Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tourist preferences on visiting decisions through tourist attractions. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is all visitors to Beneteng Oranje, Ternate city. The number of research samples is 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is path modeling analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4 as a statistical test tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Tourist preferences have a significant effect on visiting decisions; (2) Tourist preferences have a significant effect on tourist attractiveness; (3) tourist attraction has a significant effect on visiting decisions; (4) Tourist preferences have a significant effect on visiting decisions through tourist attractions . Keywords: Tourist Preferences, Tourist Attractiveness and Visiting Decisions.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are: To find out and analyze how the partial influence of content marketing and influencer variables on purchasing decisions for fashion products on the Tiktok platform studies on Campus II Unkhair students and to determine the simultaneous influence of content marketing and influencer variables on purchasing decisions fashion products on the tiktok platform studies on Campus II Unkhair students. The number of research samples is 80 respondents and data collection using a questionnaire. The test tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical package for social scientists (SPSS) as a statistical test tool. The results of the study show that content marketing and influencer variables have a partially positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneously that the variables of content marketing and influencer have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on organizational performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research is a quantitative study. The population in this study is calculated using the Slovin formula so that the sample in this study was 135 respondents. The data analysis technique used is path modeling with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4 as a statistical test tool. The results of this study indicate that: Organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational performance at the Regional Secretariat of Central Halmahera Regency, Organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on organizational performance at the Regional Secretariat of Central Halmahera Regency, Organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat of Central Halmahera Regency, Organizational commitment has a significant effect on job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat of Central Halmahera Regency, Job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational performance at the Regional Secretariat of Central Halmahera Regency, Organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable at the Regional Secretariat of Central Halmahera Regency and Organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on organizational performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable at the Regional Secretariat of Central Halmahera Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai dimediasi komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Maluku Utara. Jumlah sampel penelian adalah sebanyak 125 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis SEM dengan menggunakan Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4 sebagai alat uji statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengembangan SDM tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) Pengembangan SDM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi; (3) Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (4) Komitmen organisasi mampu memediasi pengaruh pengembangan SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai.   This study aims to determine the effect of HR development on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. This study is a quantitative study. The population in this study were employees of the North Maluku Province Education and Culture Office. The number of research samples was 125 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study was SEM analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4 as a statistical test tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Human resource development does not have a significant effect on employee performance; (2) Human resource development has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; (3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (4) Organizational commitment is able to mediate the effect of human resource development on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of parents in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SD Negeri 1 Tobelo, North Halmahera Regency and to find out parents' strategies for providing guidance to children when studying during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method is descriptive qualitative using the Snowball technique. . This research analysis is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The research results show the role of parents in the child's learning process during study from home. The role of parents is also very necessary to provide education to children who do not really understand about the Covid-19 pandemic which is currently endemic and is forcing people to stay at home, study from home, worship and work from home. In principle, so far apart from parents, there are also teachers or even peers who carry out this role. For now, it is almost certain that this role will only be carried out by parents or family at home, so there must be more strengthening, sensitivity and patience from parents in implementing distance education for early childhood children at home. The existence of learning activities at home also has benefits for children and their parents. This government policy regarding online learning makes us all aware of the importance of learning technology and using technology positively.
