Abstract

Penelitian ini ingin mengungkap seberapa besar pengaruh dari  islamic work ethic (IWE) dan Employee Enagagement terhadap employee job satisfaction (kepuasan kerja karyawan). Penelitian ini berlokasi di Perusahaan Amanda Brownies, dimana Perusahaan Amanda Brownies tidak menerima karyawan yang non muslim. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan teknik simple random sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan Amanda Brownies dengan jumlah sampel 210 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif dari islamic work ethic terhadap employee job satisfaction. Selanjutnya, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari employee engagement terhadap employee job satisfaction.  Terakhir terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari islamic work ethic dan employee engagement terhadap employee job satisfaction. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kedua variabel ini bisa mengontrol variabel employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze thin capitalization which is used as a way of tax avoidance. This study uses independent variables, namely multinational, managerial ownership, audit committee, while the control variables are effective tax rates, profit growth, return on assets, firm size, current ratio, capital intensity, and inventory intensity. The population of this study consisted of all non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2019. The sample of this research is multinational non-financial companies which means having subsidiaries outside Indonesia. The statistical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that multinationality, managerial ownership, and audit committee have no significant effect on thin capitalization. As for the control variables, return on assets and firm size have a significant effect on thin capitalization.

Abstract

Using the use of work satisfaction as a mediator, this study seeks to compare the direct and indirect effects of competency characteristics on employee performancebecause to improve employee performance the steps taken must be effective and efficient with strong evidence. According to Usman (2012), competence is defined as anything that both qualitatively and quantitatively represents a person's qualities or talents. Many researches have shown that competence has an impact on both employee performance and job satisfaction. Employee performance is influenced by job satisfaction as well, and it is considered that job satisfaction may be able to mediate the impact of competence on employee performance. There are 70 employees in total, and path analysis techniques are being used to determine which path, considering both direct and indirect affects, is the most effective. The study's findings indicate that every variable falls within the "high" category. The study's findings also demonstrate that all regression lines have positive values, demonstrating the existence of both a direct and indirect effect. Based on the comparison of the regression values, it was determined that competence had a direct effect on employee performance at the East Belitung Regency Culture and Tourism Office, with the direct effect value being higher than the indirect effect.

Abstract

Leadership academics in education tall related with making Management policy source power, and development staff. Management knowledge focus on collection and dissemination information for increase learning and research. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with for journal Scopus indexed involves determine question research, planning search literature, collecting data from Scopus (2018-2023), evaluating and selecting relevant studies, as well analyze and synthesize data with the PRISMA model for identify gap research and create recommendation. Research result showing aspect critical in development education high, esp. in the era of digitalization and globalization. Leader role academic covers formation digital culture, promoting collaboration, and overcoming challenge ethics in management knowledge team. Effectiveness in management knowledge increase quality teaching and research, as well performance academic. Future research need focus on integration technology, adaptation in context multicultural, keeping balance mark academic with market demands, and promote continuity in education tall.

Abstract

The primary aim of this research is to identify areas that require enhancement or advancement to enhance employee satisfaction with procedural justice. It is essential to assess the most effective and efficient measures for enhancing procedural justice, given that processes are outcomes generated by an organization. To generate efficient procedures, the use of IPA is necessary as a means of evaluating the significance and effectiveness of procedural justice. The data gathering process involved the dissemination of questionnaires to a total of 70 staff working at the East Belitung Regency Culture and Tourism Office. The research findings indicate that the 6 indicators, which are further categorized into 9 questionnaire items, highlight the disparity between importance and performance. Out of the four science quadrants, the six indicators are distributed throughout three quadrants. This initiative aims to enhance procedural fairness within the Culture and Tourism Office of East Belitung Regency through efficient measures.

Abstract

Kota Bandung merupakan pemukiman padat penduduk. Terdapat 1 (satu) kelompok penduduk yang memanfaatkan lahan sungai cikatak di Kecamatan Sukajadi untuk budidaya Ikan Mas (cyprinus carpio), kelompok tersebut bernama Paguyuban Karamba Barokah. Kondisi saat ini Paguyuban Karamba Barokah dalam proses budidaya ikan mas mempunyai kesulitan mencari alternatif atau kerangka bisnis untuk meningkatkan kualitas maupun kuantitas produksi ikan mas. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat peneliti merumuskan design strategi business plan menggunakan business model canvas. Kelompok Keramba Barokah ini bisa mendapatkan benefit dari segi ekonomi. Hal ini dirasa wajar jika melihat dari kontribusi Kelompok Keramba Barokah baik dari segi lingkungan. Dari segi lingkungan dengan adanya keramba maka sungai akan dirawat dan dijaga. Sampah akan selalu dibersihkan setiap hari dan kualitas air akan menjadi lebih baik lagi. Potensi Ekonomi yang dimiliki oleh Kelompok Keramba Barokah sangat bagus apabila dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik serta perlu adanya pengembangan yang secara komprehensif dan berkelanjutan. The city of Bandung is a densely populated residential area. There is 1 (one) group of residents who use the Cikatak river land in Sukajadi District to cultivate Carp (Cyprinus carpio). This group is called Paguyuban Karamba Barokah. The current condition of the Barokah Karamba Community in the process of carp cultivation has difficulty finding alternatives or business frameworks to improve the quality and quantity of carp production. Researchers make a business plan design using a business model canvas in community service activities. Barokah Cage Group can get benefits from an economic perspective. This is considered reasonable if you look at the contribution of the Barokah Cage Group to the environment. The Community will manage the flow of the river and clean the river so the carp will have good habitat, this will give a good impact to the society. Garbage will always be cleaned every day and water quality will be even better. It has a lot of economic potential for the Barokah Cage Group if it can be implemented properly with comprehensive and sustainable development.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has changed the positive mindset of employees in improving performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of self-efficacy on work motivation and its impact on employee performance at PT Pungkook Indonesia One. This research was conducted in November 2022 - February 2023 by distributing questionnaires online to respondents selected by purposive sampling with a total of 100 people and questionnaire data using the Amos Graphic tool. This study found that self-efficacy has a positive effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, and self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Fundamental analysis is the underlying principle that causes changes in stock values. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Return On Assets (ROA) on stock prices at PT Semen Indonesia Tbk. The research sample for one company was selected through purposive sampling for 2012–2021. This research uses a quantitative approach with secondary data through the documentation method. Data were obtained from the company's official website, Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) platforms, and others. This study uses SPSS 25 and Microsoft Excel for descriptive and verification analysis. Based on the findings of this study, the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return on Assets (ROA) have a significant effect on stock prices, but the Current Ratio (CR) has no significant impact on stock prices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, Dan Kepuasan Terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan pada Divisi Project Deployment Center Pada PT. LEN Industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan. Komunikasi berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan. Kepuasan berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan. Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi Dan Kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan secara simultan.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan elemen inti yang memiliki peran yang sangat vital dalam mendukung pencapaian tujuan suatu organisasi. Organisasi yang berkualitas dan berkembang cenderung memberikan penekanan yang besar pada pengelolaan sumber daya manusia untuk memastikan fungsi mereka berjalan optimal, terutama dalam menghadapi dinamika perubahan lingkungan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, organisasi membutuhkan karyawan yang memiliki kompetensi yang memadai dan mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan cepat terhadap perubahan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Pegawai terhadap Efikasi Diri dan Dampaknya pada Kinerja Pegawai Generasi X Pada Perum Perhutani KPH Bandung Utara. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif serta Analisis Jalur. Terdapat 50 karyawan yang menjadi responden. Teknik analisis jalur digunakan untuk menentukan jalur mana dengan mempertimbangkan pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung yang paling efektif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap variabel termasuk dalam kategori "cukup rendah". Temuan penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa semua garis regresi memiliki nilai positif, menunjukkan adanya pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung. Berdasarkan perbandingan nilai regresi tersebut, ditetapkan bahwa Kompetensi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai generasi X pada Perum Perhutani KPH Bandung Utara dengan nilai pengaruh langsung lebih besar daripada pengaruh tidak langsungnya.
