Abstract

Paylater is one of the newest payment methods in e-commerce that implements a buy now, pay later system or an installment mechanism. This service is the latest payment option launched by e-commerce. This study aims to determine user acceptance perceptions that influence satisfaction, sustainability intentions, and user use behavior. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) model, which also includes the variables perceived trust and pleasure, was employed in this study. This study adopted a quantitative methodology, distributing online surveys with 26 questions and using SmartPLS version 3.3.2 tools to analyze the data. According to the study's findings, eight out of ten hypotheses are supported. Effort Expectancy on Satisfaction and Price Value on Satisfaction are two hypotheses that are ruled out since their path coefficients and T-test values, respectively, are less than 0.1 and 1.96.

Abstract

E-commerce merupakan suatu wadah bagi penjual dan pembeli untuk bertransaksi dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi. Dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya, perusahaan e-commerce berlomba-lomba untuk memberikan layanan pengiriman terbaiknya bagi penggunanya. Namun, tak jarang kerap kali terdapat masalah layanan pengiriman yang timbul, salah satunya adalah failed return. Failed return merupakan gagalnya proses pengiriman kembali kepada penjual, hal ini mempengaruhi kepuasan penjual yang bermitra pada perusahaan e-commerce besar di Indonesia yaitu PT. XYZ. Hal ini menjadi fokus penulisan dikarenakan performa yang diberikan oleh penjual terhadap layanan retur masih dibawah rata-rata. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu terkait latar belakang terjadinya failed return dan strategi dalam menanggulanginya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus yang pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan diakhiri dengan analisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapati bahwa perlunya validator sebagai salah satu upaya untuk mengurangi failed return, yang disebut smart address. Fitur yang ada pada metode smart address ini dinilai dapat menjadi solusi bagi PT. XYZ dalam meminimalisir failed return dan meningkatkan kepuasan penjual.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has encouraged adaptation in various sectors, one of which is education through hybrid learning. This study aims to determine the effect and level of work culture application on vocational students' performance in adapting hybrid learning after the COVID-19 pandemic. Mixed research methods were used to collect relevant data and process data qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of this study indicate a significance level of less than 0.05, which means that the regression model can predict work culture variables with a coefficient of determination of 66.8%. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of work culture variables on the performance of vocational students in adapting hybrid learning after the COVID-19 pandemic by implementing work culture and producing excellent performance.

Abstract

Abstrak ini bertujuan untuk menyoroti pentingnya Pengambilan Keputusan Berbasis Data (Data-Driven Decision Making, DDDM) dalam konteks strategi manufaktur yang gesit di Indonesia. Pendekatan kualitatif diadopsi, dengan menggunakan tinjauan literatur yang komprehensif untuk mengumpulkan data yang relevan. Jurnal akademis, artikel penelitian, laporan industri, dan studi kasus terkait tentang DDDM dalam strategi agile manufacturing dianalisis. Analisis literatur mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan DDDM dalam agile manufacturing dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, kualitas produk, dan manajemen rantai pasokan. DDDM juga memungkinkan respon yang cepat terhadap perubahan permintaan pasar dan memfasilitasi pengembangan produk dan layanan inovatif yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Mengintegrasikan DDDM dalam strategi agile manufacturing memiliki implikasi yang signifikan bagi bisnis di Indonesia. Hal ini memberdayakan perusahaan untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif dengan mengoptimalkan sumber daya, meminimalkan risiko, dan dengan cepat beradaptasi dengan perubahan pasar. Selain itu, DDDM menumbuhkan budaya inovasi yang berkelanjutan, menghasilkan penawaran yang berpusat pada pelanggan dan mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis jangka panjang. Memahami dan menerapkan DDDM sangat penting bagi perusahaan yang ingin tetap kompetitif dan berkelanjutan di pasar yang dinamis.

Abstract

This purpose of this study is to analyze more deeply the impact of store atmosphere, service quality and promotion on repurchase decisions at Richeese Factory Jatinangor Town Square (Jatos) Sumedang outlets. This research applied quantitative methods and with regression analysis using IBM SPSS version 22. The author uses primary data, which is data collected directly from respondents. The accidental sampling technique was used for sampling and obtained 90 respondents. This study uses several stages of testing, including validity test, reliability tests, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and also coefficient of determination test. The results of this study show that the store atmosphere (X1), service quality (X2) and promotion (X3) have a significant effect on repeat purchase decisions (Y).repurchase decisions are influenced by store atmosphere, service quality and promotion by 62.5% and the remaining 37.5% is influenced by other factors. This study can be a reference material for business people to design and establish effective and efficient marketing policies. The results of this study also contribute to the development of science and input of Richeese Factory Management to focus more on developing product targeting the millennial generation.

Abstract

The Transportation Infrastructure Division of PT Pindad is responsible for the management and distribution of materials and components necessary for the company's production and operations. However, this Division often faces issues with inventory record inaccuracies. This inaccuracy occurs due to a discrepancy between the actual stock in the Warehouse and the data in the SAP ERP system. This research aims to analyze the inventory records in the Warehouse of the Transportation Infrastructure Division of PT Pindad using a qualitative descriptive approach method. The results of this study, through fishbone diagram analysis, show that the main cause of inventory record inaccuracies is employees not reserving materials through the ERP SAP system and the absence of SOPs regulating material reservations. As a solution, it is recommended to design Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the production material request (reservation) process through the ERP SAP system, which includes stages from the production department's material request, inventory management by the Warehouse, to the storage of finished goods back in the Warehouse after the production process is completed.
