Abstract

Objective. Local potentional-based Creative industry is a method to improve society's prosperity. Society's bewilderment in processing natural products into creative industries is one of the reasons why people sale off their harvests that results low-price raw products. Women (in this case housewives) in Ngesong village required an education or training regarding local potential-based creative industries. This society's empowerment discussed about enhancement of society's prosperousness with a program called EPOLIK (Edukasi Pemanfaatan Potensi Lokal sebagai Industri Kreatif). It is an educational Program on the use of local potentials as creative industries. The program was formulated for housewives in Ngesong village. Materials and Methods. The empowerment in this research used PAR (Participatory Action Research) method, which was a collaboration between researchers and the Ngesong people. The collaboration included: formulating the issues/problems, Planning the actions, executing the actions and evaluating the outcomes. Results. The results of the empowerment are: (1) the assisted participants can make processed Sapodilla ingredients into cakes and drinks called Maneela Cake and Maneela Syrup: (2) awareness within themselves, namely: (a) awareness that there is potential in their area that should be developed; (b) Awareness that the developed local potential can have economic value; (c) Delicacy in that selling goods directly with goods processed into semi-finished goods has more selling value; (d) growing creative industries starting from home. Conclusion. This empowerment activity through EPOLIK provides experience for assisted subject housewife to find potential natural resources that can be processeed into value-added products to increase economic welfare. This activity also provides skills to assisted subject husewife in processing local potential in the form of Sapodilla fruit into Maneela cake and Maneela Syrup. In addition, this activity can increase the motivation of assisted subject mothers as creative industry players by utilizing local potential to improve welfare.

Abstract

English is a mandatory part of the education curriculum. However, English language learning is perceived to be less effective, prompting continued interest in additional courses, including online ones. Online class management in English courses presents both opportunities and challenges, requiring careful planning, organization, implementation, and supervision to achieve learning objectives. Field observations indicate various challenges in online english learning. Therefore, this research aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of online English learning at Bahasaku Inggris. This case study employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The result of this research reveals that lesson planning involves setting clear objectives, with participant analysis serving as a crucial source of information for planning. Lesson planning also requires the preparation of teaching materials, methods, and media such as images, videos, whiteboards, recorders, and assessment plans. Continuous evaluation is conducted through various means, including exams, assignments, and practical exercises, aiming to ensure constructive feedback and a holistic understanding of English by the students.

Abstract

The ability in the field of learning media development must be possessed by students who are indeed prepared to become educators or expert in the field of learning media development. The aims of this study: (1) to describe the steps for implementing project based learning in the course of developing learning media; (2) describe the results obtained from the application of project based learning in the learning media development course. The research method use in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study: (1) the steps for implementing project based learning begin with planning, namely by preparing lesson plans and preparing learning tools, the process is carried out by giving assignment to students to make papers and examples of learning media development, evaluation is carried out by assessing all the resulting learning media development products; (2) the result of the implementation of the project based learning strategy is an understanding of the materials and products or works resulting from the development of learning media.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) to find out the character values in scouting education at MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan Solokuro Lamongan; (2) knowing the factors supporting and inhibiting the cultivation of character values in scouting education at MI Mambaul Ulum Dagan Solokuro Lamongan. The research uses a qualitative approach with case study analysis. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Checking the validity of the data through technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this study are: (1) character values in scouting education consist of religious character values, character values related to oneself such as independence, creativity, and discipline, and character values related to others and the environment. (2) supporting factors for inculcating character values in scouting education are having loyal coaches, good cooperation from institutions and parents in scout extracurricular activities, complete facilities ranging from fields and outdoors to scouting tools and scout studios all of them are supportive, and the awareness and interest of student to take extracurricular activities is very high. The inhibiting factor is that the scout members are busy when delivering scouting material so that disrupts the activity process, some students need special attention due to certain conditions, the implementation of scouts is closed during school exams so that scouting activities must stop in a few days.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan budaya religius siswa di MTs Ma’arif 28 Islamiyah Lembor serta mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat pengembangan budaya religius siswa di MTs Ma’arif 28 Islamiyah Lembor. Pengembangan budaya religius siswa adalah upaya yang dilakukan seluruh warga madrasah untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai ajaran agama kepada siswa dengan tujuan memperkuat keimanan serta membentuk pribadi yang sadar akan agama dan berakhlak mulia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan metode triangulasi yang meliputi triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan budaya religius siswa di MTs Ma’arif 28 Islamiyah Lembor telah diterapkan dengan baik melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi. Pada tahap perencanaan terdapat kegiatan membuat jadwal rapat bersama rapat guru, membuat sub-sub kegiatan beserta penanggungjawab, dan sosialisasi program yang telah dibuat. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, pengembangan budaya religius dibagi menjadi dua, yakni kegiatan pembiasaan dan program pengembangan khusus. Setelah tahap pelaksanaan, diadakan evaluasi. Evaluasi pengembangan budaya religius yang dilakukan madrasah meliputi pengamatan sikap sehari-hari, pengadaan tes formatif dan sumatif serta evaluasi tindaklanjut dengan mengkomunikasikan bersama orang tua. Faktor yang mendukung pengembangan budaya religius siswa di MTs Ma’arif 28 Islamiyah adalah adanya komitmen bersama warga madrasah, adanya sinergitas dengan pondok pesantren dan adanya dukungan dari orang tua. Adapun faktor yang dirasa menghambat pengembangan budaya religius siswa yaitu latar belakang siswa yang berbeda-beda dan kurangnya kesadaran siswa.

Abstract

This article aims to find out how Islam views the profession of begging with the aim of fulfilling basic needs. This research is a library research study using a descriptive analytical approach. The results of this research explain that begging behavior is not only caused by a person's inability to fulfill their basic needs (Hifdz an-Nafs), but is also caused by a desire to save or have wealth in a practical way. Therefore, in Islam the law makes begging as a profession either halal or haram, depending on the conditions and circumstances. However, Islam strictly prohibits its followers from begging except in emergency situations and forces its followers to work to meet their needs

Abstract

Students at MI Tarbiyatus Sa’adah have achieved many accomplishments, both academically and non-academically. These achievements can be achieved because of MI Tarbiyatus Sa’adah’s effective strategies, which include creating development programs that support student achievement. This research aims to: (1) Describe the student achievement development programs at MI Tarbiyatus Sa’adah, (2) Describe the supporting factors for student achievement development at MI Tarbiyatus Sa’adah, (3) Describe the inhibiting factors for student achievement development at MI Tarbiyatus Sa’adah. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection is done through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data validity is checked using source and technique triangulation. The results show that: 1. MI Tarbiyatus Sa’adah has a strategy for improving student achievement consisting of 7 stages: planning (identification), resource preparation, socialization, program implementation, appreciation, evaluation, and development. 2. Supporting factors for student achievement development include internal factors such as student character, interests, and talents, and external factors such as a safe and comfortable school environment, the role of the head of madrasah, funding allocation, teacher loyalty and commitment, and facilities. 3. Inhibiting factors include the multifunctionality of facilities and a tight schedule of development activities. To address these challenges, the madrasah collaborates with external parties regarding facility limitations and adjusts schedules to align with the availability of practice spaces and mentors.

Abstract

Gender based education is education that aims to provide justice and harmony for men and women. Gender based education is based on the inequality beetwen men and women. R.A. Kartini is one of the figures who initiade gender based education wich contains equality education and character education. Equalityeducation teaches how students as human beings have the same rights and obligations, not differentiated on the basis of gender and socio-economic background. While character education teaches how important morals are to balance the intellegience of the brain. The study aims to determine the concept of gender based education and its relevance to the goals of Islamic education. By using this type of library reseach, this research requires quite a lot of documents such as book, articles, journals and other documents. The data sources of this reseach were obtained from primary data (basic data) and secondary data (supporting or supporting data). The analytical method used in this research is qualitative anlysis. From the results of this study it is known that gender based education R.A. Kartinihas a similiar pattern of ideas with the purpose of Islamic education in particular, namely education is required for men and women by providing (science) as wellas forming morals so that later men and women work together to advance the nation.
