Abstract

Angkutan kota is public transportation that can carry out mobility at affordable prices, but angkot operations generally do not have special infrastructure and angkot does not have a communication system or notification about the state of the next stop, the behavior of angkot drivers often stops at inappropriate places to wait for passengers causing inefficiency on this transport. It is different with Bus Rapid Transit, which has infrastructure and communication systems but cannot reach certain places that angkot can reach. The purpose of this research is to design, adapt, test, and find out whether the adaptation of the concept of Bus Rapid Transit can be applied to angkot. This research is useful to provide an overview of the adaptation of the BRT system concept by adapting the driver assist and automation and passenger information aspects to be applied to Angkots with a notification mechanism for passengers at the halte and information on the estimated time of the Angkot arrival so that the driver gets assists automatically regarding this information. The system is implemented as a prototype of a central system, angkot and halte system, the system can relay multi-hoping angkot arrival information using the ESPNOW delivery protocol and send passenger notifications published by the halte to the central system with the MQTT delivery protocol on the 802.11 communication network. The result is that the prototype can detect passengers at the bus stop then send notifications and can relay messages in multi-hop between halte.

Abstract

Boarding rooms as a place to live should have good air quality. The most common causes of decreased indoor air quality are poor air circulation and contamination from harmful gases, one of which is carbon monoxide (CO) which is commonly found in cigarette smoke and vehicle emissions. Tool developed in this research is expected to reduce the potential dangers that may arise from high concentration of carbon monoxide gas and discomfort due to hot and humid room air. The system is designed to detect ambient air quality using the DHT22 and MQ7 sensors, and uses a fan and exhaust to control air quality. The system is built with a parameter threshold that can be reconfigured. This system is also made using a finite-state machine algorithm to define several states that represent each existing process. One of them is a deep sleep state for power saving, this is needed because the system will operate continuously, the method used is taking advantage of the deep sleep mode on the low power feature of ESP8266 chip. From the test results, it's known that this tool successfully performs its function, and is able to reduce current consumption by 34.82 mA under ideal conditions.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest fish producing countries in the world. One of the fish that is in demand in Indonesia from various circles of society is catfish. Therefore, the way to increase catfish production is to maintain the quality of pond water used for catfish farming. The quality of water used for catfish farming is very influential on the growth of catfish. Using a monitoring system can help to monitoring the water quality of catfish ponds so that catfish growth can be optimal. In this study, a catfish pond water quality monitoring system was created which consists of three nodes slave and one node master and uses a webserver as an interface. Each node slave has two sensors, a temperature sensor and a pH sensor that functions as a detector of water quality in the pond. Communication between nodes slave and node master uses the BLE communication protocol. while for the webserver to run on the master node using WiFi communication. The microcontroller for this system uses NodeMCU ESP32. Based on the test results, the average system accuracy in reading the water temperature of the catfish pond is 97.88%, the average system accuracy in reading the pH of the pond water is 98.53%. The farthest BLE communication is 25 meters with a delay of 2815.8 ms for BLE communication and 252.4 ms for the webserver.

Abstract

The thing that is usually done in determining a dress size is to try out several available sizes in order to get the size of the clothes that you want and fit your body. To try on various sizes of clothes, a fitting room is provided which is used to try on the clothes. This system is made to make it easier for users to choose the size of the clothes without trying each size of each shirt and this system can replace the function of the fitting room. This system is made using the KNN with digital image processing methods. KNN or K-Nearest Neighbor is an algorithm that compares the value you are looking for with the value of those that have the same characteristics or are closest to the value you are looking for. In this system the input is the form of an image captured using a webcam camera which will later be processed digitally using a Raspberry Pi which is the place for data processing. This system works with a webcam camera to detect the user's body size, namely the height and width of the user's shoulders, this data is obtained using a function from image processing, namely the bounding box, which functions as a determinant of the height and width of the user's shoulders taken from the height and width of the bounding the box . The output of the system is that the user can see the size of the shirt that best matches the size used on the 16x2 LCD. Based on the testing, the system gets 92% accuracy and the computation time is 3,07641s.

Abstract

Nutrition is a health status based on a balance between needs and nutrients. Toddlers can be said undernourished if the measurement of the W/A z-score <-2SD, and stunting if the measurement of the H/A z-score <-2SD. Currently, the determination of nutritional status and stunting is still using conventional measurements and matched with the standard book table of children's nutritional status from the Ministry of Health. Therefore, a system developed can detect weight and height as well as nutritional status and risk of stunting in toddlers. This system uses ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 to measure height, load cell and HX711 module to measure weight and backpropagation NN to predict nutritional status in toddlers. The implementation of nutritional status with the backpropagation NN method is divided into 2, namely nutritional status with poor and good classes, and stunting risk with low and high classes. The system has a height of 125 cm and a square footing with a width of 30cm x 30cm. Using MLP Topology Workbench for data panning using 3 input layers, 12 hidden layers, and 1 output layer for each backpropagation NN implementation. The ultrasonic sensor test got an accuracy of 98.5%, the load cell sensor test got an accuracy of 94.7%, the test on the method got 100% accuracy, and the overall system test got an accuracy of 96.6%.

Abstract

Kimchi is one of the processed vegetable foods that can change the selling price of vegetables. Kimchi is a traditional pickled vegetable originating from Korea. Many Indonesian people like to make kimchi and eat kimchi because kimchi is a food that is rich in probiotic bacteria and has Indonesian culinary flavors. Currently, the process of making kimchi fermentation is still done manually, thus affecting the conditions of kimchi fermentation. If the fermentation container is often opened, then air from outside will enter and cause temperature changes. If there is a significant change in temperature, the performance of the bacteria that carry out the fermentation process will be disrupted. Based on these problems, a detection system for the ideal conditions of kimchi fermentation based on pH and temperature was made using the fuzzy Mamdani method. The Mamdani fuzzy calculation process is assisted by the Embedded Fuzzy Logic Library (eFLL), which processes data input from the DHT11 temperature and pH sensors SEN0161-V2 based on the ESP32 Devkit V1 Microcontroller. After that, the system output will be displayed on a 16x2 LCD screen and an android application with Bluetooth communication. Based on sensor testing, the MAPE value of the pH sensor SEN0161-V2 is 1.81% with an accuracy of 98.19%, and the MAPE value of the DHT11 temperature sensor is 1.51% with an accuracy of 98.49%. Mamdani fuzzy algorithm testing is carried out every day for six days of fermentation by recording ten system output data to obtain a total of 60 test data. As a result, the MAPE value of the Mamdani fuzzy algorithm was obtained at 0.96% with an accuracy of 99.04% and an average computation time of 25.138.5 microseconds or 25 milliseconds.

Abstract

The number of requests for freight forwarding services has increased every year. This increase in demand was triggered by the escalation of online shopping trends. As a result, many packages need to be managed in the warehouse. For this, an autonomous distribution system is needed in the warehouse so that warehouse management efficiency occurs, especially in time and labor. The system consists of a sensor encoder, IMU GY-521, RPLIDAR A1, and Robot Operating System (ROS). Systems with robotic characteristics like this can be classified as a type of autonomous mobile robot (AMR). The specialty of the research is the application of the hoverboard as a robot propulsion system. The local spatial map creation process is carried out by the Hector SLAM algorithm. Global and local path planning was created using the Navfn algorithm and the Dynamic Window Approach (DWA). For localization and finding the robot's current location, the Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) and Adaptive Monte Carlo Localization (AMCL) algorithms are used. The test results show that the hoverboard can be used in the system as a propulsion system with the ability to carry a maximum weight of 40Kg. The performance of the odometry, IMU, and RPLIDAR sensors get a sensor accuracy count of 99.61%, 81.93%, and 99.84%. For map making, the results obtained accuracy of 80% success using the Hector SLAM algorithm. Unhindered global navigation test achieves 80% accuracy. While local navigation with moving obstacles reaches 80% accuracy.

Abstract

Mozzarella cheese is one type of cheese that is favored by the people of Indonesia, because it has elastic and melting texture properties that are different from other cheeses. Currently, in determining the quality of Mozzarella cheese, it is usually seen from the color and level of moisture, one example in determining the quality of Mozzarella cheese which is easy to see with the eye must be shiny and white like porcelain. The microcontroller used by Arduino Uno is because the method of use is not too difficult and very easy to use. This system uses a TCS3200 color sensor to measure the color of Mozzarella cheese, a pH sensor to measure acidity and Naive Bayes to predict the quality of Mozzarella cheese. The position of the TCS3200 color sensor is placed at the base facing up, for the measuring cup it is on top of the TCS3200 sensor. The point of placing the TCS3200 sensor is in a solid black acrylic due to reducing the entry of light from outside. While the pH sensor is placed above the measuring cup which is useful for taking the acidity value of Mozzarella cheese. Naive Bayes classification is used because it is very effective and requires quite a bit of training data, from the test results obtained 94% accuracy, the average accuracy of the color sensor TCS3200 is 98.07%, and the average accuracy of the pH sensor is 98.83%.

Abstract

Moodle provides convenience in the teaching and learning process in this modern era. Starting from learning material, working on tests, uploading files can be done easily. Apart from the convenience provided and the increasing number of teaching and learning processes using Moodle, the burden on the Moodle server will also be greater. Apache jMeter provides tools for monitoring and testing performance. With a simple GUI, its use is not difficult to learn. In this research, we tested the moodle server with the PostgreSQL database installed in virtualbox. Then a performance test was carried out through Apache jMeter which included a CPU performance test, Disk I/O performance test, and a memory performance test on the login page and quiz submit page. The simulation was carried out in stages starting from one repetition, ten repetitions, fifty repetitions, and one hundred repetitions. From the test results it was found that the test results showed the same results because they were carried out in the same session at the same time
