Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze car purchase decisions using the Multi-Objective Optimization based on Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. This method was chosen because it is able to handle various conflicting decision-making criteria. The study evaluated fifteen car alternatives based on seven criteria: price, fuel consumption, engine capacity, safety features, comfort, resale value, and CO2 emissions. Price and CO2 emission criteria were considered the most important, while other criteria were considered the most important. The analysis process begins with data collection and the application of criteria for value normalization for each alternative. Then, the final score is obtained by summing the normalization value of the maximized criteria and subtracting the normalization value of the minimized criteria. The results of the analysis show that the car that receives the highest score is the most suitable to buy. This research shows how the MOORA method functions in decision support systems and provides useful knowledge to consumers on how to make more informational and data-driven purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology compels companies to continuously adapt by developing information systems that are both efficient and responsive to dynamic business needs. Low-code platforms have emerged as an alternative solution that accelerates system development without requiring extensive programming skills. This study aims to evaluate the advantages and limitations of low-code platforms in the context of enterprise information system development. The research employs a combination of literature review, observations of implementations in several companies, and interviews with IT practitioners. The evaluation results indicate that low-code platforms offer several strengths, including faster development times, easier integration, and enhanced collaboration between technical and non- technical teams. However, certain limitations were also identified, such as constraints in handling complex customizations, risks of vendor lock-in, and challenges related to scalability and data security management. Therefore, the adoption of low-code platforms should be strategically considered based on the specific needs and complexity of the systems being developed.

Abstract

Teacher performance evaluation constitutes a fundamental element in educational quality enhancement, yet conventional assessment mechanisms frequently encounter subjectivity and inconsistency problems. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System for identifying the best teachers at SMAN 15 Tangerang City utilizing the Simple Additive Weighting approach. The system integrates five evaluation criteria encompassing discipline, communication ability, professional attitude, learning creativity, and teaching methodology with weighting based on importance level. The development methodology adopts the Waterfall model with systematic stages from requirements analysis to system evaluation. Implementation was conducted on assessment data of 54 teachers through decision matrix normalization and preference value calculation processes. Research findings demonstrate the system's capability to generate objective rankings with the best teacher obtaining a score of 0.9729. Black Box and White Box testing validated that system functionality operates optimally with high accuracy levels. This web-based system provides transparency, accountability, and efficiency in educational management decision-making processes.

Abstract

Stress is a mental disorder that is commonly experienced by employees of PT ACE HARDWARE INDONESIA Tbk. Most of the stress that occurs is often considered trivial, and if the stress is not handled immediately it will get worse and will affect productivity at work which will cause a decrease in turnover for PT ACE HARDWARE INDONESIA Tbk. So therefore we need a tool or system that has the ability like a psychologist in diagnosing this level of stress. The system is an expert system that solves problems as is usually done by experts. This study aims to create an expert system application for stress diagnosis. This system application diagnoses stress levels with the Prototype and the Certainty Factor method. The Certainty Factor method is a method for proving whether a fact is certain or uncertain. This method provides space for experts to give confidence in the knowledge they have. From calculations using the Centainty Factor method at each level, from the symptoms that employees input for mild stress levels the probability is 0.92% or 92%, while the symptoms inputted by employees for moderate stress levels are likely to be 0.994624 or 99.46%, from the results of the comparison of these possibilities the maximum value of CF is 0.994624 or 99.46% with a moderate stress level.

Abstract

Human resources are productive individuals who work as drivers of an organization needed for operational activities in it. PT. Citra Baru Perkasa is a private company that manages human resources, so it is not uncommon for problems to occur in its management, in this case to assess employees who receive promotions at PT. Citra Baru Perkasa which is carried out every 1 year, there are several problems that occur in the process of assessing and selecting employees receiving promotions, namely when the assessment process of promoted employees carried out by managers still uses questionnaire paper and in the process of calculating the assessment is only determined from the average value on each criterion, this makes the calculation look inaccurate and less accurate. Based on the existing problems, a solution was obtained by building a decision support system using two methods, namely Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weighted Product (WP), The purpose of building this system is to help reduce errors and simplify the assessment process. The results of this study showed that one of the employees of PT. Citra Baru Perkasa is eligible for promotion. This is based on the calculation results using both methods, namely an employee named Kurniasari who has a value of 1 using the SAW method and 0.210 with the WP method.

Abstract

Dalam era digitalisasi, keamanan data sensor pada perangkat Internet of Things (IoT) menjadi isu krusial, khususnya dalam implementasi smart home. Data sensor yang dikumpulkan dari perangkat IoT rentan terhadap serangan siber, seperti pencurian atau manipulasi data, yang dapat membahayakan privasi dan keamanan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pengamanan data sensor IoT dengan memanfaatkan teknologi blockchain. Metode penelitian mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan arsitektur sistem, dan implementasi prototipe menggunakan smart contract pada platform blockchain. Data sensor disimpan dalam rantai blok untuk memastikan integritas dan keamanannya, sementara autentikasi pengguna dikelola menggunakan kriptografi kunci publik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi blockchain meningkatkan keandalan sistem, dengan integritas data terjamin dan akses hanya dapat dilakukan oleh pihak yang memiliki otorisasi. Kesimpulannya, teknologi blockchain dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk mengatasi tantangan keamanan data pada ekosistem IoT smart home, memberikan jaminan privasi dan keamanan yang lebih baik bagi pengguna.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah literature review yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak signifikan penggunaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Daerah (SIMDA) pada proses pengolahan data keuangan di lembaga pemerintah. Manajemen data keuangan yang efisien telah menjadi elemen kunci dalam menjalankan operasi lembaga pemerintah dengan baik. Di era di mana informasi dan transparansi memegang peran sentral, akurat dan mudah diaksesnya data keuangan pemerintah semakin penting. Dalam rangka memahami peran SIMDA, penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai jurnal terkait penerapan SIMDA dalam pengolahan data keuangan di instansi pemerintah. Pencarian jurnal dilakukan melalui sumber-sumber terpercaya seperti Google Scholar dan Garba Rujukan Digital (GARUDA). Hasil literature review menunjukkan bahwa SIMDA memiliki peran yang krusial dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengolahan data keuangan di instansi pemerintah. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan pada penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa SIMDA berperan penting dalam meningkatkan mutu informasi, laporan keuangan, akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan efisiensi laporan keuangan di instansi pemerintah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap rancangan sistem portal procurement berbasis web dengan model waterfall pada PT Pertamina (Persero). Model waterfall digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem dengan tahapan-tahapan pengembangan yang terstruktur dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Studi literatur dilakukan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai kondisi terkini dari rancangan sistem portal procurement berbasis web pada PT Pertamina (Persero) serta untuk mengetahui model dan teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis rancangan tersebut. Selanjutnya, dilakukan analisis terhadap rancangan sistem portal procurement berbasis web pada PT Pertamina (Persero) dengan menggunakan model waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai keefektifan penggunaan model waterfall dalam pengembangan sistem portal procurement berbasis web pada PT Pertamina (Persero) serta menemukan solusi atas masalah-masalah yang mungkin muncul pada tahapan pengembangan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dan rekomendasi bagi PT Pertamina (Persero) dalam pengembangan sistem portal procurement berbasis web yang lebih efektif dan efisien

Abstract

Jaringan komputer adalah jaringan telekomunikasi yang memungkinkan antar komputer untuk saling menukar data. Tujuan dari jaringan komputer ialah agar bisa mencapai tujuannya, pada bagian dari setiap jaringan komupter bisa memberikan serta meminta layanan (service). Pihak yang menerima/meninta layanan disebut dengan klien (client) serta yang melakukan pengiriman/yang memerikan layanan disebut dengan peladen (server). Desain tersebut bernama sistem client-server, serta dipakai pada hampir semua aplikasi jejaring komputer. Hal tersebut tentunya bukan yang mengejutkan lagi mengingat betapa pesatnya perkembangan teknologi yang terjadi hingga saat ini. Berbicara soal bisnis banyak sekali peranan jaringan dalam proses kerja seperti berbagi informasi dan berbagi data untuk mempercepat proses kerja. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka memiliki keahlian dalam jaringan computer sangatlah dibutuhkan dan banyak di inginkan perusahaan. Solusi yang harus dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan pengenalan dan pelatihan jaringan kegenerasi muda baik yang ada di daerah kota atau daerah tertinggal sekalipun.

Abstract

This study compares the effectiveness of the Random Forest and Decision Tree algorithms in predicting students' academic performance based on learning activities. The data used included reading scores, writing scores, math scores, and demographic variables such as gender, race/ethnicity, parental level of education, lunch, and test preparation course. The research was carried out through the stages of data cleaning, training and test data sharing, model training, and evaluation using confusion matrix and accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. The results show that Random Forest performs best with 97% accuracy, surpassing Decision Tree which has 94% accuracy. The feature importance analysis  revealed that cognitive ability—especially in the reading score, writing score, and math score features—had the greatest influence on prediction results. These findings confirm that the Random Forest model is more reliable and effective as a prediction tool in the academic decision support system to detect the potential for decline in student achievement early.
