Abstract

Soft skill is one of the skills that must be possessed by students. Soft skill development for students can be done through banjari activities. Banjari is an Islamic art that is in great demand by students. However, the banjari activities at the Al Hidayah TPQ in Kedalon, Keting Village, Sekaran District, Lamongan Regency experienced guidance, because there was no routine guidance and training. Therefore, the team of KKN Unisda 2021 held assistance for banjari activities for these students. This mentoring activity aims to improve the soft skills of TPQ Al Hidayah students through banjari activities. The methods used in this activity are lectures and training. The stages include preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the results of the activity, it can be seen that after the banjari activity assistance was carried out, understanding of the material, skills and enthusiasm improved. Thus, it is said that through this banjari activity, TPQ Al Hidayah students can develop soft skills. Keywords: soft skill, banjari, student. ABSTRAK Soft skill merupakan salah satu keterampilan harus dimiliki oleh santri. Pengembangan soft skill untuk santri dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan banjari. Banjari merupak kesenian islami yang sangat diminati oleh santri. Namun, kegiatan banjari di TPQ Al Hidayah di Dusun Kedalon Desa Keting Kecamatan Sekaran Kabupaten Lamongan mengalami penutunan, dikarenakan tidak ada bimbingan dan pelatihan yang rutin. Oleh sebab itu, tim KKN Unisda 2021 mengadakan pendampingan kegiatan banjari untuk santri tersebut. Kegiatan pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan soft skill santri TPQ Al Hidayah melalui kegiatan banjari. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu ceramah dan pelatihan. Adapun tahapannya meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan, terlihat bahwa sesudah dilakukan pendampingan kegiatan banjari, pemahaman materi, keterampilan dan semangat mengalampi peningkatan. Dengan demikian, dikatakan bahwa melalui kegiatan banjari ini santri TPQ Al Hidayah mampu mengembangkan keterampilan soft skill. Kata Kunci: soft skill, banjari, santri.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus has an impact on all fields including education. All face-to-face activities must be stopped so that educational activities are carried out at home using an online system. This online learning process is switched by students to play at any time regardless of learning, because there is no face-to-face meeting by students and teachers. So that in this online learning, parents hope that there are people to teach their children to learn at home. With the Unisda Thematic KKN, it reduces parents' anxiety in overcoming student laziness

Abstract

The increasingly high spread of Covid-19 pandemic cases has an impact on the field of education, especially new student admissions. In accordance with government policy, activities related to education were changed to online, so that the mathematics study program held promotional activities through online. This activity is focused on accepting new students online during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods for implementing the activities include making materials for introducing mathematics courses through websites and social media, making flyers and banners, making profile videos, and conducting webinars. The results of the introduction of the mathematics study program in the context of socializing online new student admissions during the pandemic were very good, where more than 60% of the participants stated that the activities were very interesting and satisfying.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to find out how the perception and provide education of the village community towards the use of personal protective equipment during the Covid-19 pandemic This community service uses the home visit counseling method. Before conducting counseling, the team conducted observations and interviews, it was found that people tended to lack awareness in implementing Health protocols including understanding how to use personal protective equipment properly and correctly such as masks, hand sanitizers, face shields and so on. Therefore, it is important to carry out this outreach activity to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 in the family and village environment. This activity is carried out by providing a simulation of the use of personal protective equipment according to the standards of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and an explanation of a clean and healthy lifestyle during the pandemic. In addition, the distribution of masks and hand sanitizer for free was also carried out. The results of the implementation of this community service activity increase public understanding in using personal protective equipment and are expected to reduce the risk of Covid-19 transmission in the community.

Abstract

The integrated agricultural system is one form of a sustainable agricultural system. This system is a combination of agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries, forestry and other sciences which are still related to agriculture in a land. By combining these several fields, it is expected to be able to increase land productivity, agricultural development programs and environmental conversion as well as efforts to improve the welfare of rural farmers. In the context of utilizing livestock waste as agricultural fertilizer, and agricultural waste as animal feed. This activity will lead to mutual benefits for each other, on the one hand the livestock is able to produce fertilizer needs and agriculture provides animal feed. This is able to add additional value to business actors so as to reduce the number of losses for each other. This activity begins with socialization to the community, then field practice and mentoring.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to improve the citizens skills and knowledge by the training and mentoring of organic crop cultivation in bare land to maintain stability of family food security and applying some simple techniques that are easily implemented by the citizens, especially the housewives group. The methods used in this community service are lectures, discussion and demonstrations (practice). Based on the activity results, it can be concluded that the citizens are very enthusiastic and actively participates in this activity. According to the citizens, this activity is very helpful in providing enthusiasm, motivation and knowledge to them in building a healthy and sustainable food security family.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the control of drug supplies at Zakky 3 pharmacies from December 2020 to January 2021. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. For drug procurement planning, in this study an analysis of the investment value was conducted to determine which drugs were included in groups A, B, and C. Furthermore, the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) calculation was carried out to determine the number of economic orders, as well as the calculation of Reorder Point (ROP) for know the point of reordering drugs for the period of 2021. The results of the analysis show that in the ABC analysis of investments, 500 types of drugs are included in group A or 31% of all drugs, absorbing 78% of investment, group B with 496 types of drugs or 31% % of all drugs, absorbing 16 %% of investment. Meanwhile, group C with 612 types of drugs or 38%% of all drug item drugs only absorbed 6% of the investment. Also obtained are the results of EOQ and ROP calculations for the period of 2021. This calculation is useful for helping pharmacies in drug procurement so that there is a balance between service levels and costs.

Abstract

The students of the Matholiul Anwar Islamic boarding school come from various different regions so that they have quite diverse social and economic backgrounds. Likewise with learning motivation, achievement motivation and student learning achievement are also diverse. This study aims to determine the effect of the social and economic background of students on achievement motivation, learning motivation and learning achievement. The research sample used was 49 students in the F dormitory of the Matholiul Anwar Sukodadi Lamongan Islamic boarding school. This study uses the Multivariate Regression Analysis model. From the results of the partial study, the effect of social status on the dependent variable was concluded that there was an effect of social status on achievement motivation, learning motivation and learning achievement. Meanwhile, for the variable of economic status on the dependent variable, it can be concluded that there is no effect of economic status on achievement motivation, learning motivation, and learning achievement. Simultaneously, it was obtained that the background of the students affected the achievement motivation, learning motivation, and learning achievement in the F dormitory of the Matholiul Anwar Islamic boarding school.
