Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Air Minum Giri Menang. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian diskripsif kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden 100 orang yang merupakan Pelanggan rumah dari PT. Air minum Giri menang (perseroda) yang berada di wilayah Kota Mataram. Analisis regresi linear berganda Sederhana, uji T dan koefisien korelasi merupakan metode analisis data yang digunakan, Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan memilik pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan diterima selutuhnya. Rekomendasi untuk peneliti selanjutnya adalah tidak hanya melakukan penelitian hanya dengan satu variabel saja untuk melihat kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of individual characteristics on the career development of structural civil servant officials at the NTB Provincial Government office. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether individual characteristics influence the career development of structural civil servants at the NTB Provincial Government office ?. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The population of this research is the total number of Civil Servants in the regional government offices of West Nusa Tenggara Province who occupy structural positions, namely 1,027 people. The sample was taken using the Slovin formula, so the sample size was 91.12 rounded up to 91 people. Simple multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, and correlation coefficient are the data analysis methods used. The results of the research that has been conducted show that the individual characteristics variable has a positive influence on career development. So it can be concluded that the proposed research hypothesis is completely accepted.

Abstract

The aim of service is to grow and develop an entrepreneurial spirit and provide understanding in carrying out entrepreneurship by conducting entrepreneurial outreach. This Community Service target is students who are in the third grade, and they will soon graduate from school. Namely at Islahil Athfal High School and the service team involved in this activity were 5 lecturers and 5 students. The method used in this community service activity is the lecture method which is supported by effective presentation techniques. Apart from that, the socialization activity for each material will be followed by a question-and-answer session and discussion which can take the form of a Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and also involve interactive educational games or games. In this socialization, the output target to be achieved is for partners to have understanding and knowledge about entrepreneurship and how to use digital technology in entrepreneurship. This is due to the fact that Generation Z at Islahil Athfal High School, most of whom are technologically literate, but their use is still limited to entertainment, online games and social media. In fact, if they can make maximum use of this technology, it can become a source of income. The results of this service activity show that participants gained understanding knowledge about digital marketing. This is proven by the high enthusiasm of the participants in taking part in this Community Service, which is reflected in the questions asked by the participants and their understanding of the actions that need to be taken after this counseling.

Abstract

Coastal tourism areas are vulnerable to environmental degradation due to intensive economic activities, particularly those conducted by street vendors. One of the main problems is inadequate business waste management and the low level of understanding of environmental accounting. This community service activity aims to increase the sustainable economic awareness of street vendors through the socialization of environmental accounting and waste management in the coastal area of Kuta Beach, Central Lombok. The methods used include socialization, interactive discussions, simple assistance in recording environmental costs, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. The results show a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of environmental accounting concepts, waste segregation, and the relationship between environmental cleanliness and business sustainability. This activity contributes to supporting the development of sustainable coastal tourism through the application of environmental accounting in micro-enterprises within the informal sector.
