Abstract

The 21st century continues to experience developments, including in the world of education. The development of the 21st century in the world of education poses more complex challenges. The most important thing that students must have in the 21st century is a knowledge base and deep understanding and develop various other abilities. One of the abilities that students must have in the 21st century is the ability to think creatively, not least in learning science. Science learning is related to events that occur in nature. Therefore, a strategy is needed for teachers to build students' creative thinking skills so that students can gain the right knowledge. One way that can be used to improve students' creative thinking skills is to use the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. Based on research that has been conducted in class VIII SMP IT Darul Hikmah, it is known that the PBL model is effective in improving knowledge competence and students' creative thinking abilities

Abstract

The 2013 education curriculum suggests providing space for the development and implementation of modern education such as a STEM-based educational approach (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). The type of research used is journal analysis. Research data collection was carried out by researchers by browsing articles contained in online journals. The journals analyzed in this study amounted to 20 journals published in 2016-2020, with details of 6 international journals and 14 national journals. The effect of STEM learning on science and physics subjects at high school education with an effect size of 0.20, at junior high school level with an effect size of 0.75 and having an effect on elementary education with an effect size of 0.85.The effect of STEM learning on science and physics subjects based on the model shows that the PPA learning model effect size is 0.62, the PBL model effect size is 0.58, for inquiry learning model the effect is 0.61.The effect of STEM learning on science and physics subjects based on the competencies achieved, it was found that the ES score for critical thinking achievement was 0.27, ES creative thinking was 0.81, ES critical thinking was 0.81, and for problem solving the ES score was 0.58.

Abstract

ABSTRACT These days, the competition in electronic commerce is increasingly competitive. Business actors will continue to strive to increase product sales, one of which is by stimulating consumers to make unplanned purchases or impulse buying. Strategies that can be applied by business actors to stimulate consumers to do impulse buying are optimizing the use of the live streaming shopping platform e-commerce feature, implementing a price discount promotion strategy and by providing convenience in the payment process. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of Live Streaming Shopping, Price Discounts, and Ease of Payment on Impulse Buying among Indonesian TikTok users. This research is classified as a quantitative research. The sample collection technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Through distributing questionnaires, a sample of 112 respondents was collected which met the criteria to represent the study population, namely Indonesia TikTok users. The data that has been collected was analyzed using multiple linear analysis methods through SPSS 26 software. The results of data processing from this study show that partially Live Streaming Shopping and Price Discounts have a positive and significant influence on Impulse Buying. Meanwhile, Ease of Payment does not have a significant effect on Impulse Buying. Simultaneously, Live Streaming Shopping, Price Discounts, and Ease of Payment have a positive and significant influence on Impulse Buying

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dari reward (X1) dan punishment (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada perusahaan distributor bahan bangunan PT. Bintang Distribusi Indonesia di Pekanbaru. Data penelitian didapat berdasarkan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh karyawan PT. Bintang Distribusi Indonesia, sehingga data pada penelitian ini ialah data primer. Terdapat 37 karyawan yang menjadi responden pada penelitian ini. Metode penelitian ini yakni metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara parsial reward berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bintang Distribusi Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara parsial punishment berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bintang Distribusi Indonesia. Sementara uji F, memperlihatkan terdapat hubungan secara simultan antara variabel X dan Y sebab nilai fhitung Ftabel. Hasil R Square ialah 0,636. Nilai ini memperlihatkan sejumlah 63,6% variabel reward dan punishment memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bintang Distribusi Indonesia, dimana sisa lainnya 36,4% dipengarui terhadap variabel yang tidak dipakai di penelitian ini.

Abstract

Kegiatan penanaman pohon mangrove perlu dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan rusaknya mangrove. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar mahasiswa dapat berpartisipasi aktif dalam perlindungan mangrove dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga dan melestarikan mangrove. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah mendeksripsikan pemanfaatan mangrove dan praktik penanaman mangrove. Praktik penanaman mangrove dilakukan di Stasiun Riset Bekantan, Pulau Curiak. Pada rogram sosialisasi dan praktik penanaman mangrove secara langsung, diharapkan mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan berperan aktif dalam upaya pelestarian mangrove. Dengan program penyuluhan dan praktik penanaman mangrove secara langsung dapat menumbuhkan pengetahuan serta peran aktif mahasiswa dalam upaya pelestarian hutan.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia play a crucial role in supporting the national economy, contributing significantly to employment and the gross domestic product. However, many MSMEs have yet to fully leverage digital marketing due to limited digital literacy, restricted access to technology, and uneven infrastructure, particularly in remote areas. With the increasing use of the internet and social media in Indonesia, digital marketing strategies present a promising opportunity for MSMEs to expand their market reach, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen competitiveness. Through a systematic literature review, this study evaluates the implementation of digital marketing by MSMEs, including the use of social media and e-commerce platforms to increase brand visibility and foster more personal interactions with consumers. The analysis reveals that digital marketing enables MSMEs to enhance customer loyalty and reach wider markets at relatively low costs. Nevertheless, limitations in technological capability and low digital literacy remain significant barriers. This study highlights the importance of government support in the form of digital literacy training and equitable technology access to enable MSMEs to optimize their digital marketing strategies. Such support is essential to accelerate MSME digital transformation and improve their business sustainability in the competitive digital marketplace.

Abstract

Repository di perpustakaan, khususnya di perguruan tinggi, berfungsi sebagai sistem digital untuk penyimpanan, pengelolaan, dan penyebaran data, terutama data digital. Repository mendukung civitas akademik dalam penelitian dan pembuatan karya ilmiah, meningkatkan kualitas informasi yang diperoleh, serta mempercepat kemajuan perpustakaan. Beberapa platform repository populer di Indonesia termasuk OJS (Open Journal Systems), DSpace, dan eprints. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa repository berperan dalam preservasi digital dan komunikasi ilmiah, serta memudahkan mahasiswa dalam belajar dan mengakses informasi. Namun, implementasi layanan penelusuran repository di Perpustakaan Poltekkes Kemenkes Padang masih menghadapi kendala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penghambat pemanfaatan repository dan mencari solusi untuk meningkatkan penggunaannya.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Asia menduduki peringkat pertama dalam kejadian stunting, dengan total 52% atau 76,6 juta anak di bawah lima tahun mengalami stunting. Salah satu faktor risiko stunting adalah riwayat penyakit infeksi. Tuberkulosis sebagai penyakit menular masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di Asia Tenggara hingga saat ini, dengan jumlah kasus sebesar 46%. Tuberkulosis memiliki gejala penurunan berat badan, yang jika terjadi dalam jangka waktu lama dan tidak segera ditangani dapat mempengaruhi status gizi bahkan berkembang menjadi stunting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tuberkulosis terhadap kejadian stunting pada balita di Asia. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah metode Systematic Literature Review dengan pedoman PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Item for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) dengan menggunakan 3 database, yaitu Google Scholar, Pubmed, dan Mendeley. Penelitian ini berfokus pada artikel-artikel dari tahun 2019-2024 yang dapat diakses secara terbuka. Kriteria inklusi dari Systematic Literature Review ini adalah artikel yang membahas tentang tuberkulosis sebagai penyebab stunting pada anak di Asia. Hasil:  Dari 18.168 artikel yang diidentifikasi, 181 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi, dan 9 artikel dianalisis secara mendalam, dan menemukan bahwa tuberkulosis secara signifikan dapat menurunkan nafsu makan, yang menyebabkan asupan nutrisi yang tidak memadai, malabsorpsi, dan peradangan sistemik, yang semuanya berkontribusi terhadap stunting. Kesimpulan: Anak-anak yang terpapar TBC lebih rentan mengalami stunting karena penurunan nafsu makan, peradangan sistemik, dan efek samping jangka panjang. Meskipun beberapa penelitian tidak menemukan hubungan yang signifikan, faktor-faktor seperti rendahnya prevalensi TBC dan cakupan imunisasi yang tinggi dapat mempengaruhi hasilnya.

Abstract

This bibliometric analysis examines research trends in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) in primary school science education based on articles indexed in Scopus from 2016 to 2025. The research method employed bibliometric analysis using Publish or Perish and VOSViewer software to map productivity, author collaboration, and geographical distribution. The results show a significant increase in publications since 2019, with the United States as the leading contributor. The research focus has shifted from developing the STEAM concept towards evaluating the effectiveness of its implementation, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study identifies a gap in evaluative research on the impact of STEAM on learning outcomes and student engagement. The conclusion emphasizes the need for further studies that integrate impact analysis to strengthen the adaptation of the STEAM approach in education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of mentoring and social support on the entrepreneurial interest of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Padang. The research employed a quantitative associative approach. The population included active students who had completed the Entrepreneurship Practice course. The sample was selected using purposive random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires with a Likert scale. The results indicate that mentoring and social support have a positive and significant impact on students’ entrepreneurial interest, both individually and simultaneously. Mentoring provides direction and practical experience, enhancing students' interest in entrepreneurship, while social support from family, peers, and lecturers increases confidence and motivation. The study concludes that the combination of mentoring and social support plays a crucial role in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit among students.
