Abstract

Perhotelan merupakan alat vital yang melayani wisatawan lokal dan internasional di Kota Padang. Masalah muncul ketika informasi terbatas dari keramahan membuat sulit bagi wisatawan yang ingin memesan hotel. Perancangan sistem informasi manajemen hotel di Kota Padang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat memberikan informasi hotel sehingga memudahkan wisatawan dalam mencari hotel. Perkembangan teknologi informasi termasuk Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM). Penggunaan peta digital Mapbox untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) menjadi salah satu sarana efektif untuk media promosi dan informasi hotel di kota Padang. Perancangan sistem informasi manajemen hotel di Kota Padang menggunakan visualisasi model UML (Unified Modeling Language) dengan diagram visualisasi berorientasi objek. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model Prototype. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah bahasa pemrograman PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) berdasarkan framework codeigniter dan Javascript, AJAX, dengan MySQL sebagai Database Management System (DBMS), dan Sublime Text 3 sebagai editor. Perancangan sistem informasi menampilkan informasi tentang lokasi hotel bersama dengan layanan pelacakan atau arah menggunakan GPS, jenis kamar, harga, fasilitas, rating, dan ulasan yang tersedia.

Abstract

Kabupaten Indramayu memiliki sentral produksi padi sawah tertinggi di Jawa Barat, yaitu sebesar 1.291.983 ton pada tahun 2011-2015. Kondisi lahan sawah di Indramayu yang merupakan lahan dataran rendah mengharuskan sawah diairi oleh sistem irigasi buatan dengan sistem pembayaran iuran. Sistem tersebut menggunakan sistem bagi hasil panen sebesar 10% dari penerimaan usaha tani. Namun iuran tersebut dianggap terlalu mahal oleh petani sehingga banyak di antaranya yang memilih untuk tidak membayar iuran irigasi. Akibatnya, terjadi kekurangan pendanaan biaya operasional dan pemeliharaan irigasi. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah menentukan langkah-langkah yang dapat diterapkan untuk menutupi kekurangan pendanaan operasional dan pemeliharaan jaringan irigasi. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini, yaitu mengidentifikasi sistem iuran air irigasi, mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi iuran irigasi, dan menentukan strategi kebijakan dalam pengelolaan irigasi yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif struktur biaya Mitra Cai, analisis logistik biner, dan metode Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP). Hasil dari AHP kebijakan keputusan yang kompleks adalah mengoptimalkan penarikan iuran irigasi, melakukan transparansi penggunaan pendanaan Mitra Cai, dan membuat koperasi Mitra Cai. Implikasi kebijakan dari faktor utama kesejahteraan petani yaitu mengoptimalkan iuran irigasi dengan aturan tegas dan tertulis yang diresmikan dalam peraturan desa dan AD ART Mitra Cai.

Abstract

Background: Phobia or morbid fear sensation is among the most common psychiatric problems in the community. The existing methods to treat it mostly are time consuming and carrying adverse effects. Methods: This report describes a simple method of acupuncture therapy could immediately overcome specific phobia in two patients. Case descriptions: Two patients suffering specific phobia towards gecko and snake, respectively. They were asked to imagine the object of phobia, so as to incur the phobic emotional and bodily sensations. Acupuncture was done upon the body area suffering the bodily sensation of phobia, until the sensation was replaced by needling sensation (de qi). With the vanish of the phobic bodily sensation, the emotional phobic reaction vanished too. Conclusion: The somatosensory acupuncture therapy is simple, safe and effective in alleviating specific phobia in one treatment session. It is explorable further as a quick fix for specific phobia.

Abstract

Background: Shengmai Powder or Sheng Mai San (SMS) is a classic traditional Chinese herbal formula for enhancing qi and nourishing yin, and nowadays it is widely used for the treatment of arrhythmia, myocarditis, coronary heart disease, chronic heart failure and other heart diseases. Methods: This article is a systematic review of published evidences about the empirical and pharmacological effects of SMS available from Sciencedirect, PubMed and CNKI data bases. Results: In the classical book of TCM, SMS is stated to have the effect of enhancing Qi and Yin. Nowadays it is widely used to treat arrhythmia, myocarditis, coronary heart disease, heart failure, and others. Many pharmacologic and clinical studies indicate its mechanism and effectiveness for the treatment of those various diseases. Conclusion: The empirical effects of SMS have largely been proven to possess anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, metabolic, anti-hypoxia, immune-potentiation, and other effects, and to be effective in treatment of angina pectoris, myocarditis, coronary heart disease, heart failure, arrhythmia, and others.

Abstract

This research is research into the development of e-modules based on problem based learning integrated wordwall to improve students' cognitive abilities. The students' low scores on teaching materials for listening to sounds are due to the teaching materials being limited to textbooks and not taking advantage of technological developments. Teaching materials only consist of writing and pictures which are difficult for students to understand. This research aims to develop an e-module based on problem based learning to improve the cognitive abilities of fifth grade elementary school students. The type of research used is Research and Development with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, implementation and Evaluation). The research subjects involved fifth grade students at SDN 02 Pekiringanalit. Data collection uses questionnaires and, pretest and posttest scores. Research data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive methods. The results of the media expert validator are categorized as valid. The results of the material expert validator are categorized as very valid. And the response results from 20 fifth grade elementary school students were categorized as very valid. The overall results of the validator test are categorized as very valid so that the problem based learning integrated wordwall based e-module can be used for learning to hear because of sound in science lessons for class V elementary school.

Abstract

Kabupaten Indramayu, sebagai pusat produksi padi utama di Indonesia dengan target produksi 1,8 juta ton, memiliki potensi besar untuk mengintegrasikan ketahanan pangan dan energi melalui pengembangan pertanian berkelanjutan. Dengan jumlah petani mencapai 182.642 jiwa pada semester 1 tahun 2023 di Kabupaten Indramayu, PT Pertamina EP Zona 7 Jatibarang Field meluncurkan Program JARI TANGAN yang melibatkan tiga kelompok utama diantaranya adalah (1) Kelompok Tani Mukti; (2) Kelompok Pos Pelayanan Agens Hayati Sri Trusmi Satu; dan (3) Kelompok Petani Muda Pepeling Gembos. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas padi melalui penggunaan pupuk organik yang ramah lingkungan, memperbaiki kesuburan tanah, dan mengurangi pencemaran akibat pupuk kimia. metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode kaji tindakan (action research) yang diterapkan pada implementasi Program JARI TANGAN. Selain itu, program ini mendukung regenerasi petani muda dan mengharmonisasikan ketahanan pangan dengan ketahanan energi, memastikan ketersediaan pangan yang berkelanjutan sambil mengelola sumber energi secara efektif. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi berbasis penelitian guna optimalisasi program dalam rangka meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan energi secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

This policy paper outlines that the implementation of hajj and umrah pilgrimage in Indonesia faces various complex challenges that require comprehensive policy transformation and governance reform. This policy article analyzes the main problems in Indonesian hajj and umrah management, including long queues of hajj candidates reaching 20-30 years, imbalanced quota distribution among provinces, weak PPIU supervision, and low quality of manasik guidance. This paper uses qualitative writing methods with comprehensive document analysis and literature study approaches. The analysis uses the Urgency, Seriousness, Growth (USG) approach developed by Bryson (2018) to determine problem priorities, with William N. Dunn's policy alternative evaluation method based on effectiveness, efficiency, feasibility, sustainability, and political feasibility criteria. The theoretical foundation integrates Public Service Management Theory, Queue Management Theory, Good Governance, and Service Quality Model. Five policy alternatives are analyzed, with the Integrated National Hajj Management System (SIMHAJI) obtaining the highest score (22). The results show that SIMHAJI is the optimal solution because it can address root problems systemically, increase operational efficiency by up to 31%, and strengthen transparency and accountability in hajj-umrah implementation. The main conclusion mentions the need for comprehensive digital transformation through implementing integrated platforms supported by Presidential Regulation on hajj-umrah digital transformation. The main contribution of this article lies in a holistic approach that integrates technology, diplomacy, and governance aspects in policy solutions towards Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

Kerusakan pantai menjadi salah satu fenomena yang saat ini banyak terjadi di beberapa wilayah pesisir seiring meningkatnya perubahan iklim global. Kerusakan pesisir seperti abrasi disebabkan oleh faktor alam dan faktor manusia (Antropogenik). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besaran abrasi yang terjadi Desa Ujunggebang Kecamatan Sukra Kabupaten periode tahun 1990 sampai dengan tahun 2020 dengan teknologi penginderaan jauh (remote sensing) dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencegah dan menanggulaninya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan interpretasi citra landsat tahun 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, dan 2020 serta melakukan observasi langsung (ground check). Strategi dan upaya mencegah dan menanggulangi abrasi diperoleh dari studi literature.

Abstract

Bridge infrastructure is a vital component of transportation systems that is vulnerable to structural damage caused by dynamic loads, environmental factors, and aging. Early crack detection is crucial to prevent structural failures that may lead to catastrophic consequences. This study aims to develop a non-destructive detection method based on acoustic sensors to identify cracks in bridge structures with higher sensitivity and accuracy compared to conventional visual inspections. The research was conducted through laboratory experiments and field tests using acoustic sensors, data acquisition devices, and signal analysis software. The procedure included sensor installation on a bridge model, simulation of artificial cracks with varying sizes and positions, recording of acoustic wave signals, and data analysis using frequency spectrum, amplitude, and waveform pattern approaches. The results show significant differences between normal and cracked conditions in the frequency spectrum, where cracks produced amplitude anomalies at specific frequencies. Amplitude analysis revealed a positive correlation between crack size and acoustic signal intensity, while waveform pattern analysis demonstrated the influence of crack position on distortion levels. Cracks located at the center generated the highest distortion, followed by joints and edges. These findings confirm that acoustic sensors, particularly fiber-optic-based ones, offer advantages such as high sensitivity, reliability under complex environmental conditions, and the ability to detect subsurface cracks. The implications of this research highlight the potential development of an acoustic sensor-based structural health monitoring system integrated with real-time analysis software, thereby supporting preventive maintenance, extending infrastructure lifespan, and enhancing transportation safety.
