Abstract

Small and Medium Furniture Industry is one of the leading commodities of Kendal Regency and has important role in regional economy. Furniture IKM, which was only focused onproducts, must now change its strategy to focus on customers and implement modern management and be able to build relationships with customers. Consumers need more than just the value offered and have unique needs so companies need to think about creating marketing concepts that not only rely on the company's internal capabilities, but also involve consumer feelings. Maintaining good relation swith customers and increasing their loyalty through the development and fulfillment of customer needs is one of IKM furniture strategies in developing business. From the description, the author took the initiative to help design an information system based on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as an industry 4.0 technology to digitize marketing, especially for managing customers. The implementation of CRM-based information systems starts from collecting data, then analyze business processes, and using case diagrams. The next step is to implement a CRM system using Microsoft Excel VBA. Finally analyze and evaluate CRM implementations in Furniture IKM. From this research we get a CRM system that is suitable for furniture IKM business processes.

Abstract

The Mac computer lab is one of the busiest labs because it is always used as a place for practice. Service satisfaction is the focus of the laboratory manager because not all customers express the level of service satisfaction directly. Therefore, researchers should analyze and find out the level of customer satisfaction with the quality of services provided to help laboratory management improve the quality of services, so that customer satisfaction will be better, The variables used in this research are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, empathy and responsibility. This variable is subjected to multiple linear regression to determine whether the variable partially and simultaneously has a significant effect on service satisfaction. The sample used was laboratory user students with data collection techniques using saturated sampling methods and Likert scales. The data are processed using multiple linear regression. From the results of data processing and discussion it is known that the tangible and assurance variables have no relationship with service satisfaction because the t count is smaller than the t table. The variables reliability, empathy and responsibility have a significant relationship with service satisfaction because they have positive t values greater than t table with values of 2.151, 2.216 and 1.642. Abstract

Kontribusi dengan persentase 80% terhadap produk ekspor mebel, furnitur menjadi industri dengan potensi pasar yang besar. Namun demikian, sambungan pada produk furnitur merupakan bagian yang perlu diperhatikan, karena pada bagian ini sangat rentan terjadi patahan atau kerusakan. Pengujian produk prototipe perlu sumber daya dan waktu lebih, sehingga dikembangkan metode pendekatan untuk memperoleh data hasil pengujian kekuatan produk tanpa membuat prototipe atau lebih dikenal dengan metode analisis elemen hingga (FEA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kekuatan sambungan dari sebuah stool yang dipasangkan pasak kayu dengan ukuran Ø8, Ø10 & Ø12 mm sebagai konstruksinya. Hasil simulasi pembebanan statis menunjukkan jika aplikasi pasak kayu Ø12 mm mampu menahan beban 60kgf lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pasak kayu Ø8 dan Ø10 mm. Tegangan von misses maksimum sebesar 23,14 MPa masih jauh dibawah nilai tegangan luluh material. Selain itu pergeseran dan regangan maksimal hanya senilai 0,562 mm dan 0,0011 secara berurutan.
