Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out and explore what efforts have been made and will be done by thevillage community empowerment agency (LPMD) with the village government to improve the economic welfare of the community in the village of Tri Mandayan. This research uses qualitative case study approach method. The data source in this study is LPMD management, village government, and the community. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. The results showed that development and empowerment efforts that have been made, had a good impact, in improving the economic welfare of the community. Efforts made already covered from various fields including education, health, road infrastructure, village facilities and infrastructure, community empowerment, social assistance for the poor and others. But the shortcomings that are owned by every member of LPMD with a lack of understanding and carrying out tasks and their function as an institution in the midst of society. That is also due to lack of training and initial training provided by the village government to LPMD members coupled with lack of participation and member awareness will be the mandate that is being carried. This affects the slowness the development process to be carried out.Keywords : Community Economic Welfare, Empowerment and Development Efforts, Village Community Empowerment Institute.

Abstract

Penelitian menjadi kegiatan pilar dari Tridarma perguruan tinggi yang wajib dilakukan Apalagi pada masa globalisasi ini, di mana penelitian diharapkan bisa mengahasilkan artikel berkualitas yang tembus publikasi internasional. Namun, kurangnya pengetahuan dan skill membuat pelaksanaan penelitian menjadi momok yang menakutkan. Banyak kasus di mana dosen masih kurang percaya diri melaksanakan penelitian atau sudah melaksanakan penelitian, tetapi kualitas belum memadai. Fenomena ini bisa terjadi karena masih kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melakukan penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah. Maka dari itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini ditujukan untuk para dosen agar bisa memberi solusi semua permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam penelitian. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan ialah pelatihan keterampilan penulisan dasar. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diadakan dengan metode pendekatan ceramah dan diskusi dengan topik sekitar pencarian jurnal berkualitas, teknik penulisan paraphrase, penulisan referensi dengan memanfaatkan Mendeley, hingga pemanfaatan Grammarly untuk menerjemahkan artikel ke dalam bahasa Inggris. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dua kali secara online selama bulan Juli-Agustus secara online dengan melibatkan tiga universitas berbeda sebagai mitra yaitu Stebi Global Mulia, UHAMKA,serta politekkik Tempo. Setelah kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan, diketahui ada kenaikan presentase mengenai pemahaman materi-materi penulisan dasar yang diajarkan melalui pelatihan.

Abstract

Archive management as archive storage, which is the process of maintaining and securing company records or records, in the success of records management must run on a process that includes classification, creation, receipt, and maintenance of records. This study aims to determine the archive storage system, guidelines for lending archives and obstacles to borrowing archives. This study uses a qualitative method in a descriptive form with a case study approach. The subjects in this study were 4 (four) people using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that there are two archive storage systems in Company X, namely, active archives and inactive archives. Borrowing archives is in accordance with applicable procedures, however, problems in the borrowing of archives still often occur because in the procedure there is no period of time for borrowing archives, this makes employees forget about returning archives and lack of employee awareness of the importance of archives.

Abstract

This article discusses office equipment in the service division of PT XXX. Adequate office equipment is required by employees. This can affect the performance of employees. The method used is a qualitative approach and case studies. The goal is to find out the condition of office equipment, the positive and negative impacts on employees in the PT.XXX service division. Based on the results of the discussion of the data above, it can be concluded that office supplies are tools used to assist in the process of office activities. The condition of office equipment in the service division at PT XXX is inadequate. This is indicated by the lack of available office stationery (ATK) and frequent computer errors. The problems above are things that can affect the work processes of employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara motivasi berwirausaha dan mental berwirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa program studi kependidikan fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa kependidikan pada Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta Angkatan 2020 sebanyak 331 mahasiswa dengan jumlah sampel 175 responden. Model penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi berganda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert yang dioperasikan dengan program SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Motivasi berwirausaha memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. 2) Mental berwirausaha memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. 3) Motivasi berwirausaha dan mental berwirausaha secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and motivation on the performance of the village apparatus in Lebak Regency. This study has a total sample of 98 respondents. This research method uses research methods with a quantitative approach, survey methods, and model analysis techniques using the SPSS version 24 application. Data collection techniques include distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, and the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, with the results of the T test showing a t count value of 2.847 > t table 1.988, this means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of village officials. Furthermore, the results of research on work motivation affect the performance of village apparatus, as evidenced by the results of the T test, which show a t count of 3.429 > t table 1.988. This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu menganalisis kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT.X yang dipengaruhi oleh work-family conflict dan stres kerja. Survey method kuantitatif adalah metode pada penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 289 karyawan dan sampel sebanyak 168 karyawan. Data yang terkumpul menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner dengan 5 skala likert. Pengelolaan dan menganalisis data menggunakan bantuan aplikasi program SPSS 21 untuk Uji validitas, realibilitas, normalitas, multikolinearitas, heterokedastisitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji F, T, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung secara bersama-sama work-family conflict dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. X.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of personality traits, specifically Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Emotionality, on students' tendencies toward cheating behavior, analyzed using artificial intelligence (AI). A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire completed by students from the Faculty of Economics at a university in Jakarta. Using simple random sampling and data analysis with SmartPLS, this research examines the relationships among variables to gain a deeper understanding of the role of personality factors in unethical behavior. The findings reveal that Agreeableness does not significantly impact cheating tendencies, whereas Conscientiousness and Emotionality show significant effects. Students with high Conscientiousness levels tend to have better self-control, thus reducing the likelihood of cheating. Conversely, Emotionality influences this behavior, indicating that emotional management plays a crucial role in ethical decision-making. These findings imply the need for educational strategies that emphasize not only discipline but also emotional regulation, in order to foster academic integrity within higher education environments.

Abstract

Abstrak Di era society 5.0, digitalisasi menjadi aspek vital dalam pengembangan pendidikan. Namun, ketimpangan akses teknologi di daerah pedesaan, seperti di Nepal, memperlebar kesenjangan pendidikan. Sekolah Dasar Subhakamana di Nepal menghadapi tantangan terkait keterbatasan perangkat teknologi, sumber daya pembelajaran, serta rendahnya keterampilan pendidik dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam kurikulum. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik melalui penyediaan perangkat keras digital dan modul pembelajaran interaktif. Kegiatan sosialisasi diselenggarakan dengan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk memperkenalkan teknologi pendidikan yang mudah digunakan dan bermanfaat bagi proses pembelajaran. Hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan perlunya pelatihan berbasis teknologi dan dukungan finansial untuk implementasi teknologi. Setelah kegiatan, para pendidik melaporkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam menggunakan teknologi, dan SD Subhakamana berhasil mengintegrasikan proyektor serta fasilitas internet untuk memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model bagi sekolah-sekolah lain dalam penerapan pendidikan berbasis teknologi, yang dapat mengurangi kesenjangan pendidikan antara daerah perkotaan dan pedesaan serta mempersiapkan siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan era digital.AbstractIn the era of society 5.0, digitalisation has become a vital aspect in the development of education. However, unequal access to technology in rural areas, such as in Nepal, widens the education gap. Subhakamana Primary School in Nepal faces challenges related to limited technology devices, learning resources, and low educator skills in integrating technology into the curriculum. To overcome these challenges, community service conducted by the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta aims to improve educators' competencies through the provision of digital hardware and interactive learning modules. Socialisation activities were organised using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach to introduce educational technology that is easy to use and beneficial to the learning process. The results of the needs analysis indicated the need for technology-based training and financial support for technology implementation. After the activity, educators reported increased confidence in using technology, and SD Subhakamana successfully integrated projectors and internet facilities to enrich students' learning experience. The programme is expected to serve as a model for other schools in the implementation of technology-based education, which can reduce the education gap between urban and rural areas and prepare students to face the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, work discipline, and organizational citizenship behavior on organizational commitment and can make a theoretical and practical contribution to understanding the concept of organizational commitment.  This research was conducted in five sub-districts in the Southern Region, Lebak Regency, and Banten Province. Meanwhile, the research period was from February to May 2020. The random sampling technique was used in this study, and the total number of respondents was 66.  This study uses a quantitative survey research method using regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 20 software. Employee organizational commitment will increase as a result of organizational citizenship behavior.
