Abstract

Catfish farming of today's era has a very lucrative and promising prospect, because of its nutritious and delicious flavors. The catfish beside it tastes delicious, the nutrient content is very high and good for the growth and health, so it is preferred by the wide circle of society, especially the Indonesian Nation. Catfish have advantages and advantages compared to other animal products are rich in Leusin and Lisin. Leucine (C6H13NO2) is an essential amino acid present in catfish, indispensable for the growth of children and maintaining nitrogen balance. Leucine is useful for the growth and formation of muscle proteins.

Abstract

Forming standard unit price of goods and services is an activity survey to collect data required in Local Government and State requirements. Goods and services are under control of the Department or institution by the local government. Standards Unit Price of Goods and Services assist in preparing the Budget Requirement Plan, the regional work units and the Budget Implementation Document. Standards Unit Price of Goods and Services is to guide the preparation of the Budget Requirement Plan, the regional work units and the Budget Implementation Document work unit East Java Provincial Government. Data and information collection techniques are done by conducting market surveys, through distributors and the highest retail prices in stores and markets. The data types of goods and price list are based on the standard of the goods provided the provider distributors and stores. The interviews involves distributors, sellers to consumers. It also involves the data from Related Work Unit in cooperation with the Government of East Java to obtain secondary data. Conclusions are based on the description and presentation of data on survey results as the preparation of this Book Standard Unit Price of Goods and Services. This book is a guide to the standard unit price of goods and services that are indispensable in East Java Provincial Government work units.Keywords: standard unit price, goods and services, the province of East Java

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explain partial and simultaneous influence of training on the performance of the employees. The training aspect covers training materials, training methods, and the continuous implementation after training. This explanatory study involved 22 employees. The result shows that training materials, training methods, and the continuous implementation after training have significant influence on the employee performance as shown with the results of simultaneous test with the value signivicance F and t (0,000) ≤ (p<0.05). Training employees partially and simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Managament accounting information system consists of full cost accounting information, differential accounting information and responsibility accountingl. The aim of this study is to explain the application of management accounting information system on information objects such as products and activities of the department which will result full accounting information. If the system is connected with the alternative that will be selected, it will produce the concept of differential accounting information which is needed for the purpose of management decision making with multiple alternative selection. If the management accounting information system is connected with the authority of the manager, it will produce the concept of responsibility accounting information that is useful to influence company policy-making.

Abstract

Artikel ini adalah usulan konsep Pengabdian Masyarakat yang bertujuan menyusun dan mengembangkan model Sistem Manajemen Kelembagaan Desa Agro Wisata Torongrejo, Kec. Junrejo, Kota Batu. Metode kajian menggunakan participatory rural appraisal (PRA) dan Stakeholders Engagement Model (SEM) yang dilakukan selama 4 bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pertama, identifikasi atas stakeholdersDesa Wisata mencakup yaitu Kepala dan Perangkat Desa, Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, Badan Usaha Milik Desa, Gabungan Kelompok Tani (Gapoktan), Satuan Perlindungan Masyarakat (Satlinmas), Karang Taruna Desa, Kelompok PKK, dan Kelompok Sanggar Seni Desa. Kedua, pembagian peran secara umum adalah BadanUsaha Milik Desa (BUMDesa) berperan sentral sebagai manajer umum sistem manajemen kelembagaan Desa Wisata, Kepala Desa dan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) sebagai pengawas (principal), dan kelompokkelompok sosial masyarakat lain berperan sebagai pengelola destinasi (obyek) dan atraksi wisata di bawah koordinasi dan kendali BUMDesa. BUMDesa mengelola langsung Resto dan rest area dengan melibatkan kelompok PKK, Gapoktan mengelola agrowisata, Karang taruna mengelola wisata sumber air (rafting, dll), kelompok sadar wisata (pokdarwis) dan kelompok sanggar seni mengelola atraksi seni dan budaya lokal bagi pengunjung. Ketiga, manajemen pelaporan dibangun dengan menempatkan BUMDesa sebagai entitas pelaporan, sedangkan kelompok masyarakat pengelola sebagai entitas keuangan dan akuntansi. Sistem manajemen kelembagaan Desa Wisata telah memenuhi 3 prinsip, pertama sistem kelembagaan Desa Wisata sudah efektif, efisien, akuntabel, dan terkendali. Kedua, pembagian peran dan tugas (job description) setiap kelompok sudah sesuai dengan kapabilitas masing-masing; dan ketiga, hubungan kerja antar kelompok sudah memenuhi jaminan keberlanjutan (sustainability) dalam pengelolaan Desa Wisata. Model kelembagaan ini menjadi kunci penting dalam bekerhasilan dan keberlanjutan pengelolaan desa wisata yang paritispatif.

Abstract

The design of Academic and Financial Information System at Tunas Bangsa Kindegarten serves to facilitate guardians in obtaining academic and non-academic information. It also makes it easy for kindergartens to be able to process academic data, record cash flow, and provide information. This design uses the SDLC - Waterfall method with 3 phases, requirements analysis, design, and evaluation. At the requirements analysis phase, the results are business processes, feature identification, actor identification, user requirements, system requirements, and use cases. At the design phase, the results are Activity Diagram, Class Analysis, Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram, Logical Data Model, Physical Data Model, and interface design. In the evaluation phase using the Traceability Matrix, it can be concluded that all user requirements are well-defined and that there are no undefined user requirements. In the evaluation using SUS get 81 results which means the system can be accepted by the user by usability. The suggestion for TK Tunas Bangsa is to continue this research to the development stage. Then when the system is finished, it is better to do maintenance every few times so that the system have no problems.

Abstract

The development of online business today makes e-commerce (electronic commerce) evolve into s-commerce (social commerce) as a new paradigm that utilizes social media. Instagram is a Social commerce that aims for users to share photos and videos. Instagram's algorithm now helps businesses increase sales. Salad Nyoo is a company engaged in the sale of food and beverages that use instagram to market products and increase sales. In s-commerce purchases that occur not only planned purchases, but also impulsive purchases. This study aims to find out the influence of S-commerce Browsing, s-commerce Usage Intensity, Advertisement Content, Urge to Buy, and Perceived Enjoyment on Impulse Buying. The model used in this study was the S-O-R (stimulus organism response) model. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling techniques. The respondent characteristics of this study were customers of Salad Nyoo. Data processing of questionnaire results is processed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS SEM). The results showed that S-commerce Usage Intensity, Advertisement Content, and Urge to buy influence Impulsive Buying in Salad Nyoo. Although one of the 6 hypotheses tested in this study, there are 3 hypotheses that are rejected, namely S-commerce Browsing against Urge to Buy, Advertisement Content against Urge to Buy and Perceived Enjoyment against Impulsive Buying.

Abstract

Ibnu Sina Mosque is one of the mosques located in the city of Malang. Just like mosques in general, the Ibnu Sina Mosque has a function as a place of worship, preaching, social activities, education and others. The Ibnu Sina Mosque is also a form of non-profit organization in which financial management is needed in implementing the operational functions of the organization. However, there are problems that occur when carrying out operational financial management in the Ibnu Sina Mosque. The data collection of financial reports that is still done manually means that the process of making reports takes quite a long time, then the data collection for spending on mosque needs is less recorded and inefficient, and the financial reports that are recorded are less detailed so that it risks causing misuse of funds. Based on the problems described earlier, a thesis project was carried out which aims to develop a web-based financial management information system that helps in conducting the operational finances of the Ibnu Sina Mosque. The method used in this development is the iterative method which produces two iterations. There is an outer iteration that focuses on problem analysis and needs analysis and an inner iteration that focuses on system design and implementation. This development is carried out using PHP programming language and the Laravel framework by applying an object-oriented approach. Then the system testing is carried out using validation testing methods and usability evaluation. The validation test results in all functions in both iterations being valid and usability evaluation results in a completion rate of 95.45% in the first iteration and 100% in the second iteration, the overall relative efficiency yields a value of 94,1% in the first iteration and 100% in the second iteration, and result in a SUS value of 70 in both iterations.

Abstract

Ibnu Sina Mosque is one of the mosques in Malang City which has many activities, including the management of mosque finances. The financial management of the mosque is divided into several wallets, one of which is the fuqara wa masakin wallet which focuses on empowering the poor and the lives of fellow Muslim households. Another type of wallet is a development wallet that focuses on the provision of mosque infrastructure. This activity is a form of transparency in managing congregational money. Over time, there are problems in the wallet financial management process, namely financial records and financial data that are prone to loss because they still use printed media. Based on these problems, this project aims to build a financial information system that can help simplify the financial management process in mosque wallets. In making the system, the framework used is laravel with the aim of facilitating development to apply an object-oriented approach. This system development method uses an iterative model approach. Then the system is tested using validation testing and usability testing. Validation testing provides valid results and usability testing shows that the system is easy to use. The results of this study are expected to provide a financial information system that can help and manage mosque finances.

Abstract

Time management is a self-control of how long someone spend their time for certain activities, especially to get effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. In the other hand, time management still being a big problem for people today. Lack of time management application and development skill is one of the reason that time management is difficult to implement. Because of this problem, researcher do a user experience design for time management mobile application. This application is designed with a combination of design thinking and human-centered design methods. Design thinking is used as a reference in design stage process, while human-centered design support the design process by its tool recommendation. The result of this design process is 6 kinds of pages namely login and sign up page, to-do list page, focus mode page, timer page, calendar page, time allocation page, and profile page. This application design was tested using usability testing. The result is 83% in effectiveness aspect and 78.4% in efficiency aspect. Meanwhile, the user satisfaction aspect gets 70% with as2nd Quartile on the quartil ranges, Marginal on the acceptability ranges, and Good on the adjective range.
