Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan dasar untuk mengisi research gap dalam studi membangung Relationship Quality dengan nasabah/calon nasabah asuransi Prudential mela/ui Competitive Experience, Conflict Handling & Competency yang dimiliki o/eh seorang agen yang pada ahkirnya  akan meningkatkan  Kinerja  Tenaga  Penjualan  (agen)  MRT Champions  Agency  Cilacap.  Dalam penelitian  ini  menggunakan  enam  hipotesis  dan  diuji  dengan  menqquneken   data  yang dikumpu/kan dari 124  responden  yang telah berkerja  lebih  dati  1   tahun,  yang berasal  dari agen asuransi  MRT Champions.  Data yang te/ah terkumpu/  dalam  penelitian  ini kemudian dio/ah menggunakan software  statisik SEM Amos  ver. 21.  Hasil analisis  dete tersebut  akan menjelaskan hubungan kausalitas antara  variabel yang sedang dikembangkan dalam modelpenelitian int.  Penelitian ini menujukan dari  hipotesis  yang diajukan  terdapat  dua hipotesisyang tidak terbukti yakni pada H1  (Competitive Experience  terhadap  Relationship  Quality) dan H2 (Conflict Handling terhadap Relationship Quality),  sedangkan hipotesis yang Jainya mendukung dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the socio-economic conditions of the fishing community in Kalama Island, District of Tatoareng, Regency of Sangihe islands. The method used in this research is descriptive method. This method is used to look for the elements, characteristics, properties of a phenomenon. This method begins with collecting data, analyzing data and interpreting it in the form of text or images. The social situation of fisher in Kalama Island has a high sense of solidarity. People who help each other. The low level of education of fisher, where most have elementary school education. The economic situation of fisher is also uncertain, depending on weather conditions. The profit earned by fisher is IDR 700,000 - IDR 1,700,000 per day. However, this profit does not guarantee the welfare of fisher, because the catch is uncertain and the fisher's lifestyle is wasteful. The government can pay more attention to the welfare of fisher on small islands and develop the potential of Kalama Island.Keywords: socio – economic condition; fisher; coastal; Kalama Island AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat nelayan di Pulau Kalama, Kecamatan Tatoareng Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif. Metode ini digunakan untuk mencari unsur-unsur, ciri-ciri, sifat-sifat suatu fenomena. Metode ini dimulai dengan mengumpulkan data, menganalisis data dan menginterpretasikannya ke dalam bentuk teks atau gambar. Keadaan sosial nelayan di Pulau Kalama mempunyai rasa solidaritas yang tinggi. Masyarakat yang saling membantu satu dengan lainnya. Tingkat pendidikan nelayan yang rendah, dimana sebagian besar mempunyai pendidikan SD. Keadaan ekonomi nelayan juga tidak menentu, bergantung pada kondisi cuaca. Keuntungan yang diperoleh nelayan sebesar Rp 700.000 – Rp 1.700.000,- per hari. Namun, besarnya keuntungan ini tidak menjamin kesejahteraan nelayan, karena hasil tangkapan yang tidak menentu serta pola hidup nelayan yang boros. Pemerintah dapat lebih memperhatikan kesejahteraan nelayan di pulau kecil dan mengembangkan potensi Pulau Kalama.Kata kunci: kondisi sosial ekonomi; nelayan; pesisir; pulau kalama

Abstract

The success of a company is measured by the ability to provide goods and services at the right time and place. Besides, one of the factors of the company's progress is also supported by inventory management which functions to control the company's inventory by neither hoarding lots of products nor running out of products. The development of technology requires a company's inventory management that is fast, precise and accurate to support its’ performance. In fact, some companies have difficulty in determining the stock of their goods production so that it impedes the fulfillment of consumer needs in the event of high market demand. This study is to determine the reorder point stock of a company that determines the number of purchases and sales of the company's products, therefore the amount of expenses and income can be presented to the board of directors to be followed up quickly and accurately. The method used is a statistical approach to the economic quantity model where safety stock analysis is first performed. This method is used to put the company's products to the inventory so that there are no excess or even shortages of products. System development method used is a user centered design, which is the most suitable to the study. The output of the activity is information in the form of advice to the company leaders in making decisions about production planning, controlling stock inventory, detailing market demand quickly, precisely and accurately and developing a decision support system that is made by taking into account the details of user needs.

Abstract

This study was conducted at Payau Mangrove Forest Tourism in Cilacap Regency KelurahanTritihkulon. The reason for the selection of the site because the object of this research has occurred changes in mangrove forest function to be a tourism place with its management has not been insightful in the environment. The concept of building regional tourism, especially in Cilacap Regency, must be based on sustainable development. This means that through green tourism marketing in the tourism development efforts in forest brackish mangrove in the village Tritih Kulon is an integrated and organized effort to develop the quality of life by regulating the provision, development, Sustainable utilization and maintenance of resources. However, it can be implemented if the good governance system that involves the active and balanced participation between the Government, education, business people, media, and society. This research is a qualitative-exploratory study that emphasizes the enrichment aspect in the field of research strength. But in this study not only came to describe the problem only, but the research will come to the stage of drafting the development model, and applicative by conducting observations and evaluation in the field so that the data Obtained will be done mapping and identification with SWOT analysis approach. SWOT analysis results Demonstrate the strategy used is SO (strength to opportunities) namely by optimizing the whole power and make use of all opportunities in the forest tourism Payau Mangrove.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi sosial ekonomi nelayan serta menganalisis usaha penangkapan ikan julung-julung dengan soma giop di Kampung Palareng. Kegiatan usaha penangkapan ikan yang sudah berlangsung lama, sehingga menarik untuk diketahui apakah usaha tersebut memberi keuntungan bagi nelayan di Kampung Palareng. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dimana penelitian kualitatif menggunakan fenomena sosial menjadi pusat perhatian. Sedangkan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan analisa dan perhitungan. Hasil penelitian disajikan secara deskriptif kualitatif, sementara untuk memperoleh nilai B/C, NPV dan PP menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Kondisi sosial nelayan di Kampung Palareng masih sangat kuat. Solidaritas yang tinggi bagi masyarakat dapat terlihat dalam kegiatan gotong royong maupun kegiatan sosial lainnya. Sebagian besar masyarakat mempunyai tingkat pendidikan Sekolah Dasar (SD). Pendapatan yang tegolong tinggi bagi para nelayan. Secara finansial, analisis kelayakan usaha penangkapan ikan julung-julung diperoleh hasil BCR sebesar 0,96 dimana B/C kurang dari 1, PP 1 tahun, dan NPV sebesar Rp -12.472.049 (NPV bernilai negatif). Secara Finansial, usaha penangkapan ikan julung-julung di Kampung Palareng tidak layak untuk diteruskan. Namun, usaha penangkapan ikan julung-julung memiliki makna sosial dan budaya yang tinggi bagi kehidupan masyarakat Kampung Palareng. Baik perempuan maupun laki-laki, tua dan muda, semua bekerja sama ikut perahu penangkap ikan julung-julung dan mengikuti kegiatan pengoperasian penangkapan ikan. Hasil tangkapan dibagi untuk semua yang mengikuti kegiatan penangkapan maupun bagi masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Nilai sosial budaya ini yang mempertahankan keberadaan usaha penangkapan ikan julung-julung di Kampung Palareng.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze at the income level of fishermen in Para I Village during the Covid-19 pandemic, and look at the marketing flow and marketing margins of Threadfin bream in Para I village. This research can be input to the Government in improving the welfare of fishermen amid Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in Para I Village, Tatoareng District, Sangihe Islands Regency in March – May 2021. The methods used in this study were qualitative and quantitative ones. Data collection was carried out through direct observation and interviews with local fishermen, while maintaining health protocols. The income of threadfin bream fisherman per week in Para I Village ranges from IDR 500,000 - IDR 3,000,000 depending on weather condition. The marketing of threadfin bream and other demersal fish belongs to an efficient one. During the pandemic, fishermen's income decreased slightly because they could not bring their catch to be sold to Tahuna city or Dagho Fishing Port. However, there are also traders who come directly to buy fish on Para Island. Income decreased to IDR 500,000 per week during the pandemic. However, this condition only lasted for 2-3 months, but then their income returned to the normal. The strategy taken by fishermen to deal with the income decline during the pandemic is to process their catch into salted fish that can be sold or stored as food reserves for their households. The government can help organize Financial Management Training and education about business opportunities in the fisheries sector.

Abstract

This study explain Academic Support with production base education method or vocational which is applied in Polytechnic State Of Cilacap (PNC) to Influence Factor Attitude that will ultimately increase student interest to plunge in the world of technopreneur. The sample used is 170 students majoring in technology field. Determination of sample using purposive sampling with technique of path analysis and test sobel. The result of the first hypothesis shows the pattern of vocational learning applied in PNC as Academic Support does not support student entrepreneurship interest, the second hypothesis shows the role of Academic Support in the PNC environment has a significant impact on the increase of student attitudes in the effort to influence entrepreneurship interest, and the third hypothesis shows that attitude Factors influence the interest of students to entrepreneurship. The mediation test of attitude factor variables acts to mediate between the variables of Academic Support on the entrepreneurial intention variables in technology (technopreneur).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi peran perempuan pesisir dalam memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi keluarga dan berapa besar presentase kontribusi perempuan dalam menopang ekonomi keluarga di Kampung Petta Kecamatan Tabukan Utara Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi atau pengamatan yaitu kegiatan keseharian manusia dengan menggunakan pancaindra. Karena itu, obervasi adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk menggunakan pengamatannya melalui hasil kerja pancaindera mata serta dibantu dengan pancaindra lainnya untuk menghimpun data penelitian. Rata - rata keuntungan perempuan pesisir Rp 160.000 / hari, rata - rata pendapatan Rp 2.750.000, serta besar kontribusi perempuan pesisir terhadap kebutuhan ekonomi keluarga yaitu sebesar 46,5 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Perempuan pesisir mempunyai peran yang penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga di Kampung Petta. Perlu adanya kebijakan Pemerintah yang memberikan peluang bagi para perempuan pesisir untuk mengembangkan usaha mereka dan berkontribusi secara aktif bagi masyarakat. This study aims to determine the contribution of the role of coastal women in fulfilling the economic needs of the family and how much is the percentage in contribution of women in supporting the family economy in Petta Village, Tabukan Utara District, Sangihe Islands Regency. Data collection was carried out by observation, namely human daily activities using the eye senses as their main aid in addition to other senses such as ears, smell, mouth, and skin. Therefore, observation is a person's ability to use his observations through the work of his senses and is assisted by other senses to collect research data. The average profit for coastal women is Rp. 160,000 / day, the average income is Rp. 2,750,000, and the contribution of coastal women to the economic needs of the family is 46,5 %. This shows that coastal women have an important role in fulfill the needs of families in Petta Village. There needs a government policy that provides opportunities for coastal women to develop their businesses and contribute actively to society.

Abstract

This research is a research to measure the service quality (SERVQUAL) at State Polytechnic of Cilacap towards students’ satisfaction. The result of this research aims to give evaluation about service quality aspect at State Polytechnic of Cilacap (PNC) as stated in the National Regulation No. 25/2009 about Public Service. Method used in this research is by using Importance Performance Analysis. This technique used analysis in Frequency & Descriptive to describe the gap between the importance/expectation/priority and customers’ satisfaction/performance towards PNC’s service satisfaction. The total subjects in this research are 98 Electrical Engineering students, 138 Mechanical Engineering students, and 114 Informatics Engineering students. The effect of this research was shown in Cartesian coordinate system and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis. From the result of them, it can be concluded that PNC needed to improve its service quality (ServQual). The attributes that work as the main priority of this case is the attribute in A quadrant, i.e. the cleanliness and tidiness of classrooms and the facilities in the laboratories. The second priority needed to improve is the attribute in C quadrant, i.e. 1) administration policy, 2) cleanliness of the bathroom, 3) administration handling, 4) campus atmosphere, 5) facilities in the classroom, 6) service procedure, 7) lecturers ability to understand students, 8) responsiveness of the employees, 9) internet access, 10) lecturers control on the students’ study, and 11) parking area. The most important and the ideal attribute to develop is the attribute in B quadrant. The excessive attribute is the attribute in D quadrant. CSI calculation is needed to calculate the students’ satisfaction. The result of this calculation showed that 62,61% of the students showed “Somewhat Satisfied” in the students’ satisfaction option.

Abstract

The use of information technology to improve people’s welfare has been implemented in various lines of life, including selling agricultural products through the marketplace to expand marketing and increase sales figures. Marketplace built based on the website using extreme programming (XP) method. The selection of extreme programming for marketplace development is tailored to all user needs and system requirements because website development is done in a relatively short time and many changes occur during website development. The stages of the extreme programming method are carried out in several iterations to get feedback from the end-users who are used in the website improvement process so that at the end of the iteration process the website developed is in accordance with the needs of the end-user. The output generated from this research is the farmer’s stall marketplace website that is used to market agricultural products from the Cilacap Holtikultura Farmers Association (PHC).
