Abstract

ABSTRACTFinancial services cooperatives are classified as Non-bank Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) and become alternative funding for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Non-bank MFIs are believed to play a strategic role in meeting the capital needs of MSMEs. However, the role of non-bank MFIs is still low so that the potential of MSME as a supporter of economic growth can’t be realized. Cooperative "X" is a savings and loan cooperative with its own capital comes from the principal savings and compulsory savings of members, donations or grants in the form of long-term debt and short-term from the Center for Credit Cooperatives of West Java and some funds of remaining business results. Loan disbursement by Cooperative "X" continues to increase but not accompanied by an increase in own capital thus increasing the amount of debt and interest costs to be paid. This disrupts the circulation of working capital of "X" Cooperatives because most of the capital is used to cover the cost of loan interest so that remaining business results becomes lessened. This study aims to determine the effect of working capital on profitability in Cooperative "X". The research method used is descriptive-associative with quantitative approach, and simple linear regression analysis. Cash Conversion Cycle is used to measure working capital while profitability is measured by ROA. The result of the research shows that Cooperative "X" Bandung has used its working capital efficiently and profit from the use of all its assets fluctuating every year in relatively small amount, besides it is also known that working capital negatively affect profitability. Key words: Working Capital, Profitability, Cooperative, Cash Conversion Cycle, ROA ABSTRAKKoperasi jasa keuangan digolongkan sebagai Lembaga Keuangan Mikro (LKM) Non-bank dan menjadi alternatif pendanaan untuk pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM). LKM Non-bank dipercaya dapat berperan strategis dalam memenuhi kebutuhan modal UMKM. Namun kenyataannya peran LKM Non-bank tersebut masih rendah sehingga potensi UMKM sebagai pendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi belum dapat direalisasikan. Koperasi  “X” merupakan koperasi simpan pinjam dengan modal sendiri berasal dari simpanan pokok dan simpanan wajib anggota, donasi atau bantuan dana berupa utang jangka panjang maupun jangka pendek dari Pusat Koperasi Kredit Jawa Barat dan sebagian dana SHU. Penyaluran kredit oleh Koperasi “X” terus meningkat namun tidak diiringi oleh peningkatan modal sendiri sehingga meningkatkan jumlah utang dan biaya bunga yang harus dibayar. Hal ini mengganggu sirkulasi modal kerja Koperasi “X” karena sebagian besar modal digunakan untuk menutupi biaya bunga pinjaman sehingga SHU menjadi berkurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas pada Koperasi “X”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Cash Conversion Cycle digunakan untuk mengukur modal kerja sedangkan profitabilitas diukur dengan ROA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Koperasi “X” Bandung telah menggunakan modal kerjanya secara efisien dan memperoleh keuntungan dari penggunan seluruh asetnya secara fluktuatif setiap tahunnya dalam jumlah relatif kecil, selain itu diketahui juga bahwa modal kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitasKata kunci: Modal Kerja, Profitabilitas, Koperasi, Cash Conversion Cycle, ROA

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat industri makanan membuat konsumen memiliki banyak pilihan produk. Bagi pelaku bisnis, hal tersebut menjadi sebuah ancaman dan tantangan.. Pelaku bisnis harus mampu bersaing terutama dalam menawarkan produk sejenis. Salah satu cara untuk memuaskan keinginan konsumen adalah pelaku bisnis harus mempunyai inovasi, meningkatkan mutu produk dan mutu pelayanan yang diberikan. Tepung Brownis Kopi Instan dan Brownis Kopi “Gluten Free” Instan adalah salah satu usaha yang bergerak di bidang industri makanan. Pemanfaatan bubuk kopi dalam pembuatan brownies dimaksudkan untuk menambah varian cita rasa brownies. Hasil observasi awal oleh tim menunjukkan bahwa di SMK Dangau Datuk Bengkulu ada bidang Pengolahan Kopi menjadi kopi bubuk. Namun, kemajuan usaha pemasaran kopi bubuk di SMK Dangau Datuk relatif kurang berkembang. Hal ini disebabkan beberapa faktor antara lain kurangnya minat konsumen terhadap produk kopi bubuk yang mulai terkalahkan oleh produk-produk merek dagang lain yang lebih modern dari segi varian rasa dan kemasan. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, tim pengabdi tertarik untuk membantu menambah bentuk pengolahan kopi menjadi sesuatu yang berbeda. Salah satu olahan kue yang juga menggunakan kopi dalam proses pembuatannya adalah Tepung Brownis Kopi Instan dan Brownis Kopi “Gluten Free” Instan.

Abstract

SMK Agribisnis Dangau Datuk di bawah naungan Yayasan Akademi Peradaban Desa Dangau Datuk merupakan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan berbasis Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian dengan Visinya mendidik generasi berperadaban. Sistem pembelajaran di SMK ini lebih banyak praktik di lapangan, dimana terdapat bangunan yang mendukung kegiatan siswa-siswanya untuk praktik pengolahan produk menjadi barang jadi. Salah satu bahan hasil pertanian yang berpotensi adalah kopi, dimana kopi memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi. Sehingga perlunya pelatihan dan sosialisasi diversifikasi pangan berbasis kopi. Selama ini kopi hanya dijadikan olahan minuman saja, padahal kopi juga dapat dikembangkan menjadi olahan unik salah satunya selai kopi dan klepon kopi. Pelatihan pengolahan selai kopi dan klepon kopi di SMK Agribisnis Dangau Datuk diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan siswa-siswi di SMK tersebut.Kata Kunci: pengembangan produk, olahan kopi, selai kopi, klepon kopi

Abstract

Kopi Janji Jiwa, located in Bengkulu City, has become part of the coffee-loving community, with various menu variants offered, making more and more consumers come, the menu offered at Kopi Janji Jiwa is very diverse, starting from menus containing coffee, without coffee, earl gray series, soeram series, berry series, pandan series and the newest series, namely the milk tea series. The decision to purchase a product is the final action in the process of purchasing a product. Producers must understand what consumers actually expect from a product, so they can carry out appropriate marketing strategies to achieve sales goals. Several factors that influence consumers in making purchasing decisions include price, product, consumer tastes, location and promotion. This research aims to analyze purchasing decisions at Kopi Janji Jiwa, Bengkulu City and to analyze factors related to purchasing decisions for Kopi Janji Jiwa, Bengkulu City. Determining the research location was carried out purposively, using primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis which aims to answer the first objective of this research, namely the decision to purchase Janji Jiwa Coffee in Bengkulu City. To analyze factors related to purchasing decisions, non-parametric statistical analysis methods are used, namely the Spearman Rank correlation test. To find out whether there is a relationship between variable X and variable Y, a non-parametric statistical analysis tool is used, namely the Spearman Rank correlation test (Rs). The results of this research, namely answering the first problem formulation with the Purchase Decision Assessment, have a final score of 4.04, which means it is included in the good category. Factors related to the decision to purchase Janji Jiwa Coffee are product, price, place and promotion with the decision to purchase Janji Jiwa Coffee having a very significant relationship with a strong relationship with the decision to purchase Janji Jiwa Coffee in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Lia Jaya home industry produces seven types of crackers: tofu, firecracker sticks, jalin, tempeh, macaroni, jengkol, and fish crackers. Procurement and costs that are not small must be incurred during its business activities. In calculating the cost of production, these costs are very important components to be studied. The purpose of this study was to determine the Cost of Production (HPP) of the Lia Jaya Cracker home industry in Pasar Pedati Village, Pondok Kelapa District, Central Bengkulu Regency and to determine the sources of raw materials used by the company. This study was conducted through a quantitative descriptive approach involving analysis of the cost of production and analysis of raw material procurement. The results of the study showed that the raw materials for making Lia Jaya crackers were purchased from Banyuwangi, East Java, and sent once a month. The amount of raw materials usually ordered is 6,740 kilograms per month. In May 2024, the Lia Jaya cracker household business produced 7 products, with a production cost of IDR 185,001,462/month. The production cost of macaroni is 24,521,562 per month or 28,849 per kilogram, and jengkol crackers are 23,223,362 per month or 23,223,362 per kilogram. The price of firecracker sticks is 22,681,331 per month or 27,327 per kilogram, Jalin crackers are 23,375,536 per month or 27,181 per kilogram, and tempeh crackers are 21,933,987 per month or 27,417 per kilogram.

Abstract

Sawang Lebar Village is one of the villages located in Tanjung Agung Palik District, North Bengkulu, Bengkulu Province. Based on data from the Bengkulu Tengah Regency Agriculture Service in 2023, farmers in Sawang Lebar Village generally grow tomatoes as their daily source of income. The nature of tomatoes is that they rot quickly so that unsold fruit is simply thrown away. The purpose of this community service activity is to form a tomato noodle and healthy stick processing business unit and to increase the skills and knowledge of members of the Sabar Subur and Bina Karya Farmers Group regarding food processing. This tomato noodle and healthy stick processing activity has been carried out for 1 month from preparation to implementation of the activity for the implementation of the activity at the Village Hall in Sawang Lebar Village, Tanjung Agung Palik District, North Bengkulu, Bengkulu Province which was attended by mothers from the Sabar Subur and Bina Karya Farmers Group consisting of 20 (twenty) people. During the activity, there were no obstacles faced because each participant, the day before the activity was carried out, had received material on processing tomato sticks and tomato noodles.

Abstract

Ketidakpedulian siswa terhadap hal-hal seperti etika, perilaku, disiplin, dan etiket menjadikan pendidikan Islam memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk pengendalian diri siswa ketika belajar dan mengembangkan kemampuan bawaan untuk mencapai kesetaraan dan kesempurnaan dalam hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami lebih lanjut cara mengintegrasikan Pendidikan Agama Islam ke dalam program pelatihan anak usia dini. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian berada di Tadika Anakku Shaleh, Malaysia. Kepala sekolah dan pemilik Tadika Anakku Shaleh menyediakan data utama untuk penelitian ini, dengan data sekunder yang berasal dari wawancara, observasi, publikasi jurnal, dan buku yang berkaitan dengan judul penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi dokumentasi observasi, wawancara, dan pengamatan terhadap peserta. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Tadika Anakku Shaleh Malaysia berhasil menciptakan anak usia dini yang disiplin melalui penerapan Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membesarkan anak-anak agar bertanggung jawab. Sikap anak-anak dalam mematuhi peraturan sekolah menjadi indikasi keberhasilan ini

Abstract

Simpang Kandis especially RT 17 RW 01 has 109 families, with community jobs as traders, daily workers, self-employed, government employees and private employees. On average, only the husbands work, while the mothers are only housewives. The activities that are usually carried out by housewives are usually managing their yard, which is mostly planted with “jantan” bananas and kepok bananas, and only participating in PKK activities. So that the aim of the training in processing crispy bananas and coffee jam in the Simpang Kandis Region is to provide new skills in processing crispy bananas and coffee jam, attractive packaging and appropriate marketing. After this socialization and training, it can provide new skills to the PKK Women's Group in the Simpang Kandis RT 17 area regarding procedures for processing crispy bananas and coffee jam, simple packaging technology, and the right marketing strategy for crispy bananas and coffee jam

Abstract

Eggs are a source of animal protein which tastes good and delicious, easy to digest and highly nutritious. The weakness of eggs is that they are easily damaged, so one way of preserving them that doesn't change their nutrition is salting them. Salted eggs which are often found in traditional markets or supermarkets are original products of the Indonesian people which are done in a Home Industry. The purpose of the socialization and salted egg processing training is to improve soft skills and skills for PKK mothers at Griya Betungan Asri Housing, Bengkulu City. Socialization and training on turning duck eggs and quail eggs into salted eggs is carried out through education, training and application in the Community Service program. By holding this socialization and training, the knowledge and skills of PKK mothers in Griya Betungan Asri Housing, Bengkulu City, regarding technology processing and packaging of salted duck and quail egg products. As well as increasing the knowledge and skills of PKK women in Griya Betungan Asri Housing, Bengkulu City regarding label design and product packaging

Abstract

One of the household agroindustry at Seluma regency is Coffee powder with brand Kopi Dusun at Desa Talang Benuang, Air Periukan subdistrict, Seluma regency. This business purpose is to fulfill the demand by consumers (market) and one of the household revenues for the producer of the coffee themselves. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing channel patten and analyze the marketing margin of Kopi Dusun product at Seluma regency. Data analysis method used in this research is marketing channel and marketing margin analysis. From the research it can be found that the channel of coffee market in Seluma regency has 5 patterns, they are from agroindustry to distributors to retailer and to consumers. (2) From agroindustry to distributor to consumers. (3) From agroindustry to distributors and consumers directly come to distributors.(4) Retailers come to agroindustry and sell it to consumers. (5) Consumers directly comes to agroindustry. Marketing margin of the Kopi Dusun Product on Marketing channel I is product Kopi Dusun with weight (50gr) for RP. 3.000, weight (100gr) for Rp. 3.000 and weight (200gr) for Rp. 4.000. The margin for marketing channel II weight (50gr) for Rp. 2.000, weight (100gr) also Rp. 2.000 and for weight (200gr) for Rp. 2.000. Marketing Margin of Kopi Dusun onchannel pattern III for weigh (50gr) isRp 1.000, weight (100gr) also Rp 1.000 and for (200gr) is Rp 1.000. For marketing channel patten IV for weight (50gr) is Rp 3.000, weight (100gr) also Rp 3.000 and weight (200gr) for Rp 4.000. Marketing channel V with size (50gr) is Rp 0.000, weight (100gr) also Rp 0.000 dan for weight (200gr) for Rp 0.000.
