<![CDATA[The phenomena of document theft and misuse represent recurring issues in various contexts. Data misuse is defined as the unauthorized or illegal utilization of personal information, resulting in material and administrative losses. Given the significance of archives, effective management of personal and family records is essential, including the implementation of digitization as a security strategy, similar to archival management practices applied in formal institutions. This study focuses on the management of family records in the rural community of Kampung Cikurutug Elos, Cicurug-Sukabumi. The research aims to evaluate the level of community understanding in managing family documents through the perspective of the records life cycle. The methodology employed is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques encompassing observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. Data analysis is conducted through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Research findings indicate that the process of record creation and receipt stems from both formal and informal activities. Family members utilize these records for personal and collective interests. Organization and classification of records are performed based on family needs, with the use of storage equipment such as folders and the determination of strategic storage locations. Documents that have lost their utility are destroyed to prevent accumulation. Some residents have adopted digitization practices through digital photography and scanning. The study concludes that the community of Kampung Cikurutug Elos has implemented family record management with considerable effectiveness, as evidenced by the ease and speed of information retrieval processes.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan khusus sebagai suatu pusat informasi. Perpustakaan khusus yang dimaksud adalah Perpustakaan Museum Sri Baduga. Adapun ruang lingkup dari penelitian berupa pengelolaan perpustakaan, seperti pengklasifikasian koleksi, membuat nomor panggil, pelabelan koleksi, menginventarisasi koleksi, menginput koleksi ke dalam SLIMS, shelving koleksi, serta melakukan kegiatan layanan. Metode penelitian adalah Kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara, pengamatan yang dilakukan secara langsung, dan juga studi literatur. Perpustakaan memerlukan manajemen yang baik agar segala hal yang sudah direncanakan dapat terlaksana sebagaimana mestinya dan agar tujuan dari perpustakaan yaitu sebagai pusat informasi dapat terpenuhi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pengelolaan perpustakaan Museum Sri Baduga yaitu melakukan inventarisasi buku, nomer panggil dan pelabelan buku sesuai dengan ketentuan. Kedepannya, diharapkan Perpustakaan Museum Sri Baduga juga melakukan promosi di media sosial secara lebih aktif lagi, agar informasi mengenai Perpustakaan Museum Sri Baduga beserta koleksi bahan bacaannya dapat diketahui oleh khalayak ramai, sehingga fungsi dari Perpustakaan Museum Sri Baduga sebagai pusat informasi dapat dimanfaatkan lebih maksimal oleh para pemustaka.]]>

Pengetahuan Adalah Sesuatu Yang Mafaatkan Bagi Manusia Untuk Belajar Mengenai Dunia, Yang Seiring Waktu Dapat Berkembang Berdasarkan Informasi Yang Didapat. Sebuah Pengetahuan Dapat Berubah-Rubah Dari Informasi Yang Telat Didapat. Ilmu Tidak Hanya Diperoleh Dari Pendidikan Formal, Namun Ilmu Juga Bisa Didapatkan Di Luar Pendidikan Formal. PODSESIF Menjadi Salah Satu Program Museum Gedung Sate Dalam Memperkaya Sumber Informasi Bagi Pengunjung. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Untuk Mengetahui Program Podsesif Dalam Menyediakan Dan Menyebarluaskan Informasi Sejarah Secara Digital Bagi Masyarakat. Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Metode Kualitatif Dengan Observasi, Wawancara, Dan Studi Kepustakaan. Kesimpulannya Bahwa Museum Gedung Sate Memiliki Potensi Besar Sebagai Destinasi Sumber Belajar Bagi Masyarakat. Museum Gedung Sate Memiliki Banyak Program, Diantaranya Program “PODSESIF” Yang Merupakan Singkatan Dari “Podcast Sejarah Inspiratif” Merupakan Judul Utama Dari Program Podcast Yang Ada Di Museum Gedung Sate. Posdcast Ini Berisi Topik Yang Mengedukasi Namun Disampaikan Dengan Santai Dan Menghibur, Seputar Sejarah-Sejarah Yang Ada Di Indonesia, Jawa Barat Dan Dunia, Baik Itu Sejarah Kuno Maupun Sejarah Kontemporer. Podcast Museum Gedung Sate Ini Kemudian Diupload Di Media Sosial, Seperti Spotify Dan Instagram. Media Ini Dimanfaatkan Sebagai Sarana Penyebarluasan Informasi Sejarah Bagi Masyarakat. <![CDATA[The library café concept introduces innovation in the library world by creating a more modern and comfortable atmosphere. This study aims to analyze the management strategies in planning and organizing The Room 19 as a library café. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, using observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review as data collection techniques. Data analysis is conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The findings indicate that The Room 19's planning strategy involves environmental analysis, vendor involvement in interior design, and the establishment of a concept inspired by To Room Nineteen, a book by Doris Lessing. The organizational strategy includes forming a structured team consisting of Co-Founder & Management and Library Monitor, with a monthly shift division system. The Room 19 implements an online reservation system via Instagram and schedules visits into three daily shifts, each lasting four hours. Additionally, collaborations with various brands and communities support product offerings and regular activities, while the Opaper application is used for online book borrowing and product transactions. These strategies ensure efficient management and enhance the appeal of the library café.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas informasi ChatGPT terhadap kebutuhan akademik mahasiswa di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Bandung. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari meningkatnya penggunaan ChatGPT oleh mahasiswa sebagai sumber informasi akademik, namun masih terdapat kekhawatiran mengenai kualitas informasi yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini penting untuk mengetahui apakah ChatGPT benar-benar mampu memenuhi kebutuhan akademik mahasiswa secara efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan melalui survei daring menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert kepada 208 mahasiswa yang dipilih dengan teknik two-stage cluster sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji deskriptif, uji prasyarat analisis (normalitas, multikolinieritas, dan heteroskedastisitas), serta analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat dimensi kualitas informasi (relevansi, akurasi, ketepatan waktu, dan kelengkapan) secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebutuhan akademik mahasiswa, dengan nilai R Square sebesar 47,8%. Kesimpulannya, semakin tinggi kualitas informasi yang disediakan oleh ChatGPT, maka semakin tinggi pula pemenuhan kebutuhan akademik mahasiswa. Kelengkapan informasi menjadi faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kebutuhan akademik mahasiswa.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the role of the mobile library program as a form of public service provided by the Cimahi City Public Library in enhancing literacy access for the community, particularly for students in areas with limited access to conventional libraries. The study is motivated by the urgency of equitable access to information as a part of inclusive literacy development. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through in-depth interviews with librarians who are directly involved in the implementation of the program. The findings indicate that the mobile library significantly contributes to increasing students’ reading interest by providing diverse and easily accessible reading materials. The presence of this service allows students to access information without the need to visit a library building directly. However, the implementation of the program faces several challenges, including limited vehicle availability, a shortage of human resources, and the risk of collection damage due to high mobility. Nevertheless, the findings suggest that the mobile library plays a strategic role in expanding the reach of library services and supporting the development of an equitable literacy ecosystem in Cimahi City.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify the forms of indigenous knowledge embedded in Banyuwangi's traditional cuisine, as presented in Kompas TV culinary programs uploaded to YouTube. Using a qualitative approach and textual analysis of selected video content, the findings revealed that Banyuwangi cuisine contains various forms of local health-related knowledge. This includes the use of plants such as Marsilea crenata (water clover), guava leaves, Sesbania grandiflora (hummingbird tree flowers), and lemongrass, which have been scientifically proven to contain active compounds beneficial to health. Local communities also demonstrate expertise in food fermentation, such as tofu, soy-based sweet soy sauce, and nata de soya, as well as in the processing of coffee beans and leaves into health drinks. This study identifies the traditional use of wadung leaves and fruit as culinary spices, which, despite the lack of existing scientific studies, offers potential for further research in the health and chemistry fields. These findings highlight that indigenous knowledge not only preserves tradition and supports health but also contributes significantly to the creative economy. Banyuwangi's local gastronomy, when packaged in digital media content, has strong potential to become part of a sustainable and inclusive cultural and creative industry.]]>

<![CDATA[Backgroud: KapanLagi Youniverse (KLY) is an information institution and online media company that manages ten types of media with diverse segmentation. In this context, information management becomes crucial, especially considering that KLY has millions of users every day. One of the primary data sources is information about pageviews obtained through Google Analytics from all the websites managed. With pageviews reaching trillions, the management and distribution of data to stakeholders is essential. Purpose: This article aims to ensure that the data team managers at KLY can make informed decisions and provide valuable insights based on the available and accurate data for their users. To facilitate the management of large and complex data, the implementation of business intelligence is critical, with Tableau Server being used as a visualization tool for pageview data. This article discusses how optimizing the use of Tableau Server can enhance the effectiveness of data management and visualization at KapanLagi Youniverse, as well as its impact on better decision-making. Methods: This research employs a mixed approach that combines qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the use of Tableau Server in managing the visualization of pageview data. Results: The findings indicate that Tableau has proven effective in conducting in-depth data analysis, allowing for interactive exploration and the identification of patterns that are difficult to uncover through traditional methods, thereby supporting more informed and timely decision-making strategies.]]>

<![CDATA[The era of globalization is increasingly developing, and the role of public relations is crucial to build a positive image and increase the relevance of libraries in the public point of view. This study aimed to determine how public relations programs in libraries in a global perspective through an analysis of optimizing library public relations strategies, maximizing projects to build optimal public relations strategies, and implementing effective library public relations strategies. The study used a literature review, highlighting the primary functions of public relations in promoting services, fostering relationships with the community, and increasing user participation. The results of the study indicated that the right public relations strategy maintained a positive impact on libraries amidst global competition and cultural diversity of users. Decision making based on user analysis, adaptation to trends, opening information as openly as possible and adopting technology, developing advanced programs as a library identity, and creating segmented programs were ways to optimize public relations projects. Libraries that were able to execute public relations programs optimally showed an increase in visits and were able to sustain their existence and relevance in this global era. The concludes that public relations is a program that libraries need to emphasize and improve, and librarians are the key factor in maximizing public relations programs so that the library’s role in the community can be more effective and impactful.]]>

<![CDATA[Pertumbuhan ekonomi mampu mendukung berbagai sektor dan berkontribusi pada kemajuan pembangunan serta membawa manfaat dan rekreatif bagi masyarakat lokal dan wisatawan asing. Perjalanan wisata ke lokasi tertentu yang tujuan utamanya untuk mendapatkan ilmu pengetahuan yang berhubungan langsung dengan lokasi yang dikunjungi menjadi daya tarik tersendiri. Salah satu objek wisata yang menarik untuk dikunjungi, yaitu wisata edukasi yang ditawarkan oleh dengan Museum. Museum tidak hanya memberikan fasilitas rekreasi melainkan juga memberikan aspek edukasi berupa pembelajaran sejarah dan budaya, sehingga wisatawan selain memperoleh hiburan juga memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan baru. Salah satu Museum yang ada di Indonesia khususnya Kota Bandung yaitu Museum Pos Indonesia. Museum Pos Indonesia merupakan pusat informasi, pendidikan dan pengembangan budaya, serta sebagai tujuan wisata edukasi yang menarik, yang dapat berkontribusi dan mengembangkan pariwisata di Kota Bandung. Benda koleksi yang dimiliki Museum Pos Indonesia dikelompokkan ke dalam 3 jenis koleksi yaitu: koleksi sejarah, koleksi filateli, dan koleksi peralatan. Dalam penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai pengelolaan dan pengembangan Museum Pos Indonesia menjadi daya tarik wisata edukasi. Pengelolaan dan pengembangan Museum Pos Indonesia berupa program kegiatan yang meliputi koleksi, pengawasan, pemeliharaan koleksi, penyajian koleksi, pengembangan benda koleksi, serta pengelolaan kunjungan. Strategi pengembangan yang dapat diterapkan di Museum dapat dilakukan melalui kerjasama promosi dan manajemen yang baik. Pemerintah ikut berperan serta dalam memberikan pengawasan terhadap perkembangan Museum.]]>
