Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk dan pertumbuhan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) masing-masing sektor terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektoral di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat; (2) Mengetahui hubungan pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk dan pertumbuhan PDRB masing-masing sektor terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektoral di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat; (3) Mengetahui kemampuan masing-masing sektor ekonomi dalam menyerap tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menununjukkan bahwa: (1) pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada semua sektor, adapun pertumbuhan PDRB sektor pertanian, pertambangan, perdagangan dan jasa juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan, hanya pertumbuhan PDRB pada sektor industri yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja; (2) Pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk memiliki hubungan yang positif terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada sektor pertanian, perdagangan, dan jasa-jasa, sementara sektor pertambangan dan industri memiliki hubungan yang negatif. Terdapat hubungan positif antara pertumbuhan PDRB dengan penyerapan tenaga kerja pada sektor pertanian, industri, perdagangan dan jasa-jasa; (3) Kemampuan dari sektor pertanian, sektor pertambangan, sektor industri, sektor perdagangan dan sektor jasa-jasa dalam menyerap tenaga kerja berturut-turut adalah sebagi berikut 16.041 jiwa, 4.226 jiwa, 4.351 jiwa, 24.327 jiwa, dan 48.890 jiwa. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat dan perbandingan Laba pedagang kelontong sebelum dan setelah berdirinya Alfamart di kecamatan Sumbawa. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer di mana data yang diperoleh langsung dari sumbernya dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu responden toko kelontong di Kecamatan Sumbawa dengan jumlah sempel sebanyak 24. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada purposive sampling. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif-deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis keuntungan dan analisis uji beda. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan jumlah laba yang di terima pedagang kelontong sebelum dan setelah berdirinya Alfamart di sekitar Kecamatan Sumbawa dengan nilai probabilitas hasil uji beda mencapai (?0.1) yang <0.05 yang berarti Laba pedagang menunjukkan perbedaaan yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah berdirinya Alfamart, di mana setelah adanya Alfamart laba pedagang kelontong lebih rendah di bandingkan sebelum berdirinnya Alfamart. Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is whether the provision of capital credit business BMT can play a role in increasing the income of poor households in Motong Village Utan District. The main objective of this research is to analyze the role of business credit in increasing the income of poor households after obtaining the capital credit of BMT business in Motong Village. The method used is descriptive method. This research was conducted in BMT Motong Village, Utan, Sumbawa District. The types and sources of research data are primary and secondary data. Data Collection Method uses interviews, questionnaires and techniques of documentation. Population and Sample The total population in this study are as many as 168 BMT customers and the number of samples totaling 63 BMT customers. The analytical technique uses the income formula and the wilcoxon rank test statistic. The results showed that the amount of capital owned before the capital credit business ranged from Rp.350.000 to Rp.2.650.000 / month with an average of Rp.1.177.778 and the amount of income ranges from Rp.145,328 to Rp.6,462,624 with an average of Rp.2,600,779 and the amount of capital held after the capital credit business ranges from Rp.850,000 to Rp.4.650.000 / month with an average of Rp.2.755.556 total revenues ranged from Rp.726.020 to Rp.9.058.756/ month with an average of Rp.3.803.203, has a difference amount of Rp.1.202.424, This condition shows that the provision of capital credit of BMT businesses to poor households can increase the income of poor households. In the statistical test, the rank of wilcoxon indicates the overall value of Asymp sig 0.000 ≤ 0.05 or Zhitung of -894 is in critical area Ztabel ≤ 1.645 or Z ≥ -1,645, so Ho is rejected, while HI accepted. The consequences of HI are accepted and Ho has rejected means two variables have different median values. The hypothesis that there is a difference in income after the capital of business credit was given, proven. The difference is caused by capital, income and business capital credit factors

Abstract

Penelitian ini tujuan untuk melakukan pemantauan terhadap pola distribusi pangan strategis komoditi strategis di Kota Mataram dan Mengkaji sistem distribusi komoditi strategis di Kota Mataram. Hasil analisis data Komoditas bahan pokok di NTB menurut keterangan Pedagang di beberapa pasar di NTB memiliki pola distribusi yang serupa dengan komoditi yang dipasok dari luar NTB dan sebagain kecil didatangkan dari kabupaten terdekat di NTB. Pengepul & Pedagang Besar Surabaya merupakan pemasok komoditas bagi pedagang Grosir di Pasar Induk Mandalika. Selanjutnya, Pedagang Eceran membeli dari Pedagang Grosir yang ada di Pasar Induk Mandalika. Sementara itu, Kabupaten Lombok Timur juga turut menyumbang pasokan Bawang Putih di Kota Mataram. Secara umum harga beberapa komoditas pangan strategis cukup stabil (kecuali cabe, bawang merah dan bawang putih khususnya bawang putih ex import). Fluktuasi harga, terutama kenaikan harga terjadi lebih disebabkan karena adanya moment hari besar agama seperti Idul Fitri, Idul Adha dan Maulid Nabi. Jalur distribusi utama komoditas pertanian cenderung lebih panjang dengan melibatkan pedagang pengumpul/tengkulak, pedagang besar, dan pedagang pengecer. Sementara jalur distribusi untuk komoditas yang diproduksi dan didistribusikan oleh industri/ perusahaan lebih pendek, terstruktur dan efisien. Dari masing-masing rantai distribusi tersebut, umumnya pedagang pengecer memperoleh marjin keuntungan terbesar, diikuti pedagang besar dan pedagang pengumpul.

Abstract

The study is a critical study of the implementation of the Corruption Act in order to save the state finances (Case Study Against Corruption at PT BRI (Persero) Tbk Gemolong Unit 1 Sragen). The results of the study found that 1) The occurrence of irregularities in the granting of People's Business Loans at PT BRI (Persero) Tbk Gemolong I Sragen Unit that is the target of large credit distribution, frequency many, simple conditions and field officers are limited without balanced the system of adequate control. In addition, the existence of moral elements hazzard, namely the occurrence of collusion. 2) The application of the Corruption Crime Act in the handling of Banking Crime in the Court of Corruption, namely Defendant CHOYUM MUFIDAH, SE Binti SULAIMAN has been proven legally and convincingly guilty of committing a crime as violated Article 3 Paragraph (1) jo. Article 18 Paragraph (1) Sub-Paragraph a and b of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 Year 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption which has been amended by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 Year 2001 regarding Amendment to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 Year 1999 regarding Eradication of Corruption jo. Article 55 Paragraph (1) to-1 of the Criminal Code jo article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code in Subsidair indictment. 3) Obstacles in the application of the Corruption Act in the handling of Banking Crime at PT BRI (Persero) Tbk Gemolong Unit 1 Sragen in order to save the State Finance that the Public Prosecutor can not prove primary claims.Keywords: Corruption,  Banking Crime

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis elastisitas permintaan produk fashion Muslim di Butik House of Riamiranda Kota Mataram. Dari elastisitas harga dan elastisitas pendapatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive samplings. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, laporan keuangan, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 responden yang sudah melakukan pembelian produk fashion Muslim di Butik House Of Riamiranda Kota Mataram minimal dua kali dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan. Data yang didapatkan dioleh menggunakan persamaan analisis ekonomi berupa elastisitas permintaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elastisitas harga pada produk Fashion Muslim Di Butik House Of Riamiranda Kota Mataram menunjukkan hasil yang elastis yang artinya konsumen peka terhadap perubahan harga dan Untuk elastisitas pendapatan pada produk fashion Muslim di Butik House Of Rimiranda Kota Mataram menunjukkan barang mewah atau superior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, economic literacy, and digital awareness of the millennial generation on personal financial management, with a case study on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Sumbawa University of Technology (FEB UTS). This research uses a quantitative approach and analyzes data through the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares) method. The independent variables in this study include financial literacy, economic literacy, and digital awareness, while the dependent variable is personal financial management. The population in this study consists of FEB UTS students who fall into the Generation Z category, with an unknown number; to determine the population, the Paul Leedy formula was used. The research sample was selected using total sampling technique or saturated sampling. Data was collected through a questionnaire using a 1-4 Likert scale, which was distributed to 100 respondents of FEB UTS students who belong to Generation Z. The results of the analysis show that financial literacy, economic literacy, and digital awareness have a significant influence on personal financial management. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective financial education programs among students, and can be used as a basis for educational institutions and the government in designing financial literacy policies that suit the needs of Generation Z.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of work experience, working hours, wages, and number of dependents on labor productivity at the Wie Sien soy sauce company in Ampenan District, Mataram City in 2024. Sampling was carried out by probability sampling with a sample size of 32 workers. The analysis tool used in this study to answer the research objectives is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that the factors that have a partial influence are working hours (X2) and wages (X3). This is because the calculated t value is greater than the t table value, namely working hours (X2) has a calculated t value of (-2.932) and a t table value of (0.007) while wages (X3) has a calculated t value of (4.928) and a t table value of (0.000). while other factors such as work experience and the number of family dependents do not have a partial effect. Because work experience (X1) has a calculated t value of (1.862) and a table t value of (0.073), while the number of dependents has a calculated t value of (1.343) and a table t value of (0.191). Meanwhile, simultaneously, work experience, working hours, wages, and number of dependents have a significant influence on the labor productivity variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much economic value of Senggigi nature tourism is seen from travel costs and to determine whether travel costs, time costs, respondent perceptions, substitution characteristics, individual income, facilities, education level, distance, and age affect the number of individual visits by domestic and foreign tourists in Gili Trawangan nature tourism in North Lombok Regency. The research method used is the survey sample method, and the respondent determination technique is the accidental sampling method where the sample is carefully selected so that it is relevant to the research design. The analysis used Multiple Regression Analysis with ten main variables, namely the number of visits (Y), travel costs (X1), time costs (X2), respondent perceptions (X3), substitution characteristics (X4), individual income (X5) Facilities (X6) Education level (X7) distance (X8) and age (X9). with the result Y = -11.026 - 1.22X1 + 1.48X2 + 1.45X3 - 2.26X4 -7.43X5 + 2.88X6 + 2.21X7 + 7.75X8 + 0.12X9. The partial test results show that the calculated Z value of the substitution characteristic variable, facility variable, education level variable and distance variable is greater than the t-table value (-2.464 > -1.960), (3.490 > 1.960), (2.564 > 1.960), (3.919 > 1.960), which means that the substitution characteristics, education level, facilities, and distance have a significant influence on the number of visits. Meanwhile, the variables of travel costs, time costs, respondent perceptions, income, and age do not have a significant effect on the number of visits. The test results simultaneously or equally show that the nine independent variables, namely travel costs, time costs, respondent perceptions, substitution characteristics, individual income, facilities, education level, distance and age have a real influence on the dependent variable (number of visits).

Abstract

MSMEs play a vital role in Indonesia's economy, society, and culture. However, some MSMEs, such as "Madu Sumbawa" in Sumbawa Regency, still face challenges in marketing, packaging, and product labeling. Therefore, mentoring activities are conducted to improve the quality and competitiveness of these MSMEs. The approach implemented includes focus group discussions and interviews with MSME owners, as well as mentoring in marketing strategies, packaging, and product labeling. Results achieved include the establishment of a structured marketing system, both online and offline, the use of packaging with digital printing technology, and attractive product labeling that complies with applicable regulations. This mentoring aims to provide added value to MSMEs, so they can be more competitive in local and global markets with more attractive and standard-compliant products. In addition, with this mentoring, MSMEs can improve their ability to utilize digital media, expand market reach, and enhance product image, which will increase competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market.
