Abstract

Bank sebagai lembaga intermediasi yang menghimpun dana masyarakat dalam bentuk tabungan kemudian menyalurkan kemasyarakat dalam bentuk pembiayaan, dengan fungsi tersebut nyatanya sektor UMKM belum tersentuh maksimal padahal sektor ini merupakan penyumbang terbesar PDB dan menjadi andalan penyerapan tenaga kerja, Berbagai permasalahan mendasar UMKM seperti lemahnya kemampuan usaha, kualitas SDM yang terbatas, serta lemahnya akses permodalan kelembaga keuangan formal menyebabkan seringkali pelaku UMKM mencari sumber pendanaan lain yang lebih cepat dan mudah walaupun dengan bunga tinggi seperti ke rentenir.  Upaya membatasi praktek rentenir sangat mungkin dilakukan dengan mengoptimalkan produk pembiayaan yang bersifat formal dengan layanan merata dan mudah diakses, hal tersebut dilakukan oleh Bank NTB syariah dengan menyediakan produk dan layanan keuangan syariah yang unggul dan inovatif termasuk diantaranya dengan mengadakan literasi keuangan untuk pelaku UMKM. Untuk mengetahui minat pelaku UMKM dalam menggunakan produk pembiayaan bank NTB syariah, peneliti mengadopsi pendekatan dengan model UTAUT (unified teory of acceptance and use of technology), Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan quesioner kepada 113 pelaku sektor UMKM menggunakan tehnik random sampling dengan perhitungan statistik regresi linear berganda diperoleh hasil faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pelaku UMKM menggunakan jasa produk pembiayaan bank NTB syariah secara signifikan yaitu  performance expectancy terhadap behavioral intention dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 46.7%, effort expectancy berpengaruh sebesar 21.2% dan behavioral intention 27.6% terhadap use behavior.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of service quality on small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) performance, with innovation capability serving as a mediating variable. A quantitative research design was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The study involved owners and managers of SMEs operating in the processed food sector based on agricultural commodities. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analysed using SmartPLS version 4. The results demonstrate that service quality has a significant positive effect on SME performance and acts as a key driver of innovation capability. Furthermore, innovation capability significantly mediates the relationship between service quality and performance, indicating that SMEs are able to convert superior service quality into improved performance outcomes through enhanced innovation. These findings highlight the strategic role of innovation capability in strengthening the impact of service quality on business performance. This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence from agribusiness-based SMEs and emphasizing innovation as a critical factor for achieving sustainable competitiveness at both local and global levels. The findings offer important managerial implications for SME practitioners and policymakers in designing strategies that integrate service excellence with innovation development.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the online marketplace sector has transformed the way sellers operate their businesses in the digital age. The choice of online marketplace platform is a strategic decision as it directly influences market reach, operational efficiency and seller satisfaction. This study aims to analyse the influence of promotions, transaction costs, delivery services, and vendor support on seller satisfaction when selecting an online marketplace platform. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 100 sellers operating in the Central Java region. Data were collected via a structured questionnaire and analysed using Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modelling (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that promotions, transaction costs, delivery services, and vendor support have a positive influence on seller satisfaction. Among these four factors, vendor support has the most significant influence on seller satisfaction when using online marketplace platforms. These findings suggest that the technical support and services provided by platform operators play a crucial role in enhancing seller satisfaction and the continued use of the platform by sellers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perkembangan penelitian mengenai strategi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dan kinerja organisasi, serta untuk mengembangkan model struktural berbasis bibliometrik. Penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk mengumpulkan data dari basis data Scopus, yang mencakup periode 1986 hingga 2025. Setelah meninjau literatur secara cermat menggunakan pendekatan PRISMA, peneliti memilih 30 artikel yang relevan untuk analisis lebih mendalam. Peneliti menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer untuk menganalisis data, dengan memperhatikan tren publikasi, jaringan kolaborasi, dan struktur konseptual penelitian. Temuan penulis menunjukkan bahwa jumlah publikasi mengenai strategi MSDM dan kinerja organisasi telah meningkat secara signifikan selama dua dekade terakhir. Visualisasi jaringan menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia strategis dan kinerja merupakan bidang penelitian utama, yang erat terkait dengan konsep seperti modal manusia, sistem kerja berkinerja tinggi, dan keunggulan kompetitif. Analisis overlay juga menunjukkan pergeseran fokus penelitian, dari pendekatan operasional ke pendekatan strategis dan integratif. Analisis kepadatan menunjukkan bahwa penelitian terus berfokus pada hubungan antara MSDM dan kinerja organisasi, juga mulai mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor seperti inovasi dan kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dengan memasukkan analisis bibliometrik MSDM. Hasilnya menyarankan bahwa perusahaan harus mengelola MSDM secara strategis dan integratif untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Peneliti merekomendasikan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk menyelidiki model struktural yang dibuat secara empiris.     This study aims to examine the development of research on Human Resource Management (HRM) strategies and organizational performance, as well as to develop a bibliometric-based structural model. The author used a quantitative method to collect data from the Scopus database, covering the period from 1986 to 2025. After carefully reviewing the literature using the PRISMA approach, the researcher selected 30 relevant articles for further analysis. The researcher used VOSviewer software to analyze the data, focusing on publication trends, collaboration networks, and the conceptual structure of the research. The findings indicate that the number of publications on HRM strategies and organizational performance has increased significantly over the past two decades. Network visualizations indicate that strategic human resource management and performance are primary research areas, closely linked to concepts such as human capital, high-performance work systems, and competitive advantage. Overlay analysis also reveals a shift in research focus, from operational approaches to strategic and integrative approaches. Density analysis indicates that research continues to focus on the relationship between HRM and organizational performance but is also beginning to consider factors such as innovation and leadership. This study makes a theoretical contribution by incorporating bibliometric analysis of HRM. The results suggest that companies should manage HRM strategically and integratively to improve their performance. The researchers recommend further research to investigate empirically derived structural models.
