Abstract

Evaluasi kepuasan mahasiswa merupakan aspek penting dalam memastikan kualitas pendidikan yang optimal, terutama pada mata kuliah Data Manajemen yang berperan vital dalam pengembangan keterampilan pengelolaan data di era digital. Mata kuliah ini tidak hanya mengajarkan teori dasar, tetapi juga mencakup penerapan praktis melalui proyek dan simulasi. Namun, permasalahan muncul ketika institusi sulit mengidentifikasi secara akurat kelompok mahasiswa dengan tingkat kepuasan rendah dan faktor-faktor spesifik yang memengaruhi kepuasan mereka. Hal ini dapat menghambat upaya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran karena strategi yang diterapkan tidak selalu tepat sasaran. Maka dari itu, diperlukan metode yang efektif dan berbasis data untuk mengidentifikasi pola kepuasan mahasiswa secara mendalam, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam perbaikan layanan dan pengajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode machine learning dengan algoritma K-Means untuk mengelompokkan mahasiswa berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan mereka terhadap mata kuliah Data Manajemen. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei yang melibatkan 354 mahasiswa, dengan menggunakan lima dimensi kualitas layanan: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy. Setiap dimensi diukur melalui 30 pertanyaan yang dirancang untuk menangkap persepsi mahasiswa terhadap berbagai aspek perkuliahan. Setelah data terkumpul, proses clustering dilakukan menggunakan algoritma K-Means untuk mengidentifikasi pola dalam jawaban responden. Metode Elbow digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah cluster optimal, dan Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) dipakai untuk mengukur kualitas pengelompokan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dua cluster merupakan jumlah optimal, dengan distribusi yang merata antara mahasiswa dengan kepuasan tinggi dan rendah, masing-masing 50%. Cluster pertama menggambarkan mahasiswa dengan penilaian baik, sementara cluster kedua berisi mahasiswa dengan penilaian kurang baik. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang kelompok mahasiswa yang memerlukan perhatian lebih dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan menerapkan analisis berbasis K-Means, institusi pendidikan dapat mengidentifikasi dan merancang strategi peningkatan layanan secara lebih efektif, berdasarkan kebutuhan dan pola spesifik dari masing-masing kelompok mahasiswa. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa machine learning dapat memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam terkait faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa dan mendukung perencanaan kebijakan pendidikan yang tepat sasaran dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic necessity for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as they navigate shifting consumer behaviors, intensifying competition, and the evolution of technology-driven trade ecosystems. However, many MSMEs still face various obstacles, including limited digital literacy, suboptimal use of social media and online marketplaces, weak brand identity, disorganized administration and financial record-keeping, and a lack of integration between marketing, transaction, and customer management processes. This community service initiative aims to implement an integrated digital transformation mentoring model to enhance the self-reliance and competitiveness of MSMEs in Cirebon City. The implementation employs a participatory and needs-based mentoring approach, comprising stages such as needs identification, digital maturity mapping, training, technology implementation, intensive mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. The mentoring program focuses on five key dimensions: digital branding, digital marketing, digital commerce, digital payments, and digital business management. Results indicate that this phased and integrated mentoring approach successfully improved participants' understanding of digital transformation, their ability to manage business social media, the quality of promotional content, the utilization of digital sales channels and payment methods, and their awareness regarding the importance of business data recording. This model underscores that MSME digital transformation cannot be achieved solely through one-way training; rather, it requires a continuous process involving assessment, hands-on practice, mentoring, evaluation, and follow-up. The program is expected to serve as a replicable and scalable MSME empowerment model, fostered through collaboration among higher education institutions, local government, business communities, and other stakeholders.

Abstract

Community service activities are carried out as an effort to increase the digital competence of Kuningan Regency Vocational School students in facing the development of the modern digital industry. This activity was carried out on May 23 2026 involving participants from several partner schools, namely SMKN 1 Kuningan, SMKN 2 Kuningan, SMK Muhammadiyah Kuningan, SMK Pertiwi Kuningan, and SMK Yamsik Kuningan. Implementation of activities uses a practice-based workshop approach and project-based learning. The training material includes basic concepts of workflow automation, digital system integration, use of the n8n platform, implementation of triggers and actions, as well as development of mini projects based on user needs. Participants gain hands-on experience in building simple workflow automation using Telegram integration, email, Google Sheets, and digital forms. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of workflow automation and the implementation of digital service integration. Participants succeeded in developing various mini projects such as automatic notification systems, automatic email sending workflows, integration of digital forms with spreadsheets, and automation of digital data management. The hands-on practice approach provides a more applicable learning experience and helps improve participants' creativity, problem solving abilities and digital technology skills. Evaluation of activities is carried out through observation, assessment of mini-project results, reflective discussions, and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The evaluation results show that the level of participant satisfaction is in the very good category with a satisfaction percentage of more than 90%. Participants assessed that practice-based training methods and mentoring provide effective learning experiences that are relevant to the needs of the digital industry. In general, this community service activity succeeded in achieving the planned program targets and made a positive contribution to strengthening digital literacy and developing technological innovation in the vocational education environment in Kuningan Regency.
