Abstract

Abstract

The Village Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMDes) serves as a fundamental framework for steering village development across a six-year span. Nevertheless, numerous villages encounter significant obstacles in drafting this plan, primarily due to constrained human resources and a lack of technical proficiency. This community engagement initiative seeks to support the local administration of Aimo Village in formulating an RPJMDes that prioritizes community involvement, relies on accurate data, and adheres to regulatory standards. The approach adopted encompasses capacity-building sessions, collaborative dialogues, and hands-on technical guidance. Findings reveal that a preliminary version of the RPJMDes was effectively crafted, incorporating the village leader’s vision and mission, strategic policy outlines, and a structured set of priority development initiatives. Furthermore, the process bolstered the skills of village officials and fostered greater public engagement in shaping development plans.

Abstract

This study aims to explore whether there is a significant improvement in preservice teachers’ Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) after implementing hybrid presentation and teaching simulation as one of the tasks in the Teaching Methods and Conventional Media course. This study also reports students’ responses to the implementation of the hybrid presentation and teaching simulation. In this quantitative study, preservice teachers’ knowledge was measured using a TPACK scale prior to and subsequent to the hybrid class implementation period. Twenty-one students studying in the fourth semester of an English education department in a private university in Indonesia participated in this study. A paired-samples t-test result suggested a significant improvement in students’ scores from the pre- to the post- TPACK self-assessment (t = -8.210, p < .05). The findings of this study suggest that hybrid presentation can be an effective strategy to help foster preservice teachers’ TPACK skill while developing speaking and other skills.

Abstract

Background: Patients in the High Care Unit (HCU) often experience increased levels of stress, depression, and anxiety, especially those who require long-term care between 3 and 15 days. The psychological pressure that patients face in HCU can affect the quality of recovery and elicit a variety of emotional responses that require attention in the treatment process. The purpose this study aims to analyze the impact of Islamic Spiritual Care (ISC), specifically through the recitation of Murottal Al-Qur'an Surat Ar-Rahman, in supporting emotional stability (stress, depression, and anxiety) in patients in the High Care Unit (HCU). Methods: This research method uses systematic review using the PRISMA technique. Data was obtained from journals contained in PubMed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar from 2020-2024, based on the identification results based on inclusion criteria and feasibility reviews, and fifteen articles were obtained for review. Results: The results of the implementation of Islamic Spiritual Care (ISC) through Murottal Al-Qur'an therapy, especially Surat Ar-Rahman, are effective in supporting the emotional stability of patients in the High Care Unit (HCU). Conclusion: Murottal Al-Qur'an therapy, particularly Surat Ar-Rahman, as a component of Islamic Spiritual Care (ISC), can be utilized as a practical non-pharmacological approach to reduce anxiety, stress, and depression in patients in the High Care Unit (HCU).

Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged the use of Actelectronic in international business transactions. However, the validity of electronic activities is still a legal issue, especially in Indonesia, where regulations are not fully in line with international standards such as the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Commerce. This study aims to analyze the validity of electronic deeds in international business transactions through the perspective of Indonesian notaries to identify existing challenges, as well as provide recommendations for regulatory harmonization. This research uses a normative juridical method with a legal and regulatory approach, a study of legal doctrine, and an analysis of international standards related to electronic transactions. Primary data were obtained from regulatory studies such as the ITE Law and the Notary Position Law, while the data secondary comes from international standards such as UNCITRAL Model Law and eIDAS. The results of the study show that although electronic deeds are recognized by the ITE Law as a valid legal evidence tool, their application in cross-border transactions is constrained by inconformities with the Notary Position Law, which still requires physical presence and manual signatures. In addition, the lack of integration with international standards and inadequate cybersecurity infrastructure are also major obstacles. The discussion highlighted the importance of harmonization of national regulations with international standards.
