Abstract

Studi menjelaskan tentang pengelolaan wakaf berdasarkan prinsip tata kelola yang baik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan seperti data sekunder dalam bentuk buku, artikel atau literatur lain berdasarkan topik yang sedang dibahas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola yang baik diperlukan oleh pengelolaan wakaf untuk meningkatkan kinerja professional agar dapat memenuhi kepentingan para pemangku kepentingan. Implementasi prinsip Good Governance dalam pengelolaan wakaf adalah sebagai berikut: Transparansi, artinya wakaf harus menerapkan prinsip keterbukaan informasi kepada para pemangku kepentingan. Akuntabilitas, artinya wakaf harus memegang prinsip trust (akuntabel) dalam mengelola dana wakaf. Tanggung jawab, itu berarti bahwa wakaf bertanggung jawab untuk mendistribusikan dana wakaf hingga mustahiq. Kemandirian, artinya wakaf dikelola secara mandiri dan tidak tergantung pada orang atau institusi lain. Keadilan, itu berarti bahwa wakaf harus melakukan segala upaya untuk bersikap adil dalam mendistribusikan dana wakaf bagi mereka yang berhak atasnya. Kepatuhan Syariah, itu berarti bahwa pengumpulan dan distribusi dana wakaf yang dikelola oleh Nazhir harus sesuai dengan ccorridor Islami.

Abstract

This article aims to review and seek to inform about the concept of human resource development through electronic human resource management. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research. Based on the results of the discussion above, it can be concluded that the recruitment process carried out electronically/online ( e-recruitment ) can help organizations attract more diverse applicants. The choice to move to the e-recruitment model was driven by several organizational objectives, including the need for the following: (a) Increase recruitment efficiency and reduce costs, (b) Increase the quality and quantity of applicants, e-recruiting which enables organizations to easily reach applicants in all corners of the country and even around the world, (c ) Build, communicate and expand brand identity, as means of business promotion that can attract applicants to join the organization, (d) Increase objectivity and standardize recruiting practices, (e) Increase applicant convenience, potential applicants will take advantage of web-based support for the hiring cycle to learn about and find out about the company’s activities, culture and opportunities online.

Abstract

This article reviews and attempts to confirm the marketing management strategy for sustainable tourism destinations. In the marketing management of tourism destinations, it is necessary to carry out good planning that involves the role of the central government, regional governments, the private sector, business actors and the surrounding community. In planning it is necessary to carry out an analysis, namely: (a) Analysis of the macro environment which includes the political, economic, social, legal and cultural environment;,(b) Analysis of the microenvironment including producers, supplier, competitors, tourists and community; (c) Competitor analysis including similar tourits destinations, and (d) Market analysis, namely the potential of tourists and the tourist market. The marketing strategy consists of analysis, development, implementation and evaluation of activities in the development of tourist destinations. Likewise in the development of sustainable tourism management there are several aspects that need to be considered, namely; (a) Aspects of the attractiveness of tourist attractions; (b) Access to tourist spots; (c) Main and supporting facilities such as hotels, restaurants and others; and (d ) Institutions such as travel agents, travel agents, tours guides and others.

Abstract

Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that for the development of human resources and performance management in improving the quality function of human resources based on the concept, it can be done through: (a) Management training and development, (b) Identification of training and development needs, (c) Benefits, Training and development objectives, (d) Training Methods, (e) Benefits of performance management and (f) Performance measurement,(g) Performance management objectives.

Abstract

This article aims to review and attempt to inform the concept of the role of monetary policy in the economy. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research. Based on the results of the discussion above, it can be concluded in general that the role of monetary policy in the economy is to keep economic conditions growing and conductive, to create sufficient money supply so that growth can always be in harmony with the course of development which requires strong discipline among monetary authorities and also on the government side and overseeing the development of foreign currency receipts and supervising activities in the foreign sector ( exports and imports). Activities in this sector are very easy to cause inflation in the country, because the price of law materials always fluctuates. Thus, revenues from export activities always experience irregular changes.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to discuss innovation in marketing management of village Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises through social customer relationship management (SCRM), digitalization and technological guidance assistance. The method used is a systematic literature review method. Systematic literature reviews are used for the process of identifying, evaluating and interpreting research results relevant to research objectives that include research questions, topic areas and related phenomena. One of the main reasons for conducting qualitative research is because the research is exploratory in nature. Based on the discussion above, it can be concluded that social customer relationship management is defined as a business philosophy and strategy, supported by technology platforms, business rules, processes and social characteristics, which are designed to involve customers in collaborative conversations to deliver mutually beneficial value in a trusted and transparent business environment. Micro, small and medium enterprises need to maintain good relationships with customers and increase their loyalty through knowledge and fulfilling customer needs quickly and precisely. One of the keys for micro, small and medium enterprises to survive in today's competitive business world is through business digitalization, where micro, small and medium enterprises can take advantage of this to develop business performance. Government policy in the form of technical guidance training in the form of training for micro, small and medium enterprises is expected to strengthen the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing and marketing performance.

Abstract

Micro businesses are businesses that are in great demand among the Indonesian people. Apart from requiring relatively small capital, micro businesses are also one of the businesses that were able to survive in the face of the 1998 monetary crisis. This research aims to see the effect of working hours and labor which are moderated by the People's Business Credit (KUR). ) dtowards Micro Business income. This research uses a quantitative and associative research approach by collecting primary data using questionnaires from people who have micro businesses in Moyo village, Moyo Hilir sub-district, Sumbawa regency. The data analysis method used is the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) data analysis method. The results of the research show that working hours and labor and labor influence the income of Micro Businesses in Moyo village by 52% before the People's Business Credit (KUR) moderation. 80%. So that People's Business Credit Strengthens the Influence on Micro Business Income. Then the results of this research also show that working hours have a positive effect on micro business income and labor has a positive effect on micro business income in Moyo Village, Moyo Hilir District, Sumbawa Regency.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tujuan kebijakan fiskal yaitu meningkatkan laju investasi, Untuk Mendorong Investasi Optimal Secara Sosial, Untuk Meningkatkan Kesempatan Kerja, Untuk Meningkatkan Stabilitas Ekonomi Ditengah Ketidakstabilan Internasional, Untuk Menanggulangi Inflasi, Untuk Meningkatkan Dan Mendistribusikan Pendapatan Nasional. Kemudian adapun peran dari kebijakan fiskal dalam perekonomian yaitu: peranan dari tindakan fiskal pemerintah dalam turut menentukan tingkat pendapatan nasional lebih besar. Dengan demikian diharapkan bahwa dengan adanya kebijakan fiskal, pemerintah dapat mengusahakan terhindarnya perekonomian dari keadaan-keadaan yang tidak diinginkan seperti misalnya keadaan dimana banyak pengangguran, inflasi, neraca pembayaran internasional yang terus menerus defisit, dan sebagainya.

Abstract

Based on the results of the discussion, several important things can be concluded, including: First, digital literacy refers to the ability of MSMEs to use digital technology and communication tools via the internet to obtain business materials and share business information widely. The use of digital technology is considered to be able to increase productivity, turnover and income of MSMEs themselves, and is also part of efforts to maintain business continuity. Second, from an economic literacy perspective, micro, small and medium business actors need fundamental knowledge regarding the basic needs of consumers before producing goods or services as well as analyzing the opportunities and challenges of the business or business they are about to start working on. Third, a business venture that is able to innovate will be able to take the lead and reduce the possibility of competitors innovating earlier. Therefore, business people must prepare an innovation strategy for their business ventures in order to create an advantage over competitors. Then continuous innovation in a company is a fundamental need that will be able to create competitive advantages.

This community empowerment activity was carried out in Kelungkung Village, Batulanteh District, Sumbawa Regency. Based on the results of the activity community service activities with the theme “Google My Business Assistance Training and Sahabat UMKM to Improve Marketing in the Digital Age for Small and Medium Enterprises in Kelungkung Village, Batulanteh District, Sumbawa Regency. Small and Medium Enterprises in Kelungkung Village, Batulanteh District, Sumbawa Regency” that have been carried out, can be concluded as follows: 1) Participants already have additional marketing through online media and how to use it to market the products of small and medium products in Kelungkung Village through Google My Business and Sahabat UMKM. 2) The participants of small and medium business actors get a method of management techniques on how to marketing products through online media.
