Abstract

This study discusses System and Marketing Strategy Analysis in the Tofu Industry (Case Study on the Samani Tofu Industry in Meurah Mulia District). Samani Tofu Industry has a big potential in tofu industry, but still restricted by marketing system, promotion, capital, and also higher price material. Thus, this study aim to analyze its system and marketing strategy. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. This study uses data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the marketing system of the tofu in the Samani tofu industry in Meurah Mulia District includes quality raw materials, competent employees, a clean and strategic place and cooperation with local community transportation. Mean while, marketing system of the tofu in the Samani tofu industry in Meurah Mulia by producing high quality products, offer a lower price, affordable among the community. distribution strategy applied to Samani's tofu business is by directing it into the hands of consumers and also through intermediaries, namely retailers, direct approach with community and word of mouth.

Abstract

This research discusses the topic of Acehnese cultural issues, namely mawah which is a concept of local wisdom and an important role in the life of the Acehnese. The two main topics of this research are mawah dialectics in the socio-economy of the Acehnese, and the mawah model as empowering the modern economy of society. The method used in this research is qualitative through a philosophical normative approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, documentation, and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The results of this study indicate that the Mawah dialect in the socio-economy of the people of Aceh occurs in several stages. Mawah first stage concentrated on breeding. is termed as “Mawah Aneuk Nang” In mawah which is divided between owners and breeders is about 50:50 distribution or depending on how the mawah was originally carried out. There are several mawah principles in empowering the Acehnese economy, namely the principles of al’adalah, at-t’awun and musawwamah. Mawah can be a model of massive modern agrarian economic empowerment if it is managed properly and involves professional parties. Some of the things that must be done are to establish Mawah Boards (BW) which are backed up by the district and village governments, then create networks and relationships as a gateway for mawah online. At this final stage, mawah becomes a start-up business.

Abstract

Indonesia, the world's largest Muslim nation, is developing a sharia economy. Creative economy is essential to Indonesia. This is called Sharia-based in the creative economy. Including a Sharia-based creative economy in public, madrasah, and Islamic boarding school curricula. Islamic boarding schools preach Islam and produce productive workers. The aim of this research is to examine how the application of modern and traditional Dayah curriculum standards can increase Sharia-based creative economic empowerment as well as the inhibiting and supporting factors for Sharia-based creative economic empowerment through the application of modern and traditional Dayah curriculum standards. This research at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah. Syamsuddhuha (STIT) (in the Modern Dayah category) and Dayah Raudhatul Ma'Arif Cot Trueng Muara Batu (in the Traditional Dayah category). Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The two Dayah (Islamic boarding schools, ed.), the implementation of the creative economy curriculum in economic education at Islamic boarding schools has great potential to improve the quality of economic education at Islamic boarding schools. By using a creative and innovative approach, this curriculum can help improve students' skills and understanding of economic concepts and prepare them to face the world of work in the future. However, several inhibiting factors need to be considered in the implementation of the creative economy curriculum, such as the lack of support from the pesantren management and limited resources. Therefore, it takes strong commitment and support from all related parties so that the implementation of the creative economy curriculum can be successful and sustainable.

Abstract

Religious Moderation is a government initiative aimed at preventing religious-based social conflicts in Indonesia. While religion can bring peace, it has also been used to create divisions within the nation. The service provides education and assistance to prevent religious conflict in Gampong Jawa, Lhokseumawe, a village that is at risk of such conflicts due to tensions between residents who hold different religious beliefs. The program uses Participatory Action Research (PAR) by involving community participation and elements of the leadership of Gampong Jawa, Lhokseumawe, in resolving religious conflicts by strengthening Religious Moderation there. The results of the program include: (1) Increased tolerance and understanding in the community, (2) Resolving religious conflict with empathy and dignity, and (3) promoting awareness of brotherhood Gampong Jawa community, leading to peaceful coexistence despite having different religious views.
