Abstract

Entrepreneurship can be a way to improve Indonesia’s economic, social, and environmental condition.  This study aims to understand the relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial mindset, entrepreneurial alertness, and entrepreneurial intention. A total of 100 university students in the Greater Jakarta region in Indonesia were chosen as the respondents of this study. The results of this study showed that entrepreneurial intention is affected directly by entrepreneurial alertness. It is also affected indirectly by entrepreneurial mindset when it is mediated by entrepreneurial alertness. However, there are no direct effects on entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurial knowledge toward entrepreneurial intention. Moreover, both entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurial knowledge have positive and significant effect towards entrepreneurial alertness. This study gives an empirical and theoretical results basis for the antecedents of entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

This paper proposes a comprehensive framework examining how lecturer competencies influence student entrepreneurial outcomes in higher education. Drawing from social cognitive theory and experiential learning perspectives, we develop five hypotheses exploring the relationships between lecturer's pedagogical competence, lecturer's entrepreneurial competence, student entrepreneurial engagement, and student entrepreneurial intention. The framework suggests that both pedagogical and entrepreneurial competencies of lecturers play crucial roles in fostering student engagement and intention toward entrepreneurship. Additionally, student engagement serves as a critical mediating factor in developing entrepreneurial intentions. This conceptual paper contributes to entrepreneurship education literature by distinguishing between different types of lecturer competencies and their unique impacts on student outcomes.

Abstract

Analysis of the Determinants of the Influence of Education, Databases, and Technological Innovation on the Implementation of the Internet of Things is an analysis of published works in the subject of ESSB. In order to provide a basis for future research, this article aims to generate hypotheses about the correlation between variables. Academic databases such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and others are part of the research object. This research utilizes a literature review strategy based on the use of publicly accessible electronic resources, such as e-books and journals. Descriptive qualitative analysis was used. The following are the findings of this analysis: 1) Education in the Implementation of the Internet of Things; 2) Database in Internet of Things Implementation Determination Analysis; 3) Technology Innovation in Internet of Things Implementation Determination Analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Orientasi Pasar Dan Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan tinjauan literatur yang menggali wawasan dari tinjauan literatur terbaru yang komprehensif, penelitian ini menguji temuan berbagai penulis untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai hasil penelitian terdahulu terkait Pengaruh Orientasi Pasar Dan Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) orientasi pasar memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian. (2) kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (3) Orientasi pasar dan Kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh yang simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of related party transactions on accrual earnings management which is moderated by organizational capital. This study uses manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018-2021 using a purposive sampling method. A panel data approach was used to test the hypotheses of this study. The results of this study found that related party transactions had a positive and significant effect on accrual earnings management, while organizational capital cannot strengthen the effect of related party transactions on accrual earnings management. This study has important implications for the development of agency theory. This study shows that agency theory has an important role in creating information asymmetry between shareholders and company management. Information asymmetry triggers managers' actions to manage earnings on an accrual basis through the use of related party transactions. The aim is to improve company management performance, so that managers' motivation to obtain bonuses can be achieved.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an appropriate marketing strategy to strengthen the competitive advantage of XYZ Fashion Stores amid increasing competition in the fashion retail industry. The object of this study is Toko Fashion XYZ, which is a retail company that sells quality and fashionable clothing, accessories, and shoes products. The results of the study show that XYZ Fashion Stores have strengths that include an attractive product variety, a well-known brand reputation in the community, and a strategic store location. However, the company also faces some drawbacks, such as reliance on offline sales, lack of product innovation, and limitations in digital media for marketing. There are many opportunities, such as the rapid growth of e-commerce, promotion through social media, and local fashion trends. On the other hand, there are threats coming, such as fierce price competition, rapid changes in market tastes, and market pressure on large e-commerce platforms. In addition, the method of writing this scientific article is a qualitative method, the SWOT method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). In this SWOT analysis, several alternative strategies for the SO, WO, ST, and WT categories are proposed. These strategies focus on operational efficiency, improved service quality, product innovation, and better digital marketing.  To strengthen XYZ Fashion Store's position in the national fashion retail industry, these strategies are expected to serve as a foundation for strategic decision-making.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Programmer, Networking, dan Informasi Teknologi terhadap Sistem Informasi melalui studi pustaka komprehensif. Tujuan penelitian adalah membangun hipotesis mengenai hubungan antar variabel sebagai dasar penelitian empiris selanjutnya. Metode penelitian menggunakan library research dengan menganalisis sumber-sumber dari e-book dan e-journal yang diakses melalui Google Scholar, Mendeley, dan database akademik online lainnya. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan hubungan antar variabel. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Programmer berperan penting dalam pengembangan dan keberhasilan Sistem Informasi; 2) Networking menjadi komponen kritis yang mempengaruhi kinerja Sistem Informasi; dan 3) Informasi Teknologi memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap efektivitas Sistem Informasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana aksesibilitas, biaya implementasi, dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) memengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) di perusahaan. Meskipun SIM sangat penting untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan manajemen yang efektif, keberhasilannya sering kali ditentukan oleh banyak faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor aksesibilitas mencakup seberapa mudah mengakses dan menggunakan teknologi informasi yang mendukung SIM; biaya implementasi meliputi biaya untuk pengadaan, pengoperasian, dan pemeliharaan sistem. Namun, kemampuan SDM berkaitan dengan seberapa baik karyawan mengelola dan memanfaatkan SIM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan melakukan survei pada sejumlah perusahaan yang telah menerapkan SIM. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk melihat hubungan antara ketiga komponen tersebut terhadap keberhasilan implementasi SIM. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa aksesibilitas dan kompetensi SDM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas SIM, sedangkan biaya implementasi memiliki pengaruh yang moderat. Hasilnya membantu perusahaan merencanakan dan mengelola SIM secara lebih strategis dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor ini.

Abstract

The influence of compensation policies, use of information technology and employee development on organizational performance is a scientific article from literature studies within the scope of the field of science. The aim of this article is to build a hypothesis of influence between variables that will be used in further research. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The research library method comes from e-books and open access e-journals. The results of this article: 1) compensation policy influences organizational performance; 2) the use of information technology influences organizational performance; and 3) employee development influences organizational performance. Other factors that influence organizational performance include work climate, decision making and organizational culture.
