Abstract

This study is likely to make a positive contribution, particularly in increasing the productivity of virtual workers and as an evaluation material for companies looking to further optimize their workers' digital skills to produce more productive work results. This study used a purposive non-probability sampling method and a quantitative approach by E-survey to collect a complete dataset of 387. The SPSS 26 was used to inspect all items’ validity and reliability in the research instrument. To assess the overall structural model, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was utilized, and to identify the amount to which all variables observed were connected to the underlying latent components, and it used a structural equation model with AMOS. The proposed theoretical model results revealed that the Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) score is 0.961 with 0.070 in RMSEA and 0.039 in RMR. The NFI value is 0.976 with an AGFI score of 0.927 and a CFA score of 0.984, which satisfy all the criterion values. It is found that digital skills do not have a significant and no direct relationship with E-worker productivity. However, digital skills are found to directly and positively impact the direction, persistence, and intensity of work effort.

Abstract

Dampak bullying tidak hanya dirasakan oleh korban bullying, akan tetapi juga berimplikasi terhadap prilaku bullying. Dampak bullying terhadap kesehatan mental korban meliputi rasa marah yang meluap-luap, depresi, rendah diri, cemas, kualitas tidur menurun, nafsu makan menurun, keinginan menyakiti diri sendiri, hingga bunuh diri. Untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya tindak prilaku bullying terdapat beberapa pertanyaan, (1) apakah anda pernah menjadi pelaku bullying?, (2) jika anda pernah menjadi pelaku bullying, apakah anda membully bersama dengan kelompok anda?, (3) apakah anda pernah menjadi korban bullying?, (4) jika anda menjadi korban bullying, apakah anda akan memberontak/melawan?, (5) jika ada temen anda yang menjadi pelaku/korban bullying, apakah anda akan melaporkan hal tersebut kepada pihak sekolah?, (6) menurut anda, apakah bisa menggunakan teknologi dan jejaring sosial baru untuk menyakiti orang lain?, (7) apakah menurut anda agresi di antara siswa adalah masalah pusat ini?, (8) pernahkah anda merasa terintimidasi di kelas atau diancam?, (9) apakah anda bersedia melakukan sesuatu untuk membantu orang yang menjadi korban bullying?

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze effect of lecturer service quality and infrastructure quality on student satisfaction. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. Population in this study are Private Higher Education Students in Medan City in 2023. However, because the official data for Private Higher Education Students in Medan City in 2022 is difficult to find, sample is taken randomly using snowball sampling technique. So sample in this study are 60 Private Higher Education Students in Medan City. The data analysis technique in this study used a partial (t) test. The results of the study show that lecturer service quality has a significant effect on student satisfaction. Infrastructure quality has a significant effect on student satisfaction.

Abstract

Transformasi digital yang pesat menimbulkan persyaratan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang kian meningkat dan berbeda dari generasi sebelumnya. Dengan segala perubahan teknologi yang terjadi, tempat kerja digital dianggap sebagai evolusi alami dari sebuah tempat kerja. Menurut hasil Susenas tahun 2020, perkiraan jumlah pemuda mencapai 64,50 juta jiwa atau hampir seperempat dari total penduduk Indonesia. Untuk itulah diperlukan pemahaman dan kesiapan yang benar pada diri pemuda untuk menghadapi transisi tempat kerja digital. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan edukasi kepada generasi muda mengenai prospek karir dan tantangan dalam menghadapi digital workplace, dan memberikan gambaran mengenai hard skill dan soft skill yang harus dimiliki agar dapat bersaing di era transformasi digital. Pada saat pelaksanaan, peserta diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner dengan menggunakan 5 points likert-scale baik dalam bentuk pre-test dan post-test. Terdapat 98 peserta yang mengikuti pre-test namun hanya 86 peserta saja yang mengisi post-test. Setelah dilakukan eliminasi data, didapati hanya 46 peserta yang mengisi baik pre-test maupun post-test. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 26, dengan melakukan uji Wilcoxon sign rank for paired observation sebagai salah satu uji non-parametrik untuk data yang berdistribusi tidak normal. Dari hasil Uji Wilcoxon didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (asymp.sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05), sehingga disimpulkan terdapat peran yang signifikan atas peningkatan pemahaman terhadap peran HR terhadap audience. Selain itu juga didapati hasil uji signifikansi atas kegiatan webinar ini untuk kesiapan kerja pada era tempat kerja digital memiliki nilai signifikan pada taraf 0.044 (< 0.05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mampu meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap kesiapan kerja pada tempat kerja digital

Abstract

The Indonesian government prioritizes policies aimed at fostering entrepreneurship across all segments of society. This initiative aims to promote the attainment of the sustainability development goals (SDGs), which have been introduced through various initiatives and are projected to be accomplished between 2015 and 2030. Entrepreneurship remains a less favored means of earning a living among certain Indonesians. Particularly among the youth, there is a prevalent belief that pursuing entrepreneurship is not their primary ambition or aim. The correlation between entrepreneurship and economic growth has been well-established. Consequently, studying entrepreneurship education becomes a compelling endeavor to foster entrepreneurship, particularly among aspiring entrepreneurs. The business model canvas (BMC), enables users to synchronize earnings with objectives, including environmental and social dimensions. The purpose of this training exercise was to establish the following objectives aree to enhance comprehension and effectively employ the Business Model Canvas (BMC) in the process of business planning, to enhance proficiency in creating BMC as a means of managing business plans and to promote the adoption of BMC as a solution to the business planning challenges faced by entrepreneurial students. The implementation of community service (PkM) aims to foster international collaboration between lecturers and students from UNJ and UMS. It is expected to enhance understanding, knowledge, and make a constructive impact on the business planning and development of BMC with the business community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara budaya organisasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pada Pegawai Biro Kepegawaian Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Biro Kepegawaian Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia yang berjumlah 158 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data variabel X1 (budaya organisasi) dan X2 (komunikasi) diukur menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Untuk variabel Y (kinerja) datanya merupakan data sekunder yaitu data yang berasal dari Institusi Kementerian. Data tersebut kemudian diuji validitas dan realibilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pada pegawai. Ini berarti bahwa hipotesis yang menyatakan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi dan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pada pegawai diterima. Sementara itu, koefisien determinasi untuk R2 adalah 0.571 yang menunjukkan bahwa budayaorganisasi dan komunikasi dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pada pegawai untuk 57,1%. berdasarkan hasil di atas, disarankan bagi pimpinan institusi agar mampu merubah budaya organisasi dan mendorong pegawai untuk menginternalisasi budaya organisasi serta melaksanakan komunikasi yang efektif guna meningkatkan kinerja personal yang secara tidak lagsung akan mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

Revolusi Industri 4.0 banyak merubah aspek dalam kehidupan manusia, salah satunya adalah adalah profesi dan pekerjaan. Digitalisasi dan penggunaan big data banyak menggeser profesi yang dilakukan oleh manusia kepada mesin atau robot. Menghadapi perubahan revolusi industri 4.0 remaja perlu memiliki pengetahuan dampak teknologi yang mumpuni untuk mempersiapkan karir di masa yang akan datang. Usia remaja yang dimaksud adalah masa dalam menentukan karir setelah lulus di bangku SMA/MA/ sederajat. Berdasarkan data hasil angket pre-test yang dikelola peneliti bahwa tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap dampak teknologi untuk mempersiapkan karir di era industri 4.0 masih cukup rendah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah melakukan peningkatan pemahaman terkait dampak teknologi dan pengaruhnya terhadap karir. Metode yang digunakan adalah melalui kegiatan penyuluhan dan penyebaran angket Pre-Test dan Post-Test dan pembukaan Stand Karir kepada Siswa-Siswi. Adapun hasil kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah terdapat peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap dampak teknologi untuk mempersiapkan karir di era industri 4.0. Implikasi dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah siswa siswi SMKN 14 Jakarta mendapatkan pencerahan untuk semakin meningkatkan literasi teknologi dan memiliki perspektif terhadap pilihan karir di Era 4.0 dengan cara menerima berbagai informasi yang dijadikan dasar dalam memutuskan karir ke depan.

Abstract

This community service initiative, conducted on May 20, 2025, at SMP Negeri 3 Bantul, Yogyakarta, aimed to enhance the digital teaching capacity of secondary educators through the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. Aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), the program focused on equipping 40 teachers with hands-on experience using Eduaide and MagicSchool platforms designed to support adaptive content creation and classroom engagement. Implemented in four stages, preparation, training, implementation, and evaluation, the workshop provided live demonstrations, guided practice, and reflective discussions. Pre- and post-tests revealed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding, with average scores rising from 2.1 to 4.3 out of 5, and 85% of teachers achieving proficiency. Qualitative feedback highlighted increased confidence, enthusiasm, and readiness to apply AI in lesson planning and feedback automation. Challenges such as limited internet access and initial unfamiliarity with digital tools were mitigated through mentor support and accessible learning materials. This initiative demonstrated the effectiveness of structured, contextualized AI training in transforming pedagogical practices and recommends ongoing mentoring, peer collaboration, and scalable digital modules for sustained impact. The project illustrates that even short-term interventions can meaningfully empower educators and promote inclusive, future-ready education in under-resourced communities.

Abstract

This research was conducted at an agency under and responsible to the president of the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Agency which provides employee welfare benefits to increase employee morale and loyalty. The purpose of this research was to find out how the agency implements the employee welfare benefit system, to find out the obstacles that occur when distributing employee welfare benefits, and to find out how the agency can resolve these obstacles. According to the views of employees at the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Agency, the Bureau of Law, Organization, and Human Resources, employee welfare benefits are very sufficient for the benefits provided, but Employee Benefits only apply to civil servant employees. The Employee Benefit System can be said to be very efficient overall, but some employees experience obstacles when filling in data in the application provided by the Agency, so it is necessary to conduct application training to prevent errors in filling in data in the Agency system

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of preparing, implementing, and addressing the obstacles in implementing the Inactive Archives Retention Schedule (JRA) at the Ministry of Agriculture, Republic of Indonesia. Inactive archives are documents that are rarely used, but they must still be managed according to regulations to prevent accumulation and ensure easy retrieval when needed. This research design used a qualitative approach with a case study design, allowing researchers to understand the problem in depth in a real-world context. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires distributed to archives management staff. The results indicate that the JRA preparation has not been optimally implemented across all work units due to low employee understanding, minimal training, and limited resources. Furthermore, the JRA implementation is also less than optimal because many archives have not been adjusted to the applicable retention period. Therefore, strengthening regulations, regular training, and the formation of a dedicated archives team are necessary to ensure more effective and efficient archives management.
