: depreciation cost of equipment and construction depreciation or cost other beyond the variable cost. Depreciation is the cost of depreciation per year, ie stove, knife, spoon of fryers, chopper, scales, and trays per year. Additives material are ingredients other than the main ingredients needed in the production process ie cooking oil, sugar, salt, egg yolk, and wrapping plastic. The total cost is all costs incurred in the production of bananas into banana chips. Methods of data analysis conducted in this study are: (1) calculate the total cost per one time production, (2) calculate the business profits processing banana fruit into banana chips per one time production with the formula π = TR - TC. (3) Calculating the added value of the banana processing business into banana chips. The results showed that (1) The amount of cost the banana Dewi chips per production is Rp. 164.000, - with details of banana raw material Rp. 25.000, - and auxiliary materials, among others, cooking oil, sugar, salt, egg yolks cendrawasih, plastic wrapping, and gas Rp. 139.000, -. (2) Large income and income per one time banana banana chips production is 20 packs per one time production with selling price Rp. 20.000, - so the revenue of Dewi banana chips is 400,000, - and (3) the amount of added value from the processing of banana into Dewi banana chips is Rp. 232.555,48 and for the value added to the raw material of banana chips, 232.555.48 divided by 100 bananas the result is 2,325,55, meaning that each banana that is processed into banana chips can give the addition of value of 2,325,55.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of management function in Asi Endo Farmer Group in Tewasen Village, Amurang Barat Subdistrict, South Minahasa Regency. The study was conducted from April to June 2017. The data used were primary data obtained from direct interviews with the management and members of farmer groups based on prepared questions list and direct observation or survey in the research site. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, presented in tabular form, then the resultant data is analyzed by using likert scale. The results showed that the implementation of Asi Endo farmer group management function in Tewasen Village, Amurang Barat subdistrict of South Minahasa Regency covering the function of planning, organizing function, movement function, supervisory function and assessment function, as a whole is in the Very Good category with 82.8% . This means that group members together with group administrators are very good at implementing management functions within the Asi Endo farmer group.*jrm*

Abstract

This study aims to analyze marketing channels and the efficiency of onion marketing in South Tonsewer Village, west Tompaso District. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through a list of questions that have been prepared while secondary data obtained from BP3K Office District West Tompaso, BPS (Central Statistics Agency), Internet and previous research on Marketing. Farmer samples were collected using Simple Random Sampling method and for marketing institution using snowball sampling method. The number of samples of farmers is 25 people. The data are presented in tabular form and then analyzed descriptively. The concept of measurement of variables used is the selling price, the number of onion and marketing costs. The results showed that marketing channels in Tonsewer Selatan Village, Tompaso Barat District consisted of 4 (1) farmers - Kawangkoan market retailers - consumers, (2) farmers - seller retailers Langowan market - consumers, (3) farmers - collectors village - Tomohon market-consumer merchants, and (4) farmers - village wholesalers - wholesalers of Bitung port - consumers. Based on the value of price transmission elasticity, marketing margin, farmer's share, and profit-to-cost ratio indicate that four marketing channels are not efficient. an efficient marketing channel based on the value of price transmission elasticity, marketing margins, and farmer's share, two efficient marketing channels based on farmer's share and cost-benefit ratios, and three efficient marketing channels at farmer's share.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Perceptions of the Community Against Rice Land Use In Tounelet Village One, Sub-district Sonder. This research was conducted from November 2017 until January 2018, starting from preparation until preparation of research report. The research site is Tounelet Village One, Sub-district Sonder. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from 30 respondents by using questionnaire, while secondary data was obtained from print media and online media and from journals in the literature related to this research. Sampling method in this research using purposive sampling method. Result of research indicate that public perception toward Wetland Field Estate is good with perception index 77.27%. The community agrees with the use of existing paddy fields in Tounelet One village, Pigs help both as rice fields and as pig farms.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the consumer behavior based on individual, environmental, and marketing strategy factors in the buying decision of Martabak Itang in Pakowa, Manado. This study was expected to be the source of information to entrepreneurs about the consumers behavior in buying Martabak Itang in Pakowa, Manado, so that companies can determine and improve the strategy in dealing with the competition.The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The sampling method in this study was Accidental Sampling, which was taking the sample that accidentally met with the researcher. The total of sample taken in this study was 60 people. The sampling process was conducted in 6 days, which was the number of samples taken was 10 buyers for day for a week, from Monday until Saturday. The result of this study showed that individual factors measured by need and motivation did not affect the buying decision. Environmental factors measured by family and friends influencethe buying decision. While marketing strategy factors measured by product, price, promotion, location, and service influencethe buying decision.*lrr*.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the marketing strategy of Tempe Sucipto in Manado. This study uses descriptive analysis based on Likert scale. This study is conducted from November until January 2018 located in MultiMart, Jumbo, Golden, Fiesta Ria, Transmart Carrefour, and Indomaret Plus Manado. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from interview towards 12 respondents of customers of Tempe Sucipto who have ordered Tempe Sucipto in November 2018. Secondary data is data obtained from the related literature. Results indicate that respondents are satisfied to the product Tempe Sucipto in terms of quality. Packaging, durability, and features.*lrr*.

Abstract

AbstractThe objective of this research are to compute anda compare the chili farming in the both first planting period and second planting period, to compute chili farming income both the first planting period and second planting period. The research location is taken intentionally (purposive sampling) of three villages as the center of the village production chili in three villages namenly Danowudu, Apela II and Kumorsot in five months, from December 2012 until May 2013. Sampling technique census is conducted on 24 respondents divided into two groups based on the first planting period and second planting period. Data used in this research is farmer’s income. Data analysis uses standard deviation, coefficient of variation and lower income limit.The results showed the risk of chili farming in the first period of planting was Rp.2.343.347 with relative level 0.41 and a lower limit of income was Rp 1.081.287. Even the risk of chili farming in the second period of planting was Rp. 4.144.513 with relative level 0.41 and a lower limit of income was Rp – 192.776. The second period of planting had greater risk than the first period of planting. The sources of risk that the chili farming experienced in first and second period of planting are the source of physical risk and the source of economic risk. That chili farming average income in the first period of planting was Rp. 5.917.732 per hectare with the range from Rp 2.854.792 per hectare to Rp 8.910.122 per hectare, and that chili farming average income in the second period of planting was Rp 8.265.574 per hectare with the range from Rp 2.577.415 per hectare to Rp 14.712.370 per hectare.Farmers need to take a risk to get more profit and to intensify their farming. Role of the government is to introduce more technology that can help the farmers in developing chili farming to make it better.

Data in the study were analyzeddescriptively where the data collected is presented in tabular from and todetermine whether a mix crop farming is profitable or not by using R/C ratio farmin come mix plant, in village Manumpitaeng. Manganitu District, Sangihearchipelago district of the analysis return cost ratio (R/C) as a whole is greaterthan one that was 1,83 it means that the income earned in a single productionprocess is beneficial.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aims of the study are to determine the development of BRI credit which has distributed in the agriculture sector, to know and to analyze the development of its credit financing on agriculture and non agriculture, to know about non performing loans at BRI. The research was conducted at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk specifically at Tondano Minahasa District Branch. In this research only on certain BRI unit that ditributes credits to agriculture sector. Those units are unit BRI Langowan, unit BRI Kawangkoan, unit BRI Tondano, and unit BRI Sonder. The data were analyzed by using quantitative and qualitative descriptive data analysis then were presented in Tables. The results show that the financing plan and credit that distributed by BRI branch in Tondano to agriculture sector in Minahasa is increasing from year to year. It can be seen from the financing achievement provided by BRI is greater than the BRI financing target. The development of BRI agriculture and non agriculture financing has experienced of increasing from 2011 to 2013 through BRI credit such as KUR Mikro and KKP-E. BRI has faced credit problems when the time of credit repayment in which the NPL of non agriculture is 50% as for agriculture sector NPL is only 20%. This may happen because of the lenders could not pay their debts.
