Abstract

AbstractTujuan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah:untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan metode role playing pada standar kompetensi memahami kegiatan pelaku ekonomi di masyarakat mata pelajaran IPS ekonomi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Kudus dapat meningkatkan aktifitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode role playing. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada pre-test sebesar 44 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 0%. Siklus I pertemuan pertama sebesar 69 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 34%. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I pertemuan kedua sebesar 79 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 66%. Kemudian memasuki siklus II pertemuan pertama rata-rata hasil belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 80 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 71%. Siklus II pertemuan kedua rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 82 dan ketuntasan klasikal 87%. Melalui penerapan metode role playing terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII-H SMP 4 Kudus pada mata pelajaran IPS ekonomi standar kompetensi memahami kegiatan pelaku ekonomi di masyarakat. Saran yang berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian ini yaitu: guru hendaknya membimbing siswa dalam memerankan peran agar siswa dapat secara mantap dalam bermain peran dan siswa dapat memahami alur dan makna yang terkandung dalam materi yang disampaikan. The purpose of this class action in this study were: to know the implementation of learning with role-playing methods in the standard of competence to understand the activities of economic actors in the economic social studies class VIII students of SMP Negeri 4 Ghost can increase the activity and student learning outcomes. Data collection using role playing. The results obtained show that the average student learning outcomes in the pre-test at 44 with a classical completeness 0%. I cycle 69 with the first meeting of the classical 34% completeness. Average student learning outcomes at the second meeting I cycle at 79 with a classical 66% completeness. Then enter the second cycle the first meeting of the average student learning outcomes increased to 80 with a classical 71% completeness. Cycle II, the second meeting of the average student learning outcomes 82 and 87% classical completeness. Through the application of the method of role playing an increase in class VIII students’ junior 4-H Spirit in social studies standards of competence to understand the economic activity of economic actors in society. Suggestions relating to the results of this study are: teachers should guide students in order to portray the role students can play a role in the steady and students can understand the plot and meaning contained in the material presented.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Borobudur membutuhkan tata kelola administratif yang efektif dan efisien untuk mendukung pengembangan serta pelayanan terbaik kepada wisatawan dan masyarakat setempat. Sistem Informasi Administrasi Desa (SIAD) dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk mengatasi permasalahan administratif. permasalahan yang muncul diantaranya kurangnya pemahaman tentang SIAD, fungsionaris dan anggota desa memiliki pemahaman yang terbatas mengenai konsep dan manfaat SIAD, yang dapat menghambat adopsi dan pemanfaatannya. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan mengadakan penguatan terkait pemahaman dan mengarahkan pentingnya penggunaan system informasi administrasi desa (SIAD) dalam menjalankan manajemen desa wisata di desa wisata Borobudur agar lebih tertata dan terstruktur. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan lima tahap yaitu (1) Persiapan dan perencanaan, (2) Pendahuluan, (3) pemberian materi pelatihan dan penguatan, (4) diskusi dan tanya jawab, dan (5) tindak lanjut. Hasil dari pengabdian ini mempunyai dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap peserta dan pengelolaan administrasi desa wisata. Peserta dapat memahami apa itu Sistem Informasi Administrasi Desa (SIAD) dari awal penggunaan (log in), kemudian dapat mengisi data – data administrasi desa dari administrasi umum, administrasi penduduk sampai dengan administrasi keuangan yang menjadikan data tersebut lebih terintegrasi, terdigitalisasi, dan transparan juga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pekerjaan administrasinya. Peserta telah memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam tentang penggunaan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Desa (SIAD). Peserta menunjukkan keterlibatan yang sangat baik dalam sesi pelatihan, diskusi, dan tanya jawab, serta dapat memanfaatkan SIAD untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaan administrasi bagi desa wisata Borobudur.

Abstract

Public services at the village level still face various obstacles, particularly in terms of speed, accuracy, and technology utilization. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of services provided by the Kedungringin Village Office, Tunjungan Subdistrict, Blora Regency in improving community satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and was conducted at the Kedungringin Village Office, Tunjungan Subdistrict, Blora Regency. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study consisted of the Village Head, village officials, and village residents. The results of the study indicate that services already cover five dimensions (tangible, assurance, reliability, empathy, and responsiveness) but still face challenges in computerization and limited human resources. In conclusion, services at the Kedungringin Village Office are already quite good but need to be improved through digitalization and the addition of human resources to achieve more optimal services.   Keywords: Service Quality, Community Satisfaction, Kedungringin Village, Public Services

Abstract

Strategi yang ditetapkan perangkat Desa Temurejo, Kecamatan Blora, Kabupaten Blora dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan warga desa adalah dengan mengoptimalkan pelayanan disetiap dimensi seperti bukti fisik, jaminan, daya tanggap, empati, dan keandalan. Pada dimensi bukti fisik, perangkat Desa Temurejo senantiasa selalu menjaga kebersihan kantor, kerapian petugas, dan melengkapi fasilitas kantor seperti printer, komputer, dan laptop. Pada dimensi jaminan, perangkat desa senantiasa mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan yang dapat menunjang kompetensi para perangkat. Pada dimensi empati, para perangkat senantiasa bersikap ramah dan sopan kepada warga desa yang dating. Pada dimensi keandalan, para perangkat desa memastikan setiap prosedur pelayanan berjalan secara sistematis, memberikan pelatihan kepada staf agar lebih cekatan dan efisien dalam bekerja, serta melakukan evaluasi berkala terhadap kualitas layanan. Terakhir, pada dimensi daya tanggap, para perangkat senantiasa dapat memberikan pelayanan yang tepat dan cepat.

Abstract

Background of the study: Archiving and document management are essential for ensuring the continuity of university administration. With advances in information technology, conventional archiving systems are increasingly seen as less effective and less efficient. Purpose: This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the Integrated Digital Archiving System in enhancing document management at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). Method: This research employs a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to archivists and system users at UNNES. The data provide insight into staff perceptions of document management, their expectations for the current system under development, and their feedback after testing the newly developed system. Findings: The results indicate that the MyUNNES-Siradi application and participatory commitment can explain 82.5% of the variance in document management accountability among archival staff. The partial determination coefficients show that the MyUNNES-Siradi application accounts for 51.7%, while participatory commitment accounts for 58.8%. Additionally, 85% of respondents reported high satisfaction with the system’s features, particularly the reduced time required to access and manage documents. Conclusion: Overall, the findings suggest that the digital archive system effectively improves document management at UNNES. Further development is recommended to address remaining challenges and enhance system performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze public relations management in shaping a positive image at SMK Tunas Harapan Pati, which includes planning, implementation, evaluation, and school communication strategies. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study consisted of the principal, the vice principal in charge of public relations, and parents of students. The validity of the data was strengthened through source triangulation and method triangulation to ensure that the research results were more accurate and reliable. The results of the study show that public relations management is carried out in a structured manner through programs such as Field Work Practice (PKL), competency tests, human resource development, and partnerships with the business world and industry. The implementation of activities is supported by the use of digital media and direct communication with the community. Evaluations are carried out periodically through the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system as a basis for continuous improvement. This strategy has resulted in increased public trust and high enrollment interest every year.

Abstract

Phenomenon/Issue:Several issues have been identified, including limited service areas, open-plan workspaces without adequate partitions, suboptimal desk spacing, and a monotonous design. These conditions potentially disrupt employee comfort, workflow efficiency, and overall performance. Purpose:This study aims to analyze the role of office layout in achieving employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja Pekalongan Branch, focusing on how spatial arrangement supports work effectiveness, coordination, and productivity. Research Methods:The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through direct observation of the office environment, in-depth interviews with employees and management, and documentation analysis. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the office layout’s impact on employee performance. Results:The findings indicate that the application of a combined open and closed office layout concept supports smoother workflows and effective inter-unit coordination. The layout aligns with office layout principles such as the shortest distance and proper work sequence. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including insufficient desk spacing, limited design flexibility, and monotonous workspaces that may reduce employee motivation. Supporting physical factors such as lighting, air circulation, and acoustics are generally adequate and contribute positively to the work environment. Research Contributions: This study contributes practically by providing insights for organizational decision-makers in improving office layout design to enhance employee performance. Theoretically, it enriches the literature on office management and workplace design by emphasizing the importance of adaptive and functional office layouts in supporting employee effectiveness and productivity.
