Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of product quality and service quality in influencing customer value, in order to influence purchasing decision which customer value is used as an intervening variable between product quality and service quality to purchasing decision in Five Points Cafe at Semarang.            This research was conducted by taking samples using purposive sampling technique, those are consumers who have visited and bought Five Points product. The collection of data obtained from 100 customers Five Points by giving questionnaires which consist of open and closed questions. Respondents' answers to open-ended questions were analyzed qualitatively, and answers to the closed questions were analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS program.             The result show that product quality and service quality has positive and significant impact on customer value with the regression value of 0.582 and 0.282, and the customer value has a positive and significant effect to purchasing decision with regression value of 0.391. Brand image has a positive impact not significant to Purchasing decision with the regression value of 0.150. First structure shown that 58.7% customer value variable can be explained by product quality and service quality variable. While the second structure shown that 24.1% purchasing decision can be explained by customer value and brand image. And for the rest can be explained by other variables that beyond research.

Abstract

Along with the growth and development of the online store business in Indonesia which has increased very rapidly. The number of online stores offering the product are increasing. Particularly at “Fisheye Outlet” online store that sells gadget accecories and smartphoneaccecories. Increasing competition between online stores to sell their products , causing Fisheye Outlet online store sales decline.Fisheye Outlet online store should be able to use the best marketing strategies to stay afloat.This study uses five variables: quality products, competitive prices, product variety, store image, and purchasing decisions. This research hypothesis testing using the data of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is to use a software program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 20.The result of this study indicate that variable product quality positively affect to store image. Then, variable competitive prices, store image, and product variety are positively affect to purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to strengthen purchase decision Urbancut barbershop services. Starting from sales decline problem of Urbancut services and created a research question: "How to strengthen the purchasing decisions Urbancut services?". Literature review conducted produce a research model to strengthen the purchase decision through the mediation of store image with independent variable social media marketing and haircut quality.            This research using purposive sampling method with sample of 75 respondents which are customers and followers of Urbancut social media accounts. Using SPSS 23 analyzes performed included: validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F test, as well as the coefficient of determination (R2).            The results showed 63% purchase decision variable is explained by the store image as the mediation of social media marketing and haircut quality affects 44.6%. As well as the direct influence haircut quality of 38%. Overall variables used in this research have positive impacts to strengthen Urbancut services purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the market share of the competitive advantage of the iPhone smartphone in mobile phone sales agents in Semarang. This study departs from the research problem is: "How to increase market share on Apple products?" A literature review conducted has led researchers to produce a model of research studies the relationship formed by four (4) variables: product quality, product innovation, price, competitive advantage and one (1) indicator is market share.          This research method using a technique of sampling purposive with sample as many as 100 respondents at a sales agent of mobile phone in Semarang. Analysis method used is an analysis of quantitative and qualitative analysis uses linear regression analysis double with SPSS. This analysis includes: test of validity and reliability, classic test assumptions, regression analysis double, the testing of hypotheses through t test and test f, determination and the coefficients (r2).            The results showed that in the first equation of product quality, product innovation and a significant positive effect on competitive advantage. For the second equation competitive advantage and price positive and significant impact on market share. Variable product innovation is the most dominant factor affecting the competitive advantage of 0.572 and the smallest factor affecting the market share is the price of 0216. Then through the F test can be seen that all the independent variables is feasible to test the dependent variable. Figures Adjusted R Square on the first equation 0.568, while the second equation by 0091. This shows bahwa56.8% competitive advantage can be explained by the variable quality of products and product innovation. While in the second equation indicates that 9.1% of market share can be explained by the competitive advantage and price variables. The rest can be explained by other variables outside of research.

Abstract

Intense business competition has made decreasing costumer of PT. Sinar Mas at Tugu Ibu Hospital, West Java for the past 3years. for the past 3 years, PT. Sinar Mas has the costumer decreasing at Tugu Ibu Hospital due to intense business competition in indonesia assurance company. PT. Sinar Mas is one of leading assurance company in indonesia with good reputation. The purpose of this research is determine the influence of variable competitive price, service quality, and personal selling to increasing the purchase decision of PT. Sinar Mas. competitive price, service quality, and personal selling as independent variables; competitive advantage as variable intervening; and purchase decision as dependent variable. Population used for this reseacrh are patient and employee who interested or having an experience using health assurance at rs tugib. This research method using a non-probability sampling technique by purposive sampling method. Used as a sample 100 respondents. Data obtained from the questionnaire which is then processed and analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that all three of independently variable has a positive influence on competitive advantage; and competitive advantage have a positive influence on the buying decision. Of the three independent variables influence the service quality has the greatest impact on brand image, and the smallest is the Competitive Price.

Abstract

The gradual increase of human population in Indonesia caused the increasing of the primary need of clothing, resulted in the development of fashion businesses in Indonesia, especially in the DKI Jakarta as the Capital Region of Indonesia. Nesty Collection is a private label brand fashion firm that competes with the other private label fashion firms in Tanah Abang Trading Center to earn large profits from fashion marketing. This study aimed  to analyze the factors that might affect the purchasing decision of Nesty Collection’s fashion products. This study used five variables, which are product design, product quality, competitive price, brand image, and purchase decision. This research hypothesis testing using the data of 102 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is to use a software program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 22. Results showed that the purchasing decision of Nesty Collection’s fashion products was affected by brand image and competitive price. Brand image of Nesty Collection was affected by product design and product quality.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of celebrity endorser and product innovativeness in order to influence purchasing decision, which brand image and utilitarian value are used as intervening variables between celebrity endorser and product innovativeness to purchasing decision XL provider in Semarang. This research was conducted by taking samples using purposive sampling technique. The collection of data obtained from 100 XL users in Semarang  by giving questionnaires which consist of open and closed questions. The analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linier Regression of SPSS 23 program. The first regression to analyze the effect of celebrity endorser on brand image. The second regression to analyze the effect of product innovativeness to utilitarian value, while the third regression to analyze effect of brand image and utilitarian vaue on purchase decision. The result show that celebrity endorser has positive and significant impact on brand image. Product innovativeness has positive and significant impact on utilitarian value. Brand image and utilitarian value also have positive and significant impact on purchasing decision.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze things that can affect willingness to revisit  GUCI hotspring object in Tegal Regency. This study departs from an axisting research problem “how to increase willingness to revisit in GUCI Hotspring Object?”this study was conducted by testing the affect of product image, product quality and customer value to willingness to revisit, where product attractiveness is used as an intervening variable.This research method use purposive sampling technique 150 respondents who have traveled to GUCI Hotspring Object in Tegal Regency. For method of Analysis using quantitative and qualitative method by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) of the amos 20.0. Data used is primary data by questionnaire with some of open and closed questions.The result of this research prove that three of hypothesis are accepted and 1 hypothesis is rejected. The hypothesis accepted are both product quality and costumer value affect positively and significant to product attractiveness; and product attractiveness affect positively and significant to willingness to revisit. And the hypothesis rejected is product image not significant but have a positive influence to willingness to revisit.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of service system quality, service environment, and contact personnel in order to influence purchasing decision, which utilitarian value and corporate image are used as intervening variables between service system quality, service environment, and contact personnel to BRT Trans Semarang customer’s purchasing decision.Sampling of this research was done by using a non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method, in which respondents is BRT Trans Semarang. The answers of 175 respondents were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 22 with  Multiple Regressional Analysis as analytical tool. The first regression to analyze the effect of service system quality on utilitarian value. The second regression to analyze the effect of service environment and contact personnel on corporate image. While, the third regression to analyze the effect of utilitarian value and corporate image on purchase decision. The result shows that service system quality has positive and significant impact on utilitarian value. Service environment and contact personnel have positive and significant impact on corporate image. Abstract

Intense competition in the clothing store business has made H.A Laury Semarang revenues decreased. This study aims to explain the influence of the service quality, product quality, and competitive pricing, in order to influence purchasing decision which store image is used as an intervening variable between service quality and product quality. This study was conducted at H.A Laury Semarang. This study was conducted by taking samples using non probability sampling technique by purposive sampling method, the respondents are consumer who have bought in H.A Laury Semarang. Used as a sample of 100 respondents to fill out a questionnaire which consist of open and closed quetions. The result show that service quality and product quality has positive and significant impact on store image, and store image has a positive and significant effect to purchasing decision. Competitive pricing also has a positive and significant effect to purchasing decision.
