Abstract

One of the diversity of local languages ??in Indonesia is Javanese. Java community especially families Java language using the Java language as a mother, to communicate on a daily basis. Now this archipelago language development in this area of ??language began with an identity crisis with the introduction of the changes. This study used a qualitative approach. Research sites in the hamlet Siroto Ungaran District East Village Susukan Semarang regency. Subjects in this study were parents, children, community leaders and prominent educators. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data used is the technique of triangulation data. Data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. The results showed that the existence of crisis among families use the Java language in Hamlet Siroto ngoko the use of the Java language to parents, rather than the communication code in the Java language into Indonesian, and changes in the use of kinship terms. The crisis caused by the existence of the Java language using the Java language is less socialization by parents and the use of the Indonesian language for communication within the family and Traffic lacking in Javanese. In addition, the influence of the language of the neighborhood, the neighborhood association and language television .. Impact will be generated are Java language will be minor and endangered species as well as upload and reduced-ungguh attitude towards parents.

Abstract

The influence of Human Resources Management (HR) on the Performance of Educational Institutions refers to how the practices and policies implemented in managing human resources in educational institutions influence the results or performance of the institution. The performance of educational institutions can be measured through various indicators such as teaching quality, student achievement, operational efficiency and staff satisfaction. By managing human resources effectively, educational institutions can improve overall performance, which will ultimately benefit students, staff and society at large. This research uses a qualitative approach, collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted to find out how human resource management influences the performance of educational institutions, which refers more to the implementation implemented in an educational institution.  Because educational institutions are more commonly known as schools, the researcher took the school as an object and conducted research at one of the schools in Sangatta, Kab. East Kutai MTs Hubbul Wathon. The researcher included several formulations of general problems that often occur in the implementation of human resources in an educational institution.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pelaksanaan program kerja mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Lapangan (KKL) berupa pelatihan Microsoft Office Word dan Excel bagi ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Bumi Etam, Kecamatan Kaubun, sebagai upaya pemberdayaan dan peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat desa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membekali peserta dengan keterampilan dasar teknologi informasi guna mendukung aktivitas administrasi dan manajemen data PKK secara mandiri dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama pelatihan. Pelatihan berlangsung selama tiga hari, dimulai dengan materi Microsoft Word pada hari pertama untuk pengelolaan dokumen teks, diikuti materi Microsoft Excel pada hari kedua untuk pengelolaan data dan perhitungan sederhana, serta diakhiri dengan sesi praktik pada hari ketiga agar peserta dapat langsung menerapkan keterampilan yang dipelajari. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan ibu-ibu PKK dalam menggunakan kedua aplikasi tersebut, serta antusiasme mereka dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk kegiatan administrasi desa.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of local wisdom values ​​in shaping students' character at the Al-Munawwir Islamic Boarding School in South Sangatta. Character education is integral to shaping the character of religious, independent, and ethical students. This study uses a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The primary informants include the head of the foundation, the head of the boarding school, and teachers/supervisors. The study results show that students' character reflects values ​​such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, politeness, and social care. Character formation strategies are carried out through daily habits, religious activities integration, and giving students roles. The obstacles faced include students' diverse backgrounds, limited facilities, and teacher adaptation to technology. However, ongoing coaching and cooperation between parties have become effective solutions in strengthening the implementation of local wisdom-based curricula.

Abstract

This dedication is carried out in the form of a religious competition in order to commemorate the Maulid of Prophet Muhammad SAW. The purpose is to increase the love of the Prophet, to promote Islamic pride, to educate the young generation, to motivate children to study religion, and to spread the good message to the wider community. The method used in this dedication is the participatory action research method (PAR). The place of worship was held in the Ar-Ra’uf Sangatta South Mosque, East Kutai. The target is primary school-age children in the village of South Sangatta. It is the prophecy of the prophet Muhammad SAW that the prophets of the people of the world, the Prophets of Allah SWT and the Prophet (SWT), should read the Qur'an, the Quran, the Koran, and the Scriptures. Thus, devotion through the implementation of the Islamic race in order to commemorate the Maulid of the Prophet Muhammad may include various aspects that contribute to the improvement of the spirituality, faith, and quality of life of the Muslims.

Abstract

Community participation Refers to the involvement of individuals in activities or processes that influence life together in a community or society. This can include a variety of things, from political participation to participation in social organizations, volunteer activities, education, and more. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. The research was conducted with the aim of finding out what role educational participation plays in society? What are the forms of community participation in educational development in the RT. 30 community area? The role of community participation and schools is required to work together effectively to improve educational standards. For the sake of progress and education of students, schools and communities are also expected to share information, ideas and opinions. because it is becoming more advanced due to advances in science and forms of participation in the form of holding meetings, before announcing the amount of the committee fee, the school will usually hold a parent meeting, socialization between teachers and parents of students and is usually led directly by the head of the community. Forms of Community Participation in the Development of Education in the RT. 30 Community Area Apart from the government, parents and the community also have a responsibility to educate their children.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan tuntutan akan kualitas pendidikan yang semakin tinggi, manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam lembaga pendidikan madrasah swasta menjadi krusial untuk memastikan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses perencanaan sumber daya manusia, dan kendala perencanaannya di lembaga pendidikan Madrasah swasta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTs. Hubbul Wathan Sangatta Selatan, dengan inforannya berjumlah 10 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses perencanaan sumber daya manusia dilaksanakan melalui: tahap persiapan, tahap pendataan, tahap pemenuhan kebutuhan, dan program kerja. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi dalam perencanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia yaitu: keterbatasan anggaran, kondisi jumlah siswa, kualifikasi guru yang dibutuhkan, dan keterlibatan orang tua dan masyarakat. Sementara solusinya antara lain: Melakukan promosi dan pemasaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan penerimaan siswa. Menerapkan kebijakan penerimaan siswa yang lebih jelas. Mengidentifikasi dan memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya lokal atau dukungan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan daya tarik madrasah. Merancang program unggulan atau layanan tambahan untuk membedakan madrasah dari lembaga pendidikan lainnya. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan agama di lembaga pendidikan madrasah swasta, serta memperkuat peran dan kontribusi lembaga tersebut dalam mencetak generasi penerus yang berkualitas dan berakhlak mulia dalam masyarakat.
