Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of gamification implementation on customer loyalty on Over the Top (OTT) service platforms, specifically Vidio Dot Com. The OTT industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly with various major players such as Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar, and Vidio. Vidio Dot Com utilizes a gamification strategy through the Vidio Arcade feature to increase customer loyalty amid fierce competition. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 96 respondents who are active users of Vidio Dot Com. The findings revealed a strong and significant correlation between the use of gamification and customer loyalty, where gamification contributed 63.5% to customer loyalty. Fun experiences and reward incentives are the main factors that drive user engagement. Thus, gamification is proven to be an effective marketing tool in increasing customer loyalty on OTT platforms. This research also recommends further development of gamification elements to increase user engagement and maintain customer loyalty.

Abstract

MSMEs play a crucial role in economic growth, particularly in Pangandaran Village as a tourism destination. The business sustainability of MSMEs in tourist attraction services faces challenges from market competition and changes, which are presumed to be influenced by financial management behavior. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of financial management behavior on business sustainability of MSMEs in tourist attraction services in Pangandaran Village.The research employed a quantitative descriptive-verification approach, with a sample of 106 MSME operators selected through stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results demonstrate that financial management behavior has a positive and significant effect on business sustainability (R² = 0.686, p < 0.05). The findings reveal that although MSME operators possess good financial management behavior, improvements are still needed in cash flow management practices, particularly in financial record-keeping and separation of business financial accounts. Furthermore, developing competitive advantages such as providing service packages is essential to enhance business sustainability.

Abstract

Employee performance is a strategic factor in achieving organizational goals, particularly in the manufacturing sector which demands high efficiency. PT XYZ faces challenges in maintaining employee performance amid changes in the work environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance. A quantitative approach was used by conducting a survey of all 62 permanent employees through a Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 29. The results show that both organizational culture and work motivation significantly affect employee performance, both individually and jointly. The Adjusted R² value of 0.679 indicates that 67.9%  of the variation in performance can be explained by these two variables. The organizational culture, which incorporates Japanese principles such as Kaizen and 5R, helps create a structured and collaborative work environment, although the implementation is not uniform across divisions. Meanwhile, work motivation, especially the need for achievement, has a more dominant impact on performance. These findings emphasize that the combination of a strong organizational culture and an inclusive motivation system is a key foundation in developing human resource competitiveness in multinational companies.

Abstract

Toko Kopi Tuku (PT Karya Tetangga Tuku) merupakan salah satu kedai kopi yang terkenal atau bisa disebut pelopor trend kopi susu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi dan gambaran yang lebih konkrit tentang Penerapan Customer Relationship Management Dalam Mempertahankan Customer Loyalty Pada PT Karya Tetangga Tuku. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif yang menjelaskan penerapan strategi Customer Relationship Management yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa data perusahaan serta hasil wawancara dengan beberapa informan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Customer Relationship Management oleh perusahaan cukup efektif. Perusahaan menggunakan Customer Loyalty dalam menerapkan strategi Customer Relationship Management yang meliputi komponen manusia, proses dan teknologi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Regional Government Cooperation with Business Entities (KPBU) in the Public Street Lighting (PJU) sector in Purwakarta district. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach with secondary data from books and other sources that support the discussion of this research, as well as media and internet documents, included in the data category. This research shows that if government collaboration with PPP is successful, several things must be considered. Relationships, resources, networks, organizations. In other words, this collaboration is strategically important for both parties. parties and must complement each other, information from both parties must be considered and maintained. Mutual trust is important, especially the efficiency of PJU costs/budgets in the APBD. The implementation of the PPP policy is included in the category of complex cooperation because the mechanism for payment of services is based on payment from savings, the Government does not bear the initial costs (no investment) and does not bear the risk of state losses (zero risk). PPP scheme PJU business entities with unsolicited projects have so far not found any potential complaints or indications of state financial losses because so far they have still complied with the precautionary principle.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work values and adversity quotient on employee performance, with affective commitment and affiliation motivation as mediating variables, focusing on millennial employees at BNI KCU Perguruan Tinggi Bandung. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 101 respondents selected through simple random sampling. The research instruments were adapted from established theories and analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that work values have a significant direct effect on employee performance, and an indirect effect through affiliation motivation. Adversity quotient does not directly influence performance significantly, but has a strong indirect effect through affiliation motivation. Affective commitment showed a marginal mediating effect. These findings highlight the importance of affiliation motivation in enhancing the performance of millennial employees and the need for organizations to foster a workplace environment that supports social relationships and aligns with the work values of this generation.
