Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the success of student organization management in Pesantren Terpadu Al-Muslim and Pesantren Modern Al-Zahrah. The primary focus is to identify the elements supporting the success of student organizations, including the selection of human resources, organizational environment, and collaboration among members. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving mentors, organization administrators, and pesantren leaders. The findings reveal that the success of student organization management is influenced by four key factors. First, the quality of human resources selected through a competency-based process emphasizing spiritual, academic, and managerial capabilities. Second, a supportive organizational environment, such as regular motivation and the freedom to develop new ideas. Third, strong collaboration among organization members facilitated by effective communication. Fourth, leadership that fosters synergy and shared values within the organization. The implications of this study indicate that effective student organization management requires a combination of qualified administrator selection, the creation of a conducive working environment, and synergy among organization members. These findings contribute to the development of student organization management strategies in pesantren and serve as a reference for other Islamic educational institutions in enhancing the effectiveness of student organizations.

Abstract

This community service aims to determine the ability of the Gampong government in Gampong Asan in managing the Village Fund Allocation (ADG). To see the ability of the Gampong government in the management of ADG, the authors refer to management starting from the planning, implementation, reporting and accountability stages. The method used to realize this community service program is material presentation, mentoring, evaluation. The results of community service show that the actual ability of the Gampong Asan government in terms of administrative capabilities has not improved from year to year, but in terms of determining the work program in the use of ADG it is also still minimal. This problem is influenced by several factors, namely; (1) The people of Gampong Asan do not actively participate in all Gampong government affairs, and (2) Supervision by the supervisory team has not been maximized.

Abstract

Globalization presents complex challenges for women worldwide, accentuating gender biases and prompting inquiries into their societal roles. In Aceh, women hold pivotal positions in fostering progress and maintaining social stability. This qualitative study employs descriptive survey techniques to investigate the status of women in Aceh. The research entails various stages, including data collection from diverse informants, subsequent data reduction, and analysis. Findings underscore the necessity of redefining perceptions of women in Aceh and restructuring their domestic and public rights with sensitivity. Empirical evidence highlights the significant contributions of Acehnese women to the region's social, cultural, and economic advancement. Therefore, it is imperative to recognize and appreciate their roles amidst globalization's dynamics, ensuring their equitable participation and acknowledgment in societal development. AbstrakGlobalisasi menghadirkan tantangan yang kompleks bagi perempuan di seluruh dunia, menonjolkan bias gender dan mendorong pertanyaan tentang peran sosial mereka. Di Aceh, perempuan memegang posisi penting dalam mendorong kemajuan dan menjaga stabilitas sosial. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan teknik survei deskriptif untuk menyelidiki status perempuan di Aceh. Penelitian ini terdiri dari berbagai tahap, termasuk pengumpulan data dari beragam informan, reduksi data, dan analisis. Temuan penelitian menggarisbawahi pentingnya mendefinisikan ulang persepsi tentang perempuan di Aceh dan merestrukturisasi hak-hak domestik dan publik mereka dengan sensitivitas. Bukti empiris menyoroti kontribusi signifikan perempuan Aceh terhadap kemajuan sosial, budaya, dan ekonomi di wilayah tersebut. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk mengakui dan menghargai peran mereka di tengah dinamika globalisasi, untuk memastikan partisipasi dan pengakuan yang adil dalam pembangunan masyarakat.
