Abstract

This study analyzes the maximum profit of FAA'IZ Collection business, a newly pioneering business, has problems determining sales targets to achieve maximum profit and the right price to be determined on each product sold. The research aims to evaluate whether the sales quantity has been achieved or not, analyze it, the amount of sales quantity, and determine the right price for products that provide maximum profit. The research subjects in this study are FAA'IZ Collection business actors in Medan, North Sumatra and the object of research is sales sandals, savilo sandals, eiger, Yumeida rubber shoes, comin shoes, and ikayni sandals. The results of the analysis state that (1) In January 2023, FAA'IZ Collection can achieve maximum profit only from the sale of comin shoes (2) In February 2023, FAA'IZ Collection is able to achieve maximum profit only from the sale of eiger and comin shoes (3) In January and February 2023, FAA'IZ Collection has not been   able to achieve maximum profit only from the sale of comin shoes.  Prevent maximum losses from sales of Savilo sandals and Irayni sandals (4) There are minimum products that need to be checkedby the FAA'IZ Collection to achieve maximum profits for sale sandal products 6,087, eiger 51,000, and comin shoes 56,250.

Abstract

Moral merupakan hal yang harus ddijaga dan dikembangkan setiap individu,untuk menjaga keharmonisan hidup bermasyarakat dan bernegara.di ruang lingkup sekolah,kadangkala masih banyak kita lihat berita bahwasanya siswa tidak lagi menghormati guru,contohnya melawan guru ketika dinasehati,tidak mematuhi aturan sekolah,intoleran terhadap sesama,bolos,hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwasanya moral para siswa masih kurang baik.karena ada kalimat yang mengatakan tidak ada gunanya kamu pintar,kalo attiude-mu tidak ada.penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis moral para siswa di SMAN 18 Medan dalam ruang lingkup sekolah,adapun jumlah respondennya adalah 30 orang.metode penelitian yang digunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu mendeskripsikan keadaan yang akan diamati di lapangan dengan lebih spesifik,transparan dan mendalam.dari 10 pertanyaan kuisoner yang dibuat,total hasil jawaban responden yang memilih setuju adalah 175 orang,sangat setuju 22 orang dan tidak setuju 113 orang.

Abstract

This research aims to identify students' difficulties in understanding Group Isomorphism Theorem material and find effective solutions to improve understanding of this material. The background to this research is based on the observation that the Group Isomorphism Theorem is a complex concept in group theory, which often becomes an obstacle for students in achieving in-depth understanding. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical data analysis. The research results showed that students experienced several difficulties in understanding the Group Isomorphism Theorem material. These difficulties include: understanding how to prove the two theorems, understanding the symbols in the theorem, understanding the axioms used to determine whether a structure is a group or not, lack of understanding of the material as a whole, and the lack of references read. Several other common difficulties were also identified. To overcome these difficulties, this research proposes several effective solutions. These solutions include: the use of visual aids in learning, the use of concrete examples, the use of simple notation, the development of interactive teaching materials, the application of guidance and project-based learning, the use of appropriate references, and the application of continuous evaluation. The results of this research show that the level of difficulty in understanding Group Isomorphism Theorem material is still very high among students, but the proposed solutions can help improve their understanding significantly.
