Abstract

Lembaga keuangan bank adalah lembaga yang melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan di bidang keuangan. Mempunyai peranan dalam memberikan distribusi keadilan dalam masyarakat seperti menghimpun dana masyarakat, menyalurkan dana mayarakat, pengalihan asset (assets transmutation), likuiditas (liquidity), alokasi pendapatan (income allocation), transaksi atau transaction. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mendorong nasabah menggunakan layanan berbasis online (Studi Pada Nasabah Bank 9 Jambi Syari’ah). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif Deskritif. Dalam penelitian ini teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan Proses pengumpulan data Reduksi data, Paparan data dan Verifikasi atau kesimpulan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Pihak dari Manajemen Bank dan Nasabah dari Bank 9 Jambi Syari’ah untuk mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan dengan melakukan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini, yakni ada 3 faktor yang menjadi pendorong nasabah dalam menggunakan layanan berbasis online di Bank 9 Jambi Syari’ah yaitu Faktor kebutuhan dari dalam, Faktor motif sosial dan Faktor emosional, Akan tetapi faktor yang paling dominan yakni faktor motif sosial. Adapun layanan berbasis online di Bank 9 Jambi Syari’ah yakni Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Virtual Account, QRIS E-From 9 dan SMS Banking. Kemudian strategi yang digunakan oleh Bank 9 Jambi Syari’ah yakni strategi Promosi, Tarif dan Proses.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini membahas tentang Kualitas Pelayanan dan Penanganan Keluhan Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Jambi Patimura. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah variabel kualitas pelayanan dan Penanganan Keluhan terdapat pengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel 100 nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia Kantor Cabang Jambi Patimura. Pengambilan jumlah sampel responden dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi berganda. Alat analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil pengolahan data diketahui bahwa secara parsial variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel (5,469 > 1,985), dan variabel Penanganan Keluhan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (3,852 > 1,985). Sedangkan secara hasil uji simultan (uji f) variabel Kualitas Pelayanan dan Penanganan Keluhan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai fhitung > ftabel (56,536 > 3,090). Kemudian diketahui variabel kualitas pelayanan dan penanganan keluhan mampu menerangkan variabel kepuasan nasabah sebesar 53,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 46,2% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, many changes have occurred in the way of human life. This requires humans to always adjust their lifestyles to technological developments. All buying and selling activities or transactions carried out using electronic media (internet) in the term e-commerce. The usefulness of information technology is to improve organizational performance, increase the effectiveness and efficiency of time, energy, costs, increase production, promotion and sales. Marketing carried out using internet technology is known as e-marketing. One of the leading products of MSMEs in Jambi Province is Batik. So far, the batik marketing strategy that relies heavily on capital accumulation, protection, and high technology has caused polarization and dualism in the distribution process of Batik in Jambi Province. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the marketing capacity of the creative batik industry through e-marketplaces by using them as a forum for interactive electronic business communities that provide a market where batik can be introduced nationally. E-Marketplace is an internet-based online media (web based) where business activities and transactions between buyers and sellers are carried out. Buyers can search for as many suppliers as possible with the desired criteria, so that they get according to market prices. Meanwhile, suppliers/sellers can find out companies that need their products/services. The approach used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, a systematic approach to designing/planning, designing, implementing and evaluating a system related to e-market place.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi perbankan mendorong inovasi layanan, termasuk Call Center, mobile banking (M-Banking), dan biaya administrasi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah. Layanan ini memungkinkan nasabah mengakses informasi, melakukan transaksi, dan menyelesaikan masalah secara efisien tanpa harus datang ke kantor cabang. Namun, biaya administrasi juga memengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah terhadap bank. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Call Center, M-Banking, dan Biaya Admin terhadap loyalitas nasabah, jumlah responden dari penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 98 responden, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner berbasis skala likert dan data diolah menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Call Center tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah Sebaliknya, M-Banking dan Biaya Admin memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Uji simultan menunjukkan variabel Call Center, M-Banking, dan Biaya Admin secara bersama-sama memengaruhi loyalitas nasabah, Penelitian ini menggaris bawahi pentingnya optimalisasi M-Banking dan kebijakan biaya administrasi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah di sektor perbankan.

Abstract

This study is about "Implementation of the Coconut Plantation Profit Sharing Cooperation System between landowners and workers in the Islamic Economic Perspective in Tanjung Solok Village, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, Jambi Province". This study aims to determine the implementation of the coconut plantation profit sharing cooperation system between landowners and workers in the Islamic Economic perspective in Tanjung Solok Village, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, Jambi Province. This thesis uses a qualitative approach with observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques, data analysis techniques are carried out with data reduction. The results of this study indicate that the coconut plantation profit sharing system in Tanjung Solok Village is implemented based on an oral agreement born from family deliberations and local customs. Cultivators bear all labor and maintenance costs, while the proceeds from the sale of coconuts are divided equally between landowners and cultivators. This agreement is not limited by time and can be continued by heirs if one party dies, although in practice there has been fraud from the cultivators. This cooperation has advantages such as opening up employment opportunities, sharing the risk of crop failure, and increasing plantation productivity. The socio-economic relationship between the parties is also closely connected. However, weaknesses remain, such as the potential for unclear agreements, the risk of deviation, lack of supervision, and uncertainty in the distribution of results because it is only based on verbal agreements. Therefore, a written agreement and increased legal awareness are needed so that this cooperation runs better. The profit sharing system for coconut plantations in Tanjung Solok Village is not yet fully in accordance with Islamic law. Several provisions such as the time limit, type, and nature of the musaqah contract are often not clearly stated, which causes disputes in the distribution of results and does not comply with the requirements for the validity of the contract according to Islamic law.

Abstract

Abstract: Islamic philanthropy is a practice of generosity in Islamic teachings in the form of acts of ta'āwun to fellow Muslims. This can be carried out in the form of zakāh, infāq, alms, and endowments. Philanthropic activity is worship in Islam which is not only a reflection of the relationship between a Servant (worship) with Allah almighty alone but is closely related to mu‘āmalah or human relations, or what is commonly referred to as ḥablu min Allāh and ḥablu min al-Nās. So far, the practice of Islamic philanthropy in the Indonesian Sharī‘ah Capital Market (PMSI) has been carried out by several securities companies in collaboration with national zakāh institutions. This study aims to examine the development of Islamic philanthropy in the form of stock zakāh, stock donations, and stock waqf in the Indonesian Islamic capital market. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data used is secondary data, the authors obtained this data from the 2021 Islamic capital market development report. Islamic philanthropic features at PMSI itself have been provided by several securities companies, namely MNC Securities, BNI Securities, FAC Securities, HP Securities, Phillip Securities, Panin Securities, and Samuel Securities. During the 2021 period, the development of Islamic philanthropy at PMSI, both in terms of the number of philanthropic funds raised and investors carrying out philanthropic activities, grew very well. For zakāh stocks, the value of zakāh in the form of stocks grew 47.55%, and the number of investors who gave zakāh grew 161.54%, then infāq stocks, the value of infāq in the form of stocks grew 13.42%, and the number of investors who gave zakāh grew 14.74%, and for waqf stocks, the value of waqf in the form of stocks grew 8.7%, and the number of investors who gave waqf grew 28.40%. Keywords: Islamic Philanthropy, Capital Market Sharī‘ah , Zakāh, Waqf.   Abstrak: Filantropi Islam merupakan praktik kedermawanan dalam ajaran Islam, berupa perbuatan ta'āwun kepada sesama muslim, hal tersebut dapat dilaksanakan dalam bentuk zakat, infak, sedekah, dan wakaf (ZISWAF). Kegiatan filantropi merupakan ibadah dalam Islam yang bukan hanya cerminan hubungan antar seseorang hamba (ibadah) dengan Allah SWT. semata, melainkan erat kaitannya dengan mu‘āmalah atau hubungan sesama manusia, atau yang biasa disebut dengan ḥablu min Allāh dan ḥablu min al-Nās. Sejauh ini praktik filantropi Islam di Pasar Modal Syariah Indonesia (PMSI) telah dilakukan oleh beberapa perusahaan sekuritas yang berkejasama dengan lembaga zakat nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang perkembangan filantropi Islam berupa zakat saham, infak saham, dan wakaf saham yang ada di pasar modal syariah Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder, penulis peroleh data tesebut dari laporan perkembangan pasar modal syariah 2021. Fitur filantropi Islam di PMSI sendiri telah disediakan oleh beberapa perusahaan sekuritas yaitu MNC Sekuritas, BNI Sekuritas, FAC Sekuritas, HP Sekuritas, Phillip Sekuritas, Panin Sekuritas, dan Samuel Sekuritas. Selama periode tahun 2021 perkembangan filantropi Islam di PMSI baik dari segi jumlah dana filantropi yang dihimpun maupun investor yang melakukan kegiatan filantropi tumbuh dengan sangat baik. Untuk zakat saham nilai zakat dalam bentuk saham tumbuh 47,55% dan jumlah investor yang berzakat tumbuh 161,54%, selanjutnya infak saham nilai infak dalam bentuk saham tumbuh 13,42% dan jumlah investor yang berinfak tumbuh 14,74%, dan untuk wakaf saham nilai wakaf dalam bentuk saham tumbuh 8,7% dan jumlah investor yang berwakaf tumbuh 28,40%. Abstract

The low level of financial literacy among the populace has resulted in many individuals falling victim to fraudulent investment schemes. Therefore, there is a crucial need for all segments of society, including the academic community, to play a role in enhancing investment literacy. The implementation of Project Based Learning (PBL) within the Investment and Sharia Capital Market course has demonstrated its effectiveness in equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience necessary to navigate the complexities of Islamic finance. By aligning course objectives with real-world applications and leveraging student autonomy and engagement, the PBL approach has empowered students to become agents of change in society. Through their participation in the course, students have not only gained a deep understanding of Sharia-compliant investment principles but have also developed critical analytical skills and practical experience in navigating the capital market. This multifaceted approach has prepared them to become consultants and researchers capable of promoting ethical and sustainable investment practices within society.

Abstract

Tangkit Jambi's distinctive pineapples have great potential as raw materials for value-added processed products. However, limitations in processing technology and business management in accordance with halal principles hinder the development of these products. This proposal aims to optimize halal-based pineapple processing through the empowerment of KUBE Mega Buana, with training in processing, halal certification, and marketing of halal products. The targeted outcomes are high-quality halal pineapple processed products, KUBE members who are competent in sharia business management, and the formation of a halal MSME ecosystem in Tangkit. This activity supports the development of a fair, sustainable, and empowering sharia economy for the local community.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi, Kemudahan Penggunaan, dan Religiusitas terhadap Minat Menggunakan dompet digital LinkAja Syariah pada Generasi Z di Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Non Probability Sampling di wilayah Kota Jambi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda (Multiple Linear Regression) dengan bantuan software SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, ketiga variabel independen yaitu Promosi, Kemudahan Penggunaan, dan Religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Menggunakan LinkAja Syariah. Hasil uji-t secara spesifik memperlihatkan bahwa Kemudahan Penggunaan adalah variabel yang paling dominan, ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung tertinggi (8,511) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Kemudahan Penggunaan adalah faktor terkuat dalam mendorong Minat Menggunakan, diikuti oleh Promosi dengan t hitung = 8,347 dan Religiusitas dengan t hitung = 7,206 yang semuanya signifikan pada α=0,000. Kata Kunci: Promosi, Kemudahan Penggunaan, Religiusitas, Minat Menggunakan, LinkAja Syariah, Generasi Z.   Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of Promotion, Ease of Use, and Religiosity on the Intention to Use the LinkAja Syariah digital wallet among Generation Z in Jambi City. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method, in which primary data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling within the Jambi City area. The data analysis technique applied is Multiple Linear Regression, with the assistance of SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software. The results of the study indicate that, partially, the three independent variables Promotion, Ease of Use, and Religiosity have a positive and significant influence on the Intention to Use LinkAja Syariah. The t test results specifically indicate that Ease of Use is the most dominant variable, as shown by the highest t-value (8.511) and a significance level of 0.000. This suggests that Ease of Use is the strongest factor driving the intention to use, followed by Promotion with a t-value of 8.347 and Religiosity with a t-value of 7.206, both also significant at α = 0.000.
