Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this study in to determine the effect to Crop Production OfFood Price Index in Manado this study uses secondary data. The data used is obtainedfrom the Office of the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sulawesi Province, in theform of time series data. Analysis of data using multiple linear regressi on models toexamine the relationship between production of food crops, with food price indeks inManado city.The results of research showed that the effect of Crop Production Of Food PriceIndex in Manado City is influenced by two variables, the production of food crops inthe city of Manado and food crop production in North Sulawesi Province outside ofthe city of Manado.Based on regression analysis, it can be concluded that the F-value equal to 2,07with a significant level of 0,197 which means the production of food crops in the cityof Manado and food crop production in North Sulawesi city of Manado out jointlysignificant effect on food price index. Determinant coefficient ( ) of 0,521 indicatedthat 52.1% of food price index is affected by the variables the production of foodcrops in the city of Manado and food crop production in North Sulawesi Provinceoutside of the city of Manado. Regression coefficient for the variable crop productionin the city of Manado was positive it means that the variable is 0,07058 cropproduction in Manado City but had a significant effect on food price index withP=0,092, but the regression coefficient for the variable crop production in NorthSulawesi Province outside of the city of Manado -0,0003927 was negative whichmeans variable crop production in North Sulawesi Province outside of the city ofManado had a significant effect on food price index in the city of Manado withP=0,090.

Abstract

AbstractThe objective of this research are to compute anda compare the chili farming in the both first planting period and second planting period, to compute chili farming income both the first planting period and second planting period. The research location is taken intentionally (purposive sampling) of three villages as the center of the village production chili in three villages namenly Danowudu, Apela II and Kumorsot in five months, from December 2012 until May 2013. Sampling technique census is conducted on 24 respondents divided into two groups based on the first planting period and second planting period. Data used in this research is farmer’s income. Data analysis uses standard deviation, coefficient of variation and lower income limit.The results showed the risk of chili farming in the first period of planting was Rp.2.343.347 with relative level 0.41 and a lower limit of income was Rp 1.081.287. Even the risk of chili farming in the second period of planting was Rp. 4.144.513 with relative level 0.41 and a lower limit of income was Rp – 192.776. The second period of planting had greater risk than the first period of planting. The sources of risk that the chili farming experienced in first and second period of planting are the source of physical risk and the source of economic risk. That chili farming average income in the first period of planting was Rp. 5.917.732 per hectare with the range from Rp 2.854.792 per hectare to Rp 8.910.122 per hectare, and that chili farming average income in the second period of planting was Rp 8.265.574 per hectare with the range from Rp 2.577.415 per hectare to Rp 14.712.370 per hectare.Farmers need to take a risk to get more profit and to intensify their farming. Role of the government is to introduce more technology that can help the farmers in developing chili farming to make it better.

Rengkung as members.The objective of this research is to know the mix of crop farming anddetermine farm in come mix plant the manumpitaeng village, manganitu subdistrict, Sangihe Island Regency.Data connected in this study is primary data and secondary data.Determining the sample of the research is conducted by purposive randomsampling which is based on a mixed crop farming that are already production.Sample used in this research is 9 people. Data in the study were analyzeddescriptively where the data collected is presented in tabular from and todetermine whether a mix crop farming is profitable or not by using R/C ratio farmin come mix plant, in village Manumpitaeng. Manganitu District, Sangihearchipelago district of the analysis return cost ratio (R/C) as a whole is greaterthan one that was 1,83 it means that the income earned in a single productionprocess is beneficial.

Abstract

ABSTRACTJessie Tilung. Rural Agribusiness Enterprise Development Program Evaluation In Warukapas Village, Dimembe Sub District. Under the guidance of Joachim. N. K. Dumais, as a chairman, B. C. D. Pakasi, and R. M. Kumaat as member’s.The objective of this research in to describe the evaluation of rural agribusiness enterprise development programs, based on outputs, outcomes, benefits, impact. This research was conducted in Warukapas Village, Dimembe Sub District North Minahasa Regency, lasted from June 2013 to March 2014. Data collected in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires that have been presented to farmers PUAP funds and in-depth interviews (Indepth Interviews) to parties involved in the implementation of the program include administrators Gapoktan PUAP Esa Toroan and accompanying companion extension Gapoktan, while secondary data was obtained from agencies involved in this study that the data related to the program PUAP, Warukapas Village Office, Gapoktan Secretariat and the Central Bureau of Statistics.Sampling was done intentionally using simple random sampling and samples taken as many as 15 farmers who were PUAP’s receiver Gapoktan members of Warukapas Village, Dimembe Sub District North Minahasa Regency.The research result showed that PUAP programs provided by the government at the Warukapas Village especially Gapoktan Toroan Esa has gone well by lookingat funds that have been distributed to the who need, the increase of agribusiness activity, increased revenue from Rp. 15,446,403, after receiving PUAP, the increased of an average value of Rp. 20,927,239, PUAP programs provided by the government gave a positive impact for the community, therefore the active role of the community is expected to support government programs that would be useful for the community itself.

Under guidance of Dr. Caroline Pakasi BD, SP, MSi as chairman, Ir. Jenny Baroleh, MSi and Ir. Joachim N. K. Dumais, ME as members.The objective of this research is to determine the comparison of farmer’s income on varions marketing channel of nutmeg seed in Kauditan Sub District North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted in Kauditan Sub District North Minahasa Regency from February 2014 to May 2014. Data collected in this study is primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from 40 respondents nutmeg farmers, and secondary data obtained from institution associated with the research namely Department of Agriculture North Minahasa regency and office of Kauditan Sub District. Data were collected by system kuota.The results showed the greatest farmers Income is marketing channel 4, because the at marketing channel 4, as well as collecting large farmers. The farmer receives sales nutmeg from other farmers so that the amount of nutmeg production owned by the farmers to increase. At 4 marketing channels, farmers selling nutmeg inthe form of dried nutmeg because nutmeg dried selling price is greater than theselling price of crude nutmeg therefore the revenue received on marketing channel 4 was the greatest compared to the other marketing channel.

Sondakh , SP ., MP as member .The objective of this research is to determine the welfare level of potato farmers basedon marketing channels of potatoes in Makaaruyen Village Modoinding Sub District.This research was conducted in Makaaruyen Village Modoinding Sub District , occurred inMarch of 2014. Data collected in this study are primary and secondary data . Primary datawere obtained from 40 respondents potato farmers , and secondary data obtained from theinstitutions associated with this study that is BP3K District of Modoinding , ModoindingDistrict Office , and BKKBN Manado. Data collecting used simple random sampling method.The research result showed that there were 2 marketing channel that can be comparedstatistically namely :1. Channel 1 : Farmer collecting trader consumer2. Channel 2 : Farmer collecting trader retailer consumerT test result indicated that at marketing channel 1 is larger than the farmer welfare level atmarketing channel 2.

Abstract

ABSRACTThe objective of this research is to identify the effect ofgovernment expenditure to GRDP of agriculture sector in North Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted from October to November 2014 by using secondary data in form of tim series data in 2005-2013 period obtained from North Sulawesi Central Bureau of Statistics and North Sulawesi Province Agriculture and Livestock Department. Analysis of data uses simple linear regression method using Minitab Statistics program version 16.Research result showed that 80,3 percent of GRDP Agriculture sector was significantly affected by Government expenditureat 30 percent significance level, therefore it can be concluded that the increasing of government expenditure of agriculture sectorincrease GRDP of agriculture sector in North Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to identify this study is what factors influence the use of paddy rice production in the Tompasobaru Dua Village District. The data collected in this research was primary data. Primary data obtained from interviews with farmers using a questionnaire. The sampling method is simple random sampling, the number of farmers as much as 60 samples .The analysis used in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. The dependent variable is the production of rice and the independent variable is the land area , the use of urea, fertilizer use ponska, and labor. Abstract

ABSTRACT  Giving credit program with the intermediary of bank aims to add capital farmers so that they can expand their business. Farmers need more capital obtained through loans, in order to develop farming, so that the results of farming can increase. Problems faced by farmers in Rurukan that farmers have not been able to optimize its production because of capital constraints that hindered farmer’s income could not increase.  Based on the description above, the problem in this research is how the role of agricultural credit from BRI Bank to the income of carrot’s farmers in Rurukan villages. The objective of this research is to analyze the role of agricultural credit from BRI Bank to the income of carrot farmers in Rurukan villages. The method used is descriptive based on survey research area.   The research result showed that loans received by farmers from banks is used for the addition of the factors of production used by farmers as increasing the number of labor, increase the use of fertilizers, seeds and tools, so that production of farmer could increase. The increase in production has resulted in increasing farmer's income as well. So it can be seen that there is a difference between the income of carrot’s farmer before receiving credit and after receiving credit. In other words, credit borrowed from banks have a positive impact on carrot’s farming activities.  Keywords : Giving Credit Program And Farmer’s Income

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Yunetris Sarendaren. Analysis of Consumer Satisfaction Of Bulk Cooking Oil Consumption In Pinasungkulan Market Karombasan Manado (under the guidance of Dr. Ir. Leonardus R. Rengkung, ME as a Chairman, Ir. Joachim Dumais, ME as a Member, Ir. Vicky R.B Moniaga, MSi as Members).  The objective of this research is to determine the level of customer satisfaction of the cooking oil products in the city of Manado in terms of price, product, location and service in Pinasungkulan Market Karombasan Manado. Data collection was conducted for 3 months from January to March 2015. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained by using questionnaire to respondent. Secondary data was collected from all business owners/store cooking oil involved in this study that were the traders in the Pinasungkulan Market Karombasan Manado.  The research result showed that the price and products offered by 13 stores around the Pinasungkulan Market Karombasan Manado is affordable therefore the public or consumers are satisfied with the price of cooking oil and product sold in the market. On the other side the place and service of Pinasungkulan Market Karombasan Manado were still needed to improved.  Keyword : Cooking Oil Consumption, and level of satisfaction
