Abstract

This study aims to 1) determine the magnitude of the determination of transformational leadership on the performance of public high school teachers in Denpasar city, 2) determine the magnitude of the determination of work ethic on the performance of state high school teachers in Denpasar city, 3) determine the magnitude of the determination of organizational commitment on the performance of state high school teachers in the city Denpasar, 4) knowing the magnitude of the determination of work motivation on the performance of public high school teachers in the city of Denpasar, 5) knowing the magnitude of the simultaneous determination of transformational leadership, work ethic, organizational commitment, and work motivation on the performance of teachers of public high schools in the city of Denpasar. This research is an "ex-post facto" study with a sample size of 233 people. Data is collected with questionnaires and documents. Data analysis was performed using simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation techniques. The results of the study show that: (1) there is a significant determination between transformational leadership on the performance of public high school teachers in Denpasar City, with a correlation coefficient of 0.433 and an effective contribution of 9.01%. (2) there is a significant determination between the work ethic on the performance of public high school teachers in Denpasar City, with a correlation coefficient of 0.314 and an effective contribution of 4.71%. (3) there is a significant determination between organizational commitment to the performance of public high school teachers in Denpasar City, with a correlation coefficient of 0.255 and an effective contribution of 0.38%. (4) there is a significant determination between work motivation on the performance of public high school teachers in Denpasar City, with a correlation coefficient of 0.513 and an effective contribution of 19.01% (5) together, there is a significant determination between transformational leadership, work ethic , organizational commitment and work motivation on the performance of public high school teachers in Denpasar City, with a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.575 and a determination of 33.17% on the performance of public high school teachers in Denpasar City.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) determine the contribution of servant leadership to teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Sawan, 2) determine the contribution of work ethic to teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Sawan, 3) determine the contribution of work discipline to teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Sawan, 4) knowing the magnitude of the contribution of completeness of facilities and infrastructure to teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Sawan, and 5) knowing the magnitude of the simultaneous significant contribution between servant leadership, work ethic, work discipline, completeness of facilities and infrastructure on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Sawan. This type of research is ex-post facto. The population in this study was 53 people. The research sample of this research was 46 people. Collecting data using a Likert scale model questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis of multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that (1) the contribution of the principal's servant leadership to teacher performance was 19.20%, (2) the contribution of the work ethic to teacher performance was 20.01%, (3) the contribution of work discipline to teacher performance was 17,08%, (4) the contribution of the completeness of facilities and infrastructure to teacher performance is 34,34%, and (5) the contribution of servant leadership style, work ethic, work discipline, completeness of facilities and infrastructure to teacher performance with a contribution of 90.63%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the variable contribution of transformational leadership, academic supervision, work climate, and organizational culture to teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Seririt. This type of research is ex post facto with a multiple linear regression analysis design. The population in this study was 61 people. The research sample for this study was 52 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire about the variables of transformational leadership, academic supervision, work climate, and organizational culture on teacher performance The results showed that: (1) there was a significant contribution of the principal's transformational leadership to teacher performance of 18.02%; (2) there was a significant contribution of academic supervision to teacher performance of 12.39%; (3) there was a significant contribution of work climate to teacher performance of 14.22%; (4) there was a significant contribution of organizational culture to teacher performance of 7.45%; and (5) there was a significant contribution of transformational leadership, academic supervision, work climate, and organizational culture together to teacher performance of 52.08%.
