Abstract

Artikel ini mendiskusikan tentang Hak Asasi manusia (HAM) berdasarkan perspektif Pendidikan Agama Islam. Apakah HAM bertentengan dengan Islam? Atau justru sebaliknya: Islam mengakomodirnya? Tidak dapat dipungkiri HAM terkadang dijadikan “alat” untuk menjerat dan menjatuhkan seseorang. HAM sering mengalami reduksi makna. HAM menjadi dua sisi mata uang; satu sisi mengedepankan humanism, sementara sisi yang lain menakutkan bagi sebagian orang, terutama bagi pengambil kebijakan. Persoalanya kemudian, bagaimana sesungguhnya mendudukan HAM ini pada tempatnya? Lalu bagaimana Islam melihat dan memposisikan HAM ini?

Abstract

Morals are a very important foundation in the formation of human character. Morals can determine the quality of human values, not only for themselves but also for the people around them. The essence of Islam is also morals that can determine the quality of the relationship between a servant and his Lord, between a person and himself, between him and others, and between society and its environment. If all relationships are good, good morals will be created. But along with the times and globalization (advances in technology and science) greatly affect all aspects of human life, including morals. That is why this research discusses the importance of Sufism morals that are applied in Islamic educational institution, namely at the Al-Inaaroh Darul Fikri Islamic Boarding School in Buntet, Cirebon, West Java. This research uses qualitative research. In the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation with a sociological approach. The results showed that the application of the value of Sufism morals in the rules of the Islamic boarding school on the social life of students (santri) in this pesantren is very influential. With strict sanctions and the practice of morals carried out together, the lives of the students gradually improved; no longer violating the rules of the Islamic boarding school. The ethics of the students when interacting with the surrounding community began to look better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the condition of mental health and emotional in adolescents in the city of Cirebon. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. Which will be held at Posyandu Remaja in Cirebon City in November-December 2023. The population in this study was 478 person of Cirebon City at Posyandu Remaja who were randomly taken. Data analysis uses univariate analysis to determine the frequency distribution and percentage of each variable in the study. The results showed that most respondents were in the normal range on the components of behavioral problems (62.1%), emotional problems (92.9%), peer problems (54.4%) and prosocial skills (83.5%), but there were also data that showed borderline and abnormal conditions. Respondents who had a level of behavioral problems in the borderline category were 98 people (20.5%) and abnormal as many as 83 people (17.4%), who had a level of emotional problems in the borderline category as many as 22 people (4.6%) and abnormal as many as 12 people (2.5%), who had peer problems in the borderline category as many as 147 people (30.8%) and abnormal as many as 71 people (14.9%), While the prosocial ability of adolescents in the borderline category was 53 people (11.1%) and abnormal as many as 26 people (5.4%). These findings show that although most adolescents are in the normal category, there are still adolescents who have a risk for mental health and emotional
