The community service activity is aimed at providing a great command of Duolingo application for English teacher and MA Miftahul Ulum Pagendingan students where the application can be utilized as an interesting English teaching and learning tool. The method employed in this activity is training and mentoring regarding the utilization of Duolingo application through Smartphone. The activity of the service is desperately provide pedagogical commands for all participants how to teach or learn English in an interesting way that is by using Duolingo application. The participants consider that educational Duolingo application is extremely beneficial when to be utilized in English teaching and learning process in classroom.

The Adiba Farma Pharmacy is a new business place that sells drugs, but wants to have an application in the process of buying and selling transactions at the pharmacy, to make it easier to search drug data, drug location, view drug prices, stocks, drug expiration dates, buying and selling transactions and view reports of sales to consumers and reports of purchases from suppliers. To realize this desire, in this study a pharmacy sales management application is designed that is built using a web-based programming language that can be accessed only on a client server-based pharmacy local computer network. The application is built using the prototype method, the blackbox method is used for application testing. The results of testing with the blackbox method are valid, meaning that 100% of the application's functionality can run well, so it can be said that this application can be used by Adiba Farma Pamekasan pharmacies.

In the current era of globalization, information technology is increasing very rapidly, especially in sales marketing. The computer as an intermediary created to facilitate human work. Kurnia studio which is engaged in the sale of goods and services requires a lot of information software that supports and provides satisfying services for consumers. Until now all the relaxation in the studio has not been computerized, starting from recording the order to storing other data related to sales to reporting, so that it is possible during the process of recording errors in the calculation, the accuracy of the data made and delays in searching the data required. Another problem faced by Kurnia Studio is that it is difficult to determine the stock of goods. Determination of the right stock of goods is needed to be able to divide the capital allocation so that services and sales can run smoothly. For that we need a point of sale application that is useful in finding data and making studio financial reports to be more accurate and faster. with this technology a forecasting system is also used using the double exponentiation smoothing method to analyze the stocking of goods for the following month. Pondok pesantren puncak darussalam telah mencoba mengimplementasi revolusi industri 4.0 dimana setiap kegiatan pondok pesantren dapat dilakukan dan diimplementasikan secara digital dengan sedikit menggunakan peran manusia. Banyaknya aplikasi yang digunakan pondok pesantren perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk melihat seberapa besar efektifitas dan pengaruhnya terhadap pondok pesantren. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk melihat efektifitas penggunaan teknologi yang ada di pondok pesantren, dengan melihat beberapa kegiatan yang ada di pondok pesantren mulai dari kegiatan belajar mengajar lembaga formal dan non formal, kegiatan kebutuhan sehari hari santri, kegiatan pembayaran kewajiban santri serta kegiatan kunjungan wali santri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektifitas penggunaan teknologi di pondok pesantren dilihat dari dua aspek yaitu aspek kegunaan dan ketepatan. Pondok pesantren modern seperti puncak darussalam tidak menutup diri akan perkembangan teknologi akan tetapi hanya menggunakan teknologi yang benar benar dapat memberikan manfaat baik bagi pengurus, santri maupun wali santri.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan mitra yaitu kurangnya minat belajar siswa dan kurangnya penggunaan media berbasis teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permaslahan mitra adalah melaksanakan identifikasi dan observasi langsung ke sekolah, Melaksanakan Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) kepada guru. Materi pada kegiatan bintek adalah 1) Model pembelajaran Osborn, 2) Media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, dan 3) Penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis Osborn, Melaksanakan kegiatan pendampingan kepada guru dalam penyusunan dan impelementasi perangkat pembelajaran dan Melaksanakan kegiatan evaluasi terhadap guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan bimbingan teknis penerapan model pembelajaran osborn berbasis teknologi dengan menggunakan aplikasi Quizizz dan Kahoot di SMP Islam Plus Nurul Karomah dalam lingkungan pondok pesantren Nurul Karomah yang beralamatkan di Pademawu, Pamekasan, Madura dapat memberikan manfaat bagi para guru. Beberapa manfaat yang didapatkan adalah sebagai berikut: 1) dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi khususnya kurangnya minat belajar siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, 2) dapat mengatasi pemahaman guru dalam penggunaan inovasi model pembelajaran yang berpusat pada guru seperti model pembelajaran osborn, 3) dapat mengatasi kurangnya pemahaman guru dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, 4) dapat membuat perangkat pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran osborn, dan 5) dapat membuat soal dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Quizizz dan Kahoot sebagai alat evaluasi pembelajaran.

Penggunan teknologi dalam manajemen kehadiran murid di sekolah dasar sangatlah penting, karena wali murid dapat dengan mudah mengetahui apakah anaknya sudah sampai di sekolah atau belum, apakah anaknya sudah pulang dari sekolah atau belum, secara online dan realtime. Tidak hanya itu, jika sekolah telah memiliki aplikasi yang dapat menghubungkan murid, wali murid dan sekolah maka sekolah juga dapat dengan mudah menerima saran dan masukan dari wali murid melalui aplikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi dengan fitur aplikasi kehadiran dan kepulangan murid sekolah dasar negeri galis 1 berbasis QRCode serta fitur komentar dan saran dari wali murid kepada pihak sekolah. Metode prototipe digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini. Aplikasi telah diuji dengan metode blackbox dan semua fitur telah bekerja dengan baik dan dapat diimplementasikan di sekolah sehingga dapat membangun budaya digital di lingkungan sekolah.

The activities of the University of Madura Real Work Lecture Program (KKN) in Taro'an Village, Tlanakan District, Pamekasan Regency, East Java Province had a positive impact on the development of MSMEs in Taro'an Village. One aspect that is very important in the development of MSMEs is business legality. Business legality has an important role because the legality of a business is a form of granting permits for organizers of business activities that are granted by the competent authority to business actors. With the Online Single Submission web, it makes it easier for business people to make NIB. In Taro'an Village there are 2 excellent SMEs, namely Kripik Tette and Traditional Jamu such as sinom and betel keys. The purpose of this study is to provide an explanation of the importance of making a Business Identification Number (NIB) as an activity for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Taro'an Village. Community Service Lecture (KKN) activities will help provide understanding to the community and introduce NIB. The method used in this activity is to provide an overview of the Business Identification Number (NIB), to help register the Business Identification Number (NIB) on the OSS website for MSME actors in Taro'an Village in order to obtain a Business Identification Number (NIB), and submit Identification Number Business (NIB) for MSME actors in Taro'an Village

Analysis of rewards gift with fuzzy relations aims to determine teachers who deserve accept rewards based on teacher performance assessments. Fuzzy relations are used to determine the level of relationship or relations between criteria with rating weights that have been determined objectively. The aspects assessed include 4 criteria, that is pedagogic, personality, professionalism, and social relations. Each criterion has a different number of sub-criteria. Overall there are 26 sub-criteria and 45 teachers from 6 elementary schools are assessed.The results of the performance assessment of 45 teachers with fuzzy relations and weighting criteria obtained one teacher data that has the highest performance value among other teachers. So that the value obtained is used as a decision support to determine which teacher is entitled and deserves a reward.

In the competitive business world, companies are required to have an effective and objective performance appraisal system. One crucial aspect of employee performance appraisal is the annual bonus distribution. One effort to improve employee performance is by providing annual bonuses. For this reason, currently, many companies are implementing this bonus so that their employees are motivated to improve and increase the quality of their work. One of them is a CV. Laras Alam Pamekasan. CV. Laras Alam Pamekasan is a company operating in the tobacco sector specifically supplying PT. Djarum Tobacco. Every year, CV. Laras Alam provides annual bonuses according to employee performance. However, bonuses are still based on rough calculations. That's why research was conducted to produce a decision support system in determining employee annual bonuses based on performance. This research uses the Profile Matching method. Profile Matching is one method in performance appraisal systems that uses a comparative approach between employee profiles and predefined ideal profiles. The aspects used in determining employee annual bonuses are the Work Attitude Aspect including criteria, behavior, responsibility, and cooperation. Performance Aspects include criteria, discipline, absenteeism, acceptance of additional assignments, and loyalty. From this research, a trial was carried out on 22 employees and then calculations and rankings were carried out.
