Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of E-commerce on the interest of women in online business entrepreneurship amid the Covid-19 pandemic in Pekanbaru City. The location of the research was done purposively, namely in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. Data analysis in this study used quantitative descriptive methods. The population in this study were all MSME Entrepreneurs in 2019, namely 4,112 people. In determining the sample size, the formula: Slovin and obtained 98 respondents. Based on the research that has been done, the results of simple regression analysis with the results are Y = 20,433 + 1,062 X, the value of a is 20,433, this value shows that when the E-commerce variable (variable X) is zero, then the interest in entrepreneurship through online business ( variable Y) of 20,433. While the value of b is 1.062, meaning that when there is an increase in the value of the e-commerce variable (variable X) by 1 (one) unit, the interest in entrepreneurship (variable Y) will increase by 1.062 units. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.698 or 69.8%. So it can be concluded that the e-commerce variable contributed to changes in women's interest in entrepreneurship through online businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic by 69.8%. while the remaining 30.2% (100% -69.8%) was influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The t-count value was 14.904. While the critical value according to the table with a significance level of 5% using the t table formula (α / 2; n - k) k = 2 and n = 98 - 2 = 96 is 1.98498, because tcount> t table, Ho is rejected. This means that there is an influence by the E-commerce variable on the customer satisfaction variable. With the meaning of the word Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to determine the influence of perceived convenience, social environment and financial literacy on interest in using QRIS among MSMEs in Pekanbaru City, moderated by education level. Research methodology: This study is a quantitative research, the data in this research have been acquired form the distribution of questionnaires and use Partial Least Square app technique which data processing was assisted by Smart PLS 3.0. In this research, a sample of 100 people was used. Results: Perception of convenience, social environment and financial literacy have a direct influence on interest in using QRIS among MSMEs in Pekanbaru City. Meanwhile, based on the moderation test, it was concluded that the level of education did not moderate the influence of perceived convenience and social environment on interest in using QRIS among Pekanbaru City MSMEs. However, the level of education is able to moderate the influence of financial literacy on interest in using QRIS among Pekanbaru City MSMEs.. Limitations: The research was conducted with a limited sample, both in terms of sample size and population diversity. This could affect the appropriate representation of the MSME population in Pekanbaru City and may limit the conclusions that can be drawn. Contribution: This research is expected to provide deeper insight into the factors that influence the adoption of QRIS payment technology, as well as the potential role of education level in this process.

Abstract

Berdasarkan potensi sumber daya laut dan reputasi yang dimiliki Kabupaten Bintan sebagai pusat produksi kerupuk ikan yang terkenal, maka pengembangan bisnis kerupuk ikan di Kabupaten Bintan memiliki prospek yang menjanjikan. Selain itu, pengembangan bisnis kerupuk ikan di Kabupaten Bintan juga dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi perekonomian lokal, seperti peningkatan pendapatan dan peningkatan lapangan kerja di sektor perikanan dan kerajinan. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk peningkatan kualitas produk, pemasaran produk, penyediaan laporan keuangan yang dapat menambah nilai jual dari produk yang dihasilkan, sehingga meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga pada sentra industri kerupuk Sei Lekop Kabupaten Bintan. Target kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan dalam membuat packaging yang baik sesuai aturan yang berlaku telah tercapai dapat ditunjukkan dengan partisipasi peserta (Ibu-ibu Sentra kerupuk Sei Lekop Kabupaten Bintan) agar bisa mahir menggunakan alat-alat pembuat kemasan. Untuk selanjutnya target penyusunan laporan finalisasi dan output dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat difinalisasi sesuai jadwal.

Abstract

Sampah di Indonesia terus meningkat seiring pertumbuhan penduduk, sementara kesadaran masyarakat dalam membuang dan memilah masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengelolaan sampah di Kampung Telaga Biru serta peran tong sampah pilah. Metode kualitatif digunakan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meski warga telah diarahkan membuang pada tempat yang tersedia, perilaku membuang sembarangan masih terjadi. Kehadiran tong sampah pilah membuat pengelolaan lebih tertib, namun kebiasaan memilah belum terbentuk. Tong pilah berfungsi sebagai sarana awal edukasi masyarakat. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan sampah tidak cukup bergantung pada fasilitas, tetapi memerlukan peningkatan kesadaran dan kepedulian warga.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Kelurahan Sungai Lekop, Kecamatan Bintan Timur, telah dilaksanakan untuk menangani permasalahan limbah ikan yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Limbah berupa kepala, sisik, hingga tulang ikan umumnya dibuang sehingga berpotensi mencemari lingkungan dan mengurangi peluang ekonomi masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memperkenalkan pemanfaatan limbah ikan sebagai produk bernilai tambah serta mendorong penerapan usaha ramah lingkungan melalui sosialisasi dan diskusi kelompok dengan masyarakat. Hasil dari observasi lanjutan kepada peserta sosialisasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta mengenai jenis produk olahan limbah ikan, proses pengolahannya, dan manfaat ekonominya. Peserta juga menyatakan ketertarikan untuk mengembangkan limbah ikan menjadi produk bernilai jual. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran pelaku usaha terhadap pentingnya pengolahan limbah ikan serta membuka peluang usaha berkelanjutan di bidang perikanan.

Abstract

Kawasan kampung otak-otak merupakan suatu kawasan yang menjual makanan yang terbuat dari bahan dasar ikan, tepung, bumbu rempah dibalur menjadi satu kemudian di sampul dengan daun kelapa dan dipanggang di atas kayu arang makanan tersebut terkenal dengan nama otak-otak. Penjual otak-otak banyak ditemukan di Kepulauan Riau ini salah satunya yaitu kawasan otak-otak Sungai Enam Kecamatan Bintan Timur Kabupaten Bintan. Otak-otak ini menjadi salah satu ciri khas identitas kuliner, yang memanfaatkan sumber daya alam lokal yang ada di kabupaten Bintan, memiliki 16 (enam belas) penjual otak-otak dengan kiosnya amsing-masing. Namun tidak adanya pemerataan hasil penjulan karena hanya beberapa penjual yang mendapat perhatian dari konsumen, hal ini menjadi kecemburuan tersendiri diantara penjual otak-otak. Hasil pendampingan kegiatan bisa menjembatani kesenjangan penjualan ddemeanmembantu mempromosikan semua kios menggunakan jasa Inflencer, yang memiliki follower cukup banyak. Tahapan kegiatan pendampingan pada kegiatan ini dimulai demean sosialisasi pemahaman tentang pemasaran digital menggunakan media sosial seperti Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, dan pelaksaaan shooting langsung oleh Selegram ke semua kios yang ada di kampong Otak-otak Kabupaten Bintan. Hasil Kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta merasa ada hal lain yang bisa meningkatan penjualan dengan yaitu meningkatkan kualitas produksi dan packaging produk agar bisa memiliki nilai jual yang lebih.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of ethical leadership and perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among students actively involved in Student Activity Units (UKM) in Tanjungpinang. The phenomenon of low voluntary participation among students in organizational activities highlights the need to examine factors that may enhance such extra-role behaviors. A quantitative approach with a survey design was employed, and data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 active UKM students. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that ethical leadership does not have a significant effect on students’ OCB. In contrast, perceived organizational support was found to have a positive and significant effect on OCB. Furthermore, when tested simultaneously, ethical leadership and perceived organizational support significantly influence OCB, with 98 percent of the variance in students’ behavior explained by these two variables, while the remaining 2 percent is explained by other factors outside the research model. These results emphasize that perceived organizational support plays a dominant role in shaping students’ OCB, while ethical leadership still serves as a complementary factor that strengthens the overall model.
