Abstract

Through a review of the literature, this study seeks to investigate how the digital transition affects tax compliance and efficiency. The application of technology like data analytics, e-filing, and e-payment is part of the digital transformation in tax administration. Based on a thorough analysis of multiple literature sources, it was discovered that these technologies greatly expedite administrative procedures, minimise human error, and improve data management and tax procedures' transparency. Because of the enhanced transparency, taxpayers are better able to comprehend their responsibilities, which encourages improved compliance. In summary, this study emphasises how crucial it is to implement digital technology in order to build a more effective, accountable, and transparent tax system, which will eventually increase tax compliance and collection.

Abstract

Peran Literasi Keuangan dalam Perencanaan Pensiun yang Sukses: Tinjauan Literatur dan Agenda Riset Masa Depan. Penelitian ini menganalisis tren penelitian terkait literasi keuangan dan perencanaan pensiun yang dipublikasikan dari 2014 hingga 2023. Sebanyak 233 artikel diidentifikasi melalui Publish or Perish dan Scopus, kemudian 35 artikel terpilih diseleksi kembali berdasarkan tiga kriteria spesifik. Artikel dikelompokkan menurut wilayah, kategori sampel, metode penelitian, dan pergerakan tahunan. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa penelitian tentang literasi keuangan dan perencanaan pensiun semakin luas, terutama di Asia dan Amerika Utara, dengan metode kuantitatif yang dominan digunakan. Faktor gender, pendidikan, budaya, dan psikologi adalah faktor yang paling banyak ditemukan memiliki peran penting dalam perencanaan pensiun. Abstract: The Role of Financial Literacy in Successful Retirement Planning: A Literature Review and Future Research Agenda. This study analyzes research trends related to financial literacy and retirement planning published between 2014 and 2023. A total of 233 articles were identified through Publish or Perish and Scopus, with 35 articles selected based on three specific criteria. The articles were grouped by region, sample category, research method, and annual trends. The review results show that research on financial literacy and retirement planning has expanded, particularly in Asia and North America, with quantitative methods being predominantly used. Gender, education, culture, and psychology are the most frequently identified factors playing a crucial role in retirement planning.

Abstract

Abstrak Penerapan teknologi dan digital marketing tepat guna memaksimalkan produksi dan pendapatan UMKM Abon untuk mencapai stabilitas keuangan jangka panjang dan kinerja berkelanjutan. Strategi pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan pemilik UMKM Abon Bu Edy dalam setiap tahapan program. Pelatihan dan pendampingan yang intensif dengan menambah pengetahuan mendalam tentang manajemen teknologi dan analisis kinerja pemasaran digital serta penyusunan laporan laporan keuangan. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan UMKM Abon Bu Edy melalui penerapan mesin spinner peniris minyak. Dalam hal pelatihan dan pendampingan digital marketing dan branding produk UMKM Abon Bu Edy telah memiliki akun media sosial dan e-commerce juga label kemasan produk sebagai media penjualan, promosi dan branding produk. Untuk pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan mitra telah menggunakan aplikasi yang tersedia umum untuk pencatatan transaksi. Melalui upaya tersebut, UMKM Abon Bu Edy mampu mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kualitas produknya, memanfaatkan teknologi secara lebih efektif, serta membangun jaringan pelanggan di ranah digital. Kata kunci: digital marketing; branding produk; laporan keuangan UMKM; pelatihan dan pendampingan; abon Abstract The application of technology and digital marketing is appropriate to maximize the production and income of Abon MSMEs to achieve long-term financial stability and sustainable performance. The strategy for implementing this community service program includes a participatory approach by involving Abon Bu Edy MSME owners in every stage of the program. Intensive training and mentoring by adding in-depth knowledge of technology management and digital marketing performance analysis and preparation of financial reports. The results of this activity show an increase in the quality of products produced by Abon Bu Edy MSMEs by applying oil spinner draining machines. Regarding training and mentoring for digital marketing and branding of Abon Bu Edy MSME products, they already have social media and e-commerce accounts and product packaging labels as a medium for sales, promotion, and product branding. For training and mentoring in preparing financial reports, partners have used publicly available applications for recording transactions. Through these efforts, Abon Bu Edy MSMEs can develop and improve the quality of their products, utilize technology more effectively, and build customer networks in the digital environment. Keywords: digital marketing; product branding; MSME’s financial reports; training and mentoring; abon

Abstract

Globalization has enhanced economic development worldwide, including in Indonesia. Yet, people increasingly find it difficult to differentiate between wants and actual needs. As financial capacity and education levels grow annually in Indonesia, this study investigates how financial literacy and hedonism impact financial management behavior, with locus of control as a mediating factor. Targeting working women in Jember Regency, the study applied Malhotra's sampling rule, selecting 200 respondents based on 20 indicators. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS was employed to analyze the data. Findings reveal that financial literacy and hedonistic tendencies influence financial management behavior, with locus of control playing a significant mediating role.

Abstract

Companies in the D222 sector in Indonesia have the potential to dominate the global market. This study aims to examine how the value of companies in the D222 sector is formed by financing policies, namely leverage, the ability to generate profits, namely profitability. Additionally, this research also investigates the influence of company size on firm value. The urgency of this research is underscored by the fact that audit performance is instrumental in driving strategic efforts by companies to enhance their value. Sampled from the years 2020-2022 and drawn from companies listed on the stock exchange, the population consists of 26 companies. Purposive sampling was employed to select a sample of 19 companies in the D222 sector. The data was analyzed using multiple regression in SPSS version 27. The findings indicate that financing policies, specifically Leverage, do not significantly influence firm value, whereas the ability to generate profits, namely Profitability, has a significant positive impact on firm value. Company size does not appear to affect the increase in firm value. However, the role of Audit Quality as a moderator yields varying results. Regarding the relationship between financing policies, namely leverage, and firm value, Audit Quality does not seem to strengthen it. The same results are obtained concerning the relationship between the ability to generate profits, namely profitability, and firm value. However, Audit Quality appears to strengthen the relationship between Company Size and Firm Value. These findings offer valuable insights into the interaction of these factors in the context of the processed food industry in Indonesia, aiming for dominance in the global market.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Masyarakat Pemula ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, memperluas pemasaran, dan memperbaiki manajemen keuangan pada IKM Yas Mey Rengginang di Kabupaten Lumajang. Metode pelaksanaan terbagi dalam lima tahap, yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi, serta strategi keberlanjutan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan produksi sebesar 80% melalui penggunaan mesin pengering, terbentuknya akun Google Maps sebagai sarana identitas digital usaha, serta meningkatnya pemahaman mitra dalam menghitung Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) sebagai dasar pengelolaan keuangan. Program ini tidak hanya memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan teknis dan manajerial yang dihadapi mitra, tetapi juga mendorong kemandirian dan keberlanjutan usaha dalam jangka panjang. Dengan capaian ini, diharapkan mitra dapat lebih kompetitif dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar serta menjadi contoh praktik baik bagi pelaku usaha rumah tangga sejenis.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk merancang kampanye pajak yang efektif dengan memanfaatkan kreativitas dan pengunaan teknologi AI dengan bijak sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan literasi dan kepatuhan pajak dengan melibatkan mahasiswa sebagai generasi pajak. Jenis pengabdian yang digunakan adalah pembuatan komik pajak pusat maupun daerah sehingga secara kreatif dapat membantu mempermudah anak muda dalam menambah dan memahami literasi pajak. Metode yang dilakukan adalah tahap pemberian materi secara tatap muka dalam kelas, perencanaan pembuatan komik, pelaksanaan pembuatan komik dan evaluasi berupa penilaian akhir. Hasil pembuatan komik menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa mampu mengesplorasi kreativitasnya dengan bantuan teknologi AI dan lebih bijak dalam menggunakan AI, terbukti literasi pajak dalam bentuk komik tersampaikan dengan baik dan menarik. Keterbatasan dari kegiatan ini adalah komik yang dihasilkan masih belum terpublikasi di media sosial sehingga belum tersampaikan secara luas, saran kedepannya komik dapat terpublikasi di media sosial sehingga mampu dibaca oleh masyarakat.
