Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) pada sistem irigasi cerdas tanaman kapas dengan menggunakan parameter suhu dan kelembapan sebagai dasar klasifikasi status pompa. Data penelitian berasal dari dataset publik sistem irigasi pintar yang berisi 201 baris data mencakup variabel jenis tanaman, kelembapan, suhu, dan status pompa. Tahapan pra-pemrosesan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas data melalui normalisasi, pembagian data latih dan uji, serta penghapusan nilai hilang. Model KNN diterapkan dengan parameter n_neighbors = 5 dan metrik jarak Euclidean untuk mengklasifikasikan status pompa (aktif dan nonaktif). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan algoritma KNN mampu mencapai akurasi hingga 96% dengan nilai precision, recall, dan F1-score yang seimbang pada kedua kelas, sehingga membuktikan keandalan algoritma dalam mengenali pola berbasis parameter lingkungan. Visualisasi data kelembapan dan suhu memperlihatkan batasan yang jelas antara kondisi pompa aktif dan nonaktif, yang semakin menegaskan kemampuan KNN dalam memisahkan dua kelas tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting sebagai tahap awal pengembangan sistem irigasi cerdas berbasis pembelajaran mesin. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, dapat dilakukan penambahan variabel lingkungan lain dan mengeksplorasi algoritma machine learning lain serta pengujian dengan dataset yang lebih besar dan beragam akan memberikan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif mengenai ketangguhan algoritma KNN pada skala luas dan berbagai kondisi iklim.

Abstract

Recording attendance is an important factor in the management of human resources. Information regarding attendance that can determine achievement, productivity or progress of the agency. So we need a smart attendance system that can work automatically, with a design method that makes a smart attendance system using fingerprint technology and using a control system. Data in the form of unique strokes at the fingertips of every human being is used as data. When this fingerprint is attached to the attendance device, the data is automatically entered into the Arduino. The results of this study indicate that Arduino Uno can be used as an attendance system controller using a fingerprint sensor. The FMP10 fingerprint sensor can read as many as 127 fingerprint data. This design was made to facilitate attendance automatically by attaching fingerprints to the fingerprint sensor and data will enter automatically into the Arduino without having to use stationery, pens, attendance books, and enter attendance data manually, so the impact of this design is good for use. because it is quite easy to use compared to manually.

Abstract

This study evaluates the interface and user experience of the Academic Information System (SIAK) at Tabanan University, developed by PT. Hoki Group. SIAK is used to manage academic information such as student registration, class scheduling, and grade recording. The evaluation aims to identify user issues and analyze their responses while using the system. Heuristic evaluation methods and the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) were used to assess the interface and user experience. The results showed average ratings of good in attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, and novelty, and very good in stimulation. However, nine main issues were found, including improper placement of the search feature, lack of error notifications, and incomplete menus. Interface improvement recommendations focus on addressing these issues to enhance the quality of SIAK. The findings of this study are expected to help developers improve the user interface (UI) elements and enhance the overall user experience.

Abstract

Information technology has a transformative impact on various aspects of life and covers all fields, even in government activities. The development of information technology has given birth to many new innovations that can help the government in carrying out the procurement process of goods and services. SiRUP is a web-based general procurement plan information system application used to announce the general procurement plan (RUP) implemented by each Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) in Tabanan Regency. By using the SiRUP application, it will facilitate each OPD in the planning process, transparency and governance of government procurement of goods and services. Achieving the goal of good and transparent government procurement of goods and services, the quality of the system used must be in accordance with what is expected, therefore conducting an evaluation or analysis of satisfaction is very important to do. Based on this, it is necessary to analyze user satisfaction with the SiRUP application which can describe how much user satisfaction is so that recommendations can be given in developing the system according to user needs. Several models and methods have been created to analyze and understand the factors that determine user satisfaction of an application system, including EUCS (End User Computing Statistics) and TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). From the results of the analysis of user satisfaction of the SiRUP application using the EUCS and TAM methods, it was found that the content, form (format), ease of use, and usefulness of the SiRUP application have a positive and significant influence on user attitudes. Relevant information, good design, easy-to-use features, and application benefits are the main factors that increase positive user perceptions. On the other hand, accuracy and timeliness, although they have a positive influence, are not significant on user attitudes, because they are considered basic needs that should be met. In addition, user attitudes are proven to have a positive and significant influence on user satisfaction of the SiRUP application.

Abstract

This community service program aims to empower the Subak Sidang Rapuh Farmers Group in Marga Dauh Puri Village, Tabanan Regency, through the utilization of Telajakan (traditional Balinese green open spaces) and Tabulampot (fruit plants in pots) for Eco Enzyme production. The main problems faced by farmers include underutilized land, high dependency on chemical pesticides, and limited understanding of cost management and digital marketing. The program’s solutions include training on tabulampot cultivation and Eco Enzyme production, cost calculation using mathematical approaches, and marketing strategies through e-commerce platforms. The results showed significant improvements in farmers’ knowledge and skills—100% of participants successfully managed telajakan as productive land, produced Eco Enzyme independently, and understood the fundamentals of cost calculation and digital marketing. This program has proven effective in promoting sustainable agriculture, reducing organic waste, and increasing community income based on Balinese local wisdom.
