Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of the completeness of learning media, class management, and achievement motivation to the learning outcomes of Vocational Specialization subjects in class XI students of Hospitality Department at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada. The population in the study was 140 students. A sample of 103 students was obtained by random sampling technique. Data on the completeness of instructional media, class management, and achievement motivation were collected by means of a questionnaire and data on learning outcomes were collected by studying documents on student learning outcomes in the schools. Data analysis used simple regression analysis, multiple regression, and partial correlation. Based on the research data analysis, the results show that: 1) there is a significant contribution of the completeness of learning media to the learning outcomes of vocational specialization subjects in class XI students majoring in hospitality at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada, with a contribution of 37.9% and an effective contribution of 14.39 %, 2) there is a significant contribution of class management to the learning outcomes of vocational specialization subjects in class XI students majoring in hospitality at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada, with a contribution of 54.5% and an effective contribution of 23.32%, 3) there is a significant contribution significant achievement motivation on learning outcomes of vocational specialization subjects in class XI students majoring in hospitality at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada, with a contribution of 54.9% and an effective contribution of 24.86%, and 4) there is a simultaneous significant contribution to the completeness of learning media , class management, and achievement motivation on learning outcomes in Pe Vocational interest in class XI students majoring in hospitality at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada, with a contribution of 62.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the evaluation separately or together in the context, input, process, product and constraints that occur in the implementation of the Layonsari system in Undiksha FBS. This research is a program evaluation research using the CIPP model. The population in this study amounted to 1953 people, while the sample amounted to 376 people. Data context, input, process, product in this study were collected using a questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis method. To determine the effectiveness of applying the Layonsari system the raw scores are transformed into Z-scores then to T-Scores then verified into the Glickman Quadrant prototype. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that: 1) The effectiveness of Layonsari system implementation in terms of context obtained effective results (+), 2) The effectiveness of Layonsari system implementation in terms of input obtained effective results (+), 3) Effectiveness of Layonsari system implementation in terms of process obtained effective results (+), 4) Effectiveness of Layonsari system implementation in terms of product, obtained effective results (+), 5) Evaluation results together with the Layonsari system application in terms of context, input, process, product results are very effective ( + + + +), and 6) The constraints faced in implementing the Layonsari system are 1) some managers are not of competent people such as high school graduates and are old enough, 2) some education staff are still not ready to use new applications looking at age and unpreparedness in technology, 3) Some of the students there are indeed students who are not ready because there are those who have not used smartphones or quota issues, 4) Funds used are still minimal, and 5) Guidelines are less clearly socialized to students.

Abstract

This study focused on the study of the contribution of (1) transformational leadership to the performance of the teachers of SMKN 1 Denpasar, (2) work motivation to the performance of the teachers of SMKN 1 Denpasar, (3) work ethic to the performance of SMKN teachers. 1 Denpasar, (4) job satisfaction to the performance of teachers at SMKN 1 Denpasar, (5) transformational leadership, work motivation, work ethic, and job satisfaction to the performance of teachers at SMKN 1 Denpasar. This study used an ex post facto design involving 36 teachers from 137 teachers in SMKN 1 Denpasar. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results show (1) there is a significant contribution between transformational leadership to teacher performance, (2) there is a significant contribution between work motivation and teacher performance, (3) there is a significant contribution between work ethic and teacher performance, (4) there is a contribution which is significant between job satisfaction on teacher performance, (5) simultaneously there is a significant contribution of transformational leadership, work motivation, work ethic, and job satisfaction to teacher performance. Among the four predictor variables studied, all of them affect teacher performance so that the logical consequence is to improve teacher performance by increasing the value of transformational leadership, work motivation, work ethic, and job satisfaction. Reviewing the contribution of different influences, the most influential predictor is work ethic (X3) of 41.87%, this predictor should be prioritized to improve teacher performance optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Contribution of Organizational Culture, Work Ethic, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the Rectorate of Ganesha University of Education. This study is an “ex-post facto” study with a sample size of 124 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. Analysis of research data using inferential statistics with simple regression techniques, partial correlation, and multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant contribution of organizational culture to performance, with a contribution of 80.3%, a correlation coefficient of 0.896, and an effective contribution of 22.84%; (2) there is a significant contribution of work ethic to performance, with a contribution of 97.1%, a correlation coefficient of 0.985 and an effective contribution of 18.13%; (3) there is a significant contribution of work motivation to performance, with a contribution of 61, 6%, the correlation coefficient is 0.785 and the effective contribution is 15.22%; (4) there is a significant contribution of work discipline to performance, with a contribution of 63.4%, a correlation coefficient of 0.796 and an effective contribution of 12.43%; and (5) collectively, there is a significant contribution to organizational culture, ethos. work, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance in the Ganesha University of Education Rectorate, with a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.828, and a contribution of 68.62%

Abstract

The study was conducted in order to investigate the relationship between students' learning motivation and the use of information and communication technology media in science learning on the Science Learning Outcomes of Class IV Students at the Elementary School Cluster II Kuta. The present research was an ex post facto research. There were 262 people who became the population in this study. The research sample was taken randomly, amounting to 78 people. Collecting data using learning outcomes tests to obtain data on learning outcomes and questionnaires on motivation and use of ICT media to obtain data on student learning motivation and data on the use of ICT media. The data analysis technique used ANAREG. The results showed that: (a) there was a significant relationship between learning motivation and science learning outcomes for fourth graders of SD Cluster II Kuta for the 2020/2021 academic year, which was 15% with rxly = 0.38; (b) there is a significant relationship between entrepreneurs using ICT media and science learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SD Cluster II Kuta for the 2020/2021 academic year, which is 53% with rx2y = 0.72; (c) A significant relationship between learning motivation and the use of ICT media with the learning outcomes of fourth graders of SD Cluster II Kuta for the 2020/2021 academic year, which is 68% with rx2y = 0.82 was found..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal the contribution of authentic leadership, academic supervision, work ethic and work motivation to the teacher's performance at SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. This research is an ex post facto research. A sample of 30 teachers was taken by random sampling technique from the research population, which amounted to 60 teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. The independent variables were authentic leadership (X1), academic supervision (X2), work ethic (X3) and work motivation (X4), while the dependent variable was teacher performance (Y). The research data was collected by using a questionnaire method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and partial correlation. The test results with the SPSS program showed that: 1) Authentic Leadership contributes positively and significantly to Teacher Performance by 41.5%, with an effective contribution of 0.1868%, 2) Academic Supervision contributes positively and significantly to Teacher Performance by 55.5% with an effective contribution of 11.2%. , 3) Work ethic contributes positively and significantly to Teacher Performance by 88.8% with an effective contribution of 31.48%, 4) Work Motivation contributes positively and significantly to Teacher Performance by 91% with an effective contribution of 51.46%, 5) Authentic Leadership, Academic Supervision , Work ethic and work motivation have a positive and significant contribution simultaneously to teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja by 93.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to identify: (1) the contribution of authentic leadership towards teacher performance, (2) the contribution of emotional intelligence towards teacher performance, (3) the contribution of self-efficacy towards teacher performance, (4) the contribution of organizational commitment towards teacher performance, (5) the contribution of authentic leadership, emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, organizational commitment simultaneously towards the teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Kuta Utara. The population and samples of this study were 70 teachers. This study is classified as ex-post-facto with descriptive statistics analysis, simple correlation, partial correlation, multiple correlation, and multiple regression data analysis design. The data for this study were collected by using the Five-point Likert scale questionnaire model. The findings of this research revealed that (1) there is a positive and significant corellation between authentic leadership and teacher performance with 0,797 (ryx1) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,377 (ry.x1-x2,3,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 22,15% contribution of authentic leadership towards teacher performance, (2) There is a positive and significant correlation between emotional intelligence and teacher performance with 0,816 (ryx2) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,312 (ry.x2-x1,3,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 21,37% contribution of emotional intelligence towards teacher performance, (3) There is a positive, but insignificant correlation between self-efficacy and teacher performance with 0,866 (ryx3) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,350 (ry.x3-x1,2,4) partial correlation coefficient, and 30,74% contribution of self-efficacy towards teacher performance, (4) There is a positive and significant correlation between organizational commitment and teacher performance with 0,551 (ryx4) product moment coefficient correlation, 0,286 (ry.x4-x1,2,3) partial correlation coefficient, and 7,98%, contribution of organizational commitment towards teacher performance, and (5) There is a positive and significant correlation of servant leadership, work climate, work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline with Ry.1234 multiple correlation coefficient of 0,907 and there is a contribution of servant leadership, work climate, work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously by 82,2%

Abstract

The study was conducted in order to evaluate and describe the supervision implemented by the headmaster of SMP Negeri 3 Kuta, on the following components: (1) context including the underlying regulations, vision-mission, the goals and commitment of school supervisors, (2) input, including academic supervising competencies, academic supervising program, and supporting facilities, (3) process including the implementation of academic supervision, (4) product, including the teachers’ performances.The study was conducted at the total number of 32 teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Kuta in academic years 2021-2022 and designed in terms of ¬ex-post facto using CIPP model from Stufflebeam. There were about 32 respondents involved as the samples, consisting of school supervisors and science teachers. They were determined based on cluster proportional random sampling technique using Robert V.Krejcie and Daryle W.Morgan table. The data required were collected by using questionnaires, and analyzed based on descriptive quantitative approach with the formula of univariat with ideal theoretic criterion and Glickman quadrant converted into T-score. The results of univariat analysis indicated that in terms variable context the result was effective, and in terms variable input the result was effective, in terms variable process the result was also effective, and the variable product, it was also effective. From the T-score analysis, the results indicated that in terms of context variable, T >50, meaning that it was positive (effective), in terms of input variable, T > 50, meaning that it was positive (effective), in terms of process variable, T >50, meaning it was also positive (effective), while in terms of product variable, T ≥ 50, meaning that it was negative (ineffective). The categories were found different because they were occurred as the results of different use of technique of analysis (criteria), univariat analysis used theoretic criterion based on mean ideal and standard deviation ideal, while T-score was the figures indicating the comparison of different respondent scores from mean and standard deviation. From the T-score analysis it could be concluded that the implementation of supervision program of headmaster at SMP Negeri 3 Kuta was found effective

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the components of context, input, process, product and the constraints that occur in the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) at the Driving School of SMPK 1 Harapan Denpasar. This research is a program evaluation research with the CIPP model. The population in this study amounted to 435 people, while the sample amounted to 70 people. Data context, input, process, product in this study were collected by using a questionnaire using a Likert scale model. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. To determine the effectiveness of implementing the Learning Management System (LMS) the raw scores were transformed into Z-scores and then into T-Scores and then verified into the Glickman Quadrant prototype. Based on the results of the research data analysis that has been carried out, the results show that: 1) The effectiveness of the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) system in terms of the context shows effective results, 2) in terms of input, effective results are obtained, 3) in terms of the process, effective results are obtained, 4 ) and in terms of the product, the results obtained are effective, 5) The results of a joint evaluation of the implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS) in terms of context, input, process, product are very effective, and 6) The constraints faced in implementing the system Learning Management System (LMS) are 1) some students from elementary schools who have not implemented IT, 2) some education staff are still not ready to use applications that are constantly being updated, 3) some students are not ready because some have not used smartphones. or quota problems.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the variable contribution of situational leadership, academic supervision, work climate, and work motivation to the organizational commitment of high school teachers in the Mendoyo District. This type of research is ex post facto with multiple linear regression analysis designs. The population in this study amounted to 86 people. The entire population is used as a research sample, so this is a population study. The data was collected using a closed-choice questionnaire using the Sala Likert model. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a contribution of situational leadership to the organizational commitment of 15.46%, 2) there is a contribution of academic supervision to teacher organizational commitment of 38.34%, (3) there is a contribution of work climate to teacher organizational commitment of 5.89% (4) there is a contribution of work motivation to teacher organizational commitment of 13.08% (5) there is a simultaneous contribution to situational leadership, academic supervision, work climate, and work motivation to teacher organizational commitment of 72.77%.
