Abstract

ABSTRAKPenguatan dan penanaman motivasi belajar ada di tangan guru, karena unsur terpenting dalam kegiatan pembelajaran adalah guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa  melalui metode Fun Reward. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Sedangkan subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SDN 13 Lolong Kota Padang, dengan jumlah siswa  20 orang yang terdiri dari 10 siswa laki-laki dan 10 siswa perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar anak melalui penerapan metode Fun Reward dengan kualifikasi sangat baik dan dinyatakan berhasil dengan skor pencapaian kelas 95% pada siklus II, meningkat dari 72% pada siklus I dan 69% pada siklus I. prasiklus, dan 35% pada prasiklus. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Fun Rewards dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa karena pelajaran yang disajikan guru menyenangkan.Kata Kunci: Penerapan, fun rewards, motivasi, siswa ABSTRACTStrengthening and instilling learning motivation is in the hands of the teacher, because the most important element in learning activities is the teacher. This study aims to increase student motivation through the Fun Reward method. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research. Meanwhile, the subjects of this study were class II students at SDN 13 Lolong Kota Padang, with a total of 20 students consisting of 10 male students and 10 female students. The results showed that there was an increase in children's learning motivation through the application of the Fun Reward method with very good qualifications and was declared successful with a grade achievement score of 95% in cycle II, an increase from 72% in cycle I and 69% in cycle I pre-cycle, and 35% in cycle I. pracycle. Abstract

The role of the Computer Network Engineering MGMP forum could have been more optimal in developing professional competence. If one pays attention to the usefulness of this forum, it is essential to support the improvement and development of the professional competence of SMK Computer Network Engineering teachers. This research aims to develop a Knowledge Management System-Based Training Model to improve the professional competence of vocational teachers. This research is research and development. This study uses the ADDIE development procedure. The subjects of this study were 35 teachers at SMK Computer Network Engineering Skills. The methods used to collect data are interviews and questionnaires. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique for this research is descriptive statistics. The results of this study, namely the needs analysis, show the level of need for this training model is 83.65%. The syntax of this model is an introduction, demonstration, discussion, B-KMS training, and evaluation. Products consisting of training models in book form; implementation of activity in the form of a guidebook; training materials in book form; use of applications in the form of books for admins and users; knowledge management system application. The study results show that this training model is valid, practical, effective and appropriate for use to improve teachers' professional competence.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of independent curriculum teaching materials that suit school needs. SDN 5 Sitiung requires teaching materials, one of which is the IPAS e-module in Class IV. So the effort made is to develop a Class IV science e-module for elementary schools in an independent curriculum that is valid, practical and effective. This type of research is Research and Development research which uses the Plomp development model which has several stages, namely (Preliminary research, development prototyping phase, assessment phase). The assessment instrument was carried out by the validators, namely content validator, language validator and graphic validator. Filling out the instrument sheet uses a validation sheet for validators and a practicality sheet assessed by practitioners. The result obtained from the development of Discovery Learning-Based E-Modules using the Canva Application in Class IV Science and Science Learning at Elementary School at SDN 5 Sitiung, namely from the validator results obtained an average of 89,3% with a very valid category, the practicality value obtained an average value of 94,2% in the very practical category, and the effectiveness value obtained an average of 83% in the very effective category.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the limited learning media and teachers in the process of teaching reading have not used media that is interesting for students at SDN 10 Koto Baru. Even though learning resources that use media are really needed to support teaching and learning activities so that learning objectives can be achieved. The aim of this research is to produce panca media (reading boards) to improve reading skill in class 1 indonesian language learning at SDN 10 Koto Baru that is valid, practical and effective for use in learning in class 1 elementary school. The research method used in this research in the Research and Development (R&D) method. In this research, the author only conducted research or simple research that focused on development. The model used is the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages. Namely analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. The results of the five media validation (reading boards) were assessed by six expert validators, namely the material validation results were 0.88% with the valid category, the design validation results were 0.86% with the valid category. Based on the material and design results, the average score was 0.87% with the valid category. . The results of the validation of the teaching module were assessed by three expert validators, namely the validation results of content suitability were 0.87% in the valid category, the construction validation results were 0.85% in the valid category, the language competency validation results were 0.85% in the valid category. Based on the results of content feasibility, construction and language competency, the average score was 0.86% in the valid category. The results of the teacher response questionnaire data analysis, which was assessed by one teacher, obtained an average of 97.5% in the very practical category. Based on the results of the trial, student responses reached 93.62% in the very practical category. The results of the effectiveness of the learning assessment for class 1 students obtained an average of 87.5% in the very effective category.
