This research aims to find out the use of interactive multimedia archiving based on android and its effect on the learning independence of vocational learners. Research is a type of research and development (R & D). Research methods using experiments are pretend experiments (Quaisy experiment). The research was conducted at Vocational High School Surakarta City in April-June 2021. The population in this study is all students of class X Vocational High School Surakarta school year 2020/2021. The sample used was 1 control class and 1 randomly selected experimental class. All treatment will be given to the same control class and experimental class except on the use of interactive multimedia archival based on android. Interactive multimedia android-based archival was successfully applied in the learning of class X OTKP. There is a significant difference in the increase in learning independence between experimental classes that use interactive multimedia android-based archival and control classes that do not use interactive multimedia android-based archival in the archival learning class X OTKP in Vocational High School Surakarta City school year 2020/2021. Interactive multimedia android-based archiving can be used as one of the alternative learning media that can be used to increase the independence of learning learners.

Teachers are expected to improve their professionalism by developing learning media that are able to facilitate students in learning according to their own abilities and in improving their competency. This research aims to describe the use of learning videos in teaching Office Administration subjects, especially mail competency and archiving. Direct interviews, observations, and a survey questionnaire provided data on the use of learning videos. The result showed that 1) learning videos are under-utilized as sources in learning the archiving process: textbooks and lectures are the most common forms today, and 2) learning video should be developed to learn about archiving and out basic mail competency.

Environmental sustainability is a crucial concern for universities due to the environmental impacts of their operations, including energy use, waste, and transportation. As key actors, higher education institutions play a vital role in promoting sustainability by enhancing students' knowledge, attitudes, and active participation in sustainable practices. This study aims to analyze the relationship between environmental education, knowledge, attitude, and behavior. A total of 376 students of Universitas Negeri Semarang were involved in this study. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed online. Data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM analysis technique. The results showed that environmental attitude has a positive effect on student environmental behavior. However, environmental education and knowledge were not proven to significantly influence environmental behavior directly. Environmental education has been shown to play an important role in significantly increasing knowledge and attitudes towards the environment. In addition, environmental education can indirectly influence environmental behavior through the formation of environmental attitudes. The implication of this study shows that the universities and higher education policymakers need to emphasize strengthening positive attitudes toward the environment in environmental education curricula, rather than just focusing on increasing knowledge alone.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kefektifan media pembelajaran kearsipan digital dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D). Model pengembangan media ini menggunakan model Hannafin dan Peck. Subyek pengujian dilakukan di dua kelas, yaitu kelas X AP 1 (kelas eksperimen) dan X AP 2 (kelas kontrol) di SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta. Uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan menggunakan uji-t. Teknik analisis yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keefektifan dari media pembelajaran kearsipan digital bahwa thitung> ttabel = (3,26> 2,00), maka H0 ditolak, itu berarti bahwa kedua kelompok memiliki skor prestasi belajar yang berbeda. Hasil posttest antara kelas eksperimen (menggunakan media yang dikembangkan) dengan kelas kontrol (tidak menggunakan media yang dikembangkan) menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh kelas eksperimen adalah 80,59, nilai rata-rata lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol 77, 97. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan media pembelajaran kearsipan digital dianggap efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta.Kata kunci: kearsipan, media pembelajaran, microsoft access THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING MEDIA ARCHIVES TO IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES SMK NEGERI 3 SURAKARTAAbstractThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of instructional media digital archives in improving student learning outcomes SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta. This study is a research and development (R & D). Models using the model of media development Hannafin and Peck. Subjects testing was conducted in two classes, X AP 1 (experimental class) and X AP 2 (control group) at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta. Prerequisite test analysis covering the normality test, homogeneity and using t-test. The analysis technique used descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that the effectiveness of digital archival media learning that tcount> ttable = (3.26> 2.00), then H0 is rejected, it means that the two groups had different learning achievement scores. Results posttest between the experimental class (using the media developed) with a control class (do not use the media developed) shows that the average value obtained experimental class is 80.59, the average value is higher than the control class 77, 97. Conclusion this research is the development of instructional media digital archives are considered effective in improving student learning outcomes SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta.Keywords: archives, learning media, microsoft access

This research aimed to describe the development of public relations and protocol office administration teaching material based on the 2013 curriculum in Vocational School (thereafter called SMK). This study was a Research & Development (R & D) using Borg & Gall's model. This research involved Public Vocational School with Office Administration Specialty in Ex-Surakarta Residency area. Technique of collecting data used was interview with informants related to Office Administration teaching material. Meanwhile for the trial, technique of collecting data used was questionnaire survey distributed to teachers and students. The effectiveness of data collection was tested using test. Technique of analyzing data used was mix method, the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The result of analysis using 2-way anava obtained Fstatistic value of 0.829 in Vocational School with probability (sig.) value of 0.438. F test results are seen in the anova table in the sig column. Experiment group had an improvement of learning outcome better than the control one with the mean increase of 4.5 while control group had mean score of 2.3. Thus, it could be concluded that public relations and protocol teaching material based on the 2013 curriculum was feasible to use in Vocational School (SMK).

Teachers are expected to be able to carry out learning in accordance with the merdeka curriculum, including the use of teaching modules in accordance with the provisions of the curriculum. Ideally, teachers can design teaching modules optimally. However, in reality, many teachers are not yet able to create teaching modules merdekaly according to the needs and situations in their learning environment. Several teachers stated that it required additional time, money and energy to compose teaching modules comprehensively, which became an obstacle in preparing teaching modules merdekaly. The Office Management and Business Services Skills Program (MPLB) in Phase F is not included in the Center of Excellence (PK) Vocational School program, part of the merdeka learning program. The aim of this service activity is to strengthen partners' skills in compiling merdeka curriculum teaching modules through several stages: socialization, training, mentoring and evaluation. This devotion was carried out for one week from June 26 to July 3, 2024 offline with 25 teacher participants at State Vocational School 2, Semarang City. The evaluation results show an increase in participants' abilities and skills in compiling Phase F teaching modules according to the existing learning environment.

Pandemi COVID-19 telah memaksa dunia pendidikan untuk beradaptasi dengan metode pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan E-Modul Manajemen Perkantoran berbasis Bot Telegram sebagai alat pendukung pembelajaran daring. E-Modul ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar yang interaktif dan mudah diakses oleh mahasiswa dan dosen di tengah keterbatasan yang disebabkan oleh pandemi. Dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi media sosial telegram yang populer dan mudah diakses, E-Modul ini diharapkan dapat membantu fleksibilitas belajar dari dimasa pandemi bagi mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah manajemen perkantoran secara daring atau pembelajaran jarak jauh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Hasil penelitian ini berupa e-modul manajemen perkantoran berbasis bot telegram yang telah diuji oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan pengguna (mahasiswa). Dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan E-Modul ini layak untuk digunakan dalam membantu fleksibilitas belajar Mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi. Selain itu, selain itu juga terdapat saran dan masukkan yaitu berupa penambahan ruang diskusi dan umpan balik untuk mahasiswa.

Pelayanan kependudukan merupakan aspek penting dalam administrasi desa yang memengaruhi kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pelayanan kependudukan oleh Kasi Pelayanan di Desa Medalem, Kabupaten Blora, dengan fokus pada dimensi kecepatan, akurasi, keterjangkauan, dan kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif yang meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan serta divalidasi melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil menunjukkan berbagai kendala dalam pelayanan, seperti keterbatasan fasilitas (tangible), kurangnya kompetensi perangkat (reliability), sikap kurang ramah (empathy), prosedur berbelit (responsiveness), dan informasi layanan yang tidak jelas (assurance). Diperlukan perbaikan menyeluruh agar pelayanan lebih efektif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat.
