Abstract

Email password is highly condential, that the email password can not be seen by other people then the encryption with the science of cryptography. To avoid unwanted things on the email password, the authors will examine and discuss about cryptography or encryption. Encoding using ASCII code and Huffman codewill be applied to the RSA, in order to determine which code is faster in the prosess of encoding the email password. After doing some tests it can be concluded that the Huffman code faster in the encoding process of the ASCII code. The average difference is 45% faster than the ASCII code.

Abstract

The flow of water beneath the earth's surface flows through the pores like rocks and other porous media that can be flooded by water. In the soil, water flows due to the difference in hydraulic height that is the difference from ground water level. Groundwater movement, generally moving water with relatively slow flow can be modeled using Darcy law and mass conservation laws. The model is approximated numerically using the Finite Difference Method with the ADI (Alternating Direct Implicit) scheme. The ADI method has an advantage in the accuracy or accuracy of the results and the speed of completion. The ADI method can be applied to two or three dimensional systems to obtain the tridiagonal coefficient matrix.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of the number of industries and labor on the value of production in small industries in Lamongan Regency using the Durbin-Watson test. The Durbin-Watson test is an autocorrelation test that assesses the presence of autocorrelation in residuals. Data taken from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Lamongan Regency. Furthermore, it was analyzed using SPSS assistance. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that there is no autocorrelation between the number of industries and workers on the value of production in small industries in Lamongan Regency.

Abstract

Graph theory can be applied in various fields of science such as transportation problems, communication networks, operations research, chemistry, cartography and so on. Graph theory does not only represent structure but in its application, a graph can also be colored. Many problems have graph coloring characteristics such as regional coloring. This regional coloring theory was applied to the map area of ​​Sukodadi District which consists of 20 villages. In this area coloring uses the Greedy algorithm by first making a dual graph consisting of 20 vertices and 43 edges. Based on the results of regional coloring, the minimum number of colors is 4, namely red, blue, green and yellow, with each neighboring village having a different color.

Abstract

Students are the most important component in a university, especially private universities especially Universitas Islam Darul ‘ulum (Unisda) Lamongan. One of the most important roles of students for higher education is achievement. This study aims to determine the role of Fuzzy Clustering in classifying student performance data. The data includes GPA (Grade Point Average), ECCU (Extra-Curricular Credit Unit), attendance, and students' willingness to learn. So that groups of students who have the potential to have achievements can be identified. In this case, the grouping of student performance data uses Fuzzy Clustering by applying the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) and Possibilistic C-Means (PCM) algorithms with the help of Matlab. In the FCM algorithm, the membership degree is updated so as to produce a minimum objective function value. Meanwhile, the PCM algorithm uses a T matrix, which shows the peculiarities of the data which are also based on minimizing the objective function.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is modeling the Cox proportional hazard regression form on divorce data in Pelaihari sub-district, Tanah Laut district, South Kalimantan province. The source of the data comes from the Court Decision in Pelaihari District, Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan. The data analysis technique uses software R with the steps, namely data description, Log-Rank test, checking proportional hazard assumptions, Cox regression model parameter estimation, backward selection with AIC, the best model parameter significance test, calculating Hazard ratio and interpretation of each predictor variable. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it was found that for the Log-Rank test, the variable survival time for domestic violence, forced marriage, lying and stories of disgrace differed significantly. While the model that meets the criteria after iteration up to 15 times is the 15th model with the smallest AIC value and p-value <0.05 with factors that significantly influence divorce in Pelaihari sub-district based on modeling results using Cox proportional Hazard regression. are the variables of cheating, gambling, domestic violence, forced marriage, lies, jealousy and disgrace story variables

Abstract

Antrian di Puskesmas merupakan proses menunggu pasien untuk mendapat pelayanan. Fenomena antrian yang panjang dan lama terjadi pada Puskesmas Turi Kabupaten Lamongan terlebih pada saat kondisi yang ramai.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jumlah pelayan optimum Puskesmas Turi dalam kondisi ramai pasien. Penentuan jumlah pelayan berdasarkan tingkat kedatangan yang terwakilkan dengan Distribusi Poisson, sedangkan waktu pelayanan diwakili oleh Distribusi Erlang. Pada penelitian ini terdapat tiga fase pelayanan yaitu pendaftaran, pelayanan dokter, dan pelayanan apotek. Dalam penentuan jumlah pelayan optimal melihat dari nilai ultilitas. Hasil penelitian pada kondisi ramai pasien di Puskesmas Turi terjadi pada hari Senin dengan laju kedatangan 4 pasien per menit dan laju pelayanan selama 10 menit per pasien. Rata-rata waktu menunggu dalam antrian sebesar 0,035 menit, rata-rata waktu menunggu dalam sistem selama 0,04 menit dan rata-rata banyaknya pasien dalam antrian maupun sistem tidak ada pasien per menitnya. Nilai ultilitas yang diperoleh sebesar 0,4, sehingga jumlah pelayan pada saat kondisi ramai pasien sudah sesuai sebanyak satu pelayan.

Abstract

The delay in rice seed distribution activities during the Covid-19 pandemic caused rice seed distributors and agents to have difficulty meeting market needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum cost of distributing rice seeds using the modified ASM method. This method replaces the dummy value with the largest reduced value which functions as an optimization of the zero number that appears in the table. This algorithm is taken from the Improved Zero Point method. Data were taken from three distributors and five agents of rice seeds in Sarirejo and Tikung sub-districts, Lamongan district. The results of this study indicate that the ASM method is able to provide optimum results for transportation problems with unbalanced data with relatively shorter steps. Abstrak Terhambatnya kegiatan distribusi bibit padi selama masa pandemi covid-19 menyebabkan para distributor dan agen bibit padi mengalami kesulitan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan biaya optimum pada pendistribusian bibit padi menggunakan metode ASM modifikasi. Metode ini mengganti nilai dummy dengan nilai tereduksi terbesar yang berfungsi sebagai pengoptimalan angka nol yang muncul pada tabel. Algoritma ini diambil dari metode Improved Zero Point. Data diambil dari tiga distributor dan lima agen bibit padi yang terdapat di kecamatan Sarirejo dan Tikung kabupaten Lamongan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan metode ASM mampu memberikan hasil yang optimum untuk masalah transportasi dengan data tak-seimbang dengan langkah yang relatif lebih singkat.

Abstract

The increasingly high spread of Covid-19 pandemic cases has an impact on the field of education, especially new student admissions. In accordance with government policy, activities related to education were changed to online, so that the mathematics study program held promotional activities through online. This activity is focused on accepting new students online during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods for implementing the activities include making materials for introducing mathematics courses through websites and social media, making flyers and banners, making profile videos, and conducting webinars. The results of the introduction of the mathematics study program in the context of socializing online new student admissions during the pandemic were very good, where more than 60% of the participants stated that the activities were very interesting and satisfying.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to find out how the perception and provide education of the village community towards the use of personal protective equipment during the Covid-19 pandemic This community service uses the home visit counseling method. Before conducting counseling, the team conducted observations and interviews, it was found that people tended to lack awareness in implementing Health protocols including understanding how to use personal protective equipment properly and correctly such as masks, hand sanitizers, face shields and so on. Therefore, it is important to carry out this outreach activity to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 in the family and village environment. This activity is carried out by providing a simulation of the use of personal protective equipment according to the standards of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and an explanation of a clean and healthy lifestyle during the pandemic. In addition, the distribution of masks and hand sanitizer for free was also carried out. The results of the implementation of this community service activity increase public understanding in using personal protective equipment and are expected to reduce the risk of Covid-19 transmission in the community.
