Abstract

In recent days, customer care is one of the pivotal aspects in business environment. Quick and reliable response to any of customer question was highly correlated to customer satisfaction and obviously affect the conversion rate of any kind of products or services offered to them. Jogja Sewa Camera is a small company which the main business is to rent a camera. That company serve no less than 25 booking request and questions about the product they offered to the customer. With the limitation of operational staff, the work for responding the customer booking request and question is a bit overwhelmed. Thus, an automated mechanism was built in this research to help the company to handle the customer service. In this research, a chatbot based on Line Messaging Platform was developed for automatic customer service. This chatbot can answer any of frequent or common question and booking request from the customer.

Abstract

Blood pressure is one of the vital sign which widely used as a parameter for medical examination. In some cases likes hypertension, cardiovascular disease or routine examination of pregnant woman, blood pressure test which performed frequently become an important thing. Based on those cases, hence an availability of blood pressure measurement devices will become significant. Thus, in this research, we developed a prototype od digital blood pressure measurement device by using Arduino Uno microcontroller and Android based mobile application. In general, Arduino Uno was equipped with pressure sensorMPX5050DP, those devices will be used for blood pressure measurement. Then the result will be sent and displayed to mobile application. Data transmission between hardware and mobile application was done by using bluetooth module

Abstract

Android merupakan salah satu platform perangkat mobile yang sangat banyak digunakan saat ini. Banyak sekali aplikasi perangkat bergerak yang dikembangkan berbasis pada platform ini. Salah satu aplikasi yang cukup banyak dikembangkan adalah aplikasi Al-Qur'an. Kebanyakan aplikasi Al-Qur'an yang beredar hanya memiliki fitur membaca Al-Qur'an berdasarkan index juz maupun surah, menampilkan tafsir menurut ulama tertentu dan pencarian menurut kata yang ada di terjemahan. Kelemahan aplikasi yang seperti ini adalah ketika seseorang pengguna perangkat mobile ingin mencari suatu ayat berdasarkan tema tertentu, maka pengguna tidak dapat menemukan ayat yang diinginkan secara mudah dan hasilnya pun kurang maksimal. Pada penelitian ini, solusi yang ditawarkan untuk permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan mengembangkan aplikasi Al-Qur’an yang dapat menampilkan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an berdasarkan temanya.  Metode pencarian yang digunakan untuk memaksimalkan hasil pencariannya adalah metode cosine similarity. Dan berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi yang dikembangkan memiliki keunggulan dalam hal akurasi pencarian ayat berdasarkan topik/tema tertentu.

Abstract

As one of the biggest democratic country in the world, Indonesia have very responsive society towards the various political move in either the central or local governments. In Indonesia, the first 100 days of new government era usually became a crucial timelines in which the society give their intents attention to government’s performance. By the massive penetration of online social networking platform likes Twitter, the interaction between netizens and government figure official account will significantly increase. The povincial election for of Jakarta momentum was one of the most attractive political events in which Anies Baswedan and Sandiaga Uno were elected the lead of Jakarta government. The implication is the society would look intensively at their performance within their first 100 days. With the huge amount of Twitter users in Indonesia, Indonesian Twitter was very reactive towards any movement of Anies Sandi. Thus, this platform can be utilized to monitor the public opinion towards first 100 days of Anies Sandi government. In this study, we analyzed the content of conversations in interaction among the netizen and official Twitter Account of Anies Baswedan (@aniesbaswedan), Sandiaga Uno (@sandiuno) and the Government of Jakarta (@DKIJakarta). A set of text mining techniques was employed in this study.

Abstract

Defending Islam 3 is a biggest mass action that happened on pra-reform era. A many event which accompanies that event after, which is interesting enough to be research further. One of event besides Defending Islam 3 event which have pretty much get the spotlight is a sari roti boycott after that event. It’s interesting because sari roti is a famous bread brand and have biggest market in Indonesia. Twitter is a one of platform sosial media which have largest user base in Indonesia. Twitter user in Indonesia. On this research, using simple data sampling and analysis to get linked tweet against sari roti boycott. Have registered, no less 40,000 tweet which was successfully collected within 6 days, from 22-27 December 2016.Keywords: Social Media, Twitter, Sari Roti Boycott, Defending Islam 3, Text Analysis ABSTRAKAksi Bela Islam 3 merupakan salah satu aksi masa terbesar yang terjadi pasca reformasi. Banyak sekali peristiwa yang mengiringi aksi tersebut yang cukup menarik untuk diteliti lebih lanjut. Salah satu peristiwa pendamping Aksi Bela Islam 3 yang cukup banyak mendapatkan sorotan adalah peristiwa pemboikotan produk Sari Roti yang terjadi pasca aksi. Hal ini menarik karena Sari Roti merupakan salah satu brand yang cukup terkenal dan memiliki pangsa pasar yang sangat luas di Indonesia. Twitter merupakan salah satu platform media sosial yang memiliki basis pengguna yang sangat besar di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan dan analisis sederhana terhadap tweet yang terkait dengan aksi boikot Sari Roti. Tercatat, tidak kurang dari 40 ribu tweet berhasil dikumpulkan dalam kurun waktu 6 hari, mulai dari tanggal 22 sampai 27 Desember 2016.Kata kunci: Media Sosial, Twitter, Boikot Sari Roti, Aksi Bela Islam 3, Analisis Teks.

Abstract

The main purpose of this paper is to examine the dominant topics about Business Intelligence in micro-blogging Twitter. There are 7.153 tweets collected from Twitter API. Text mining and natural language processing are used to analyze the dominant topics among those tweets. Computational method used to count the most frequent hashtag that appears together with Business Intelligence hashtag. Twitter users are large and scattered around the world with a diverse range of skills (expertise) that can give a new perspective on a subject that may not be predicted before. For example, for topics related to Business Intelligence, the very dominant general topic discussed in the scientific literature are about data management, as well as for analytics and machine learning data. The result contributes to understanding dominant topics about Business Intelligence that can help researchers to level their research.

Abstract

With the massive implementation of social media in various forms in various business domains, business or product owners have the opportunity to be able to take advantage of user review data that is available free of charge to evaluate the products they issue. User reviews on social media platforms, marketplaces, and e-commerce are User Generated Content (UGC) which is very useful for product owners to find out the extent of user preferences for their products. However, to be able to comprehensively read the data, the right technology is needed considering that the data is in the form of text in very large quantities. Reading one by one and then drawing conclusions is certainly not the right approach because it will take quite a lot of time. So, in this study, the researcher will use a text analysis-based approach, especially topic modeling and sentiment analysis to summarize user reviews in the comments or reviews column on the e-commerce platform. The case study used in this study is user reviews in the comments column on the Amazon site for the Lenovo K8 Note smartphone product. From the experiments carried out, the approach used can summarize the reviews written by quite many users in one summary that can be easily understood.

Abstract

Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) merupakan dua algoritma yang sangat polpuler untuk text mining, khususnya untuk klasifikasi teks. Pada penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya SVM cenerung menghasilkan performa yang lebih baik dari NBC pada segi akurasi hasil klasifikasi. Salah satu hal yang menarik dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya adalah penggunaan jenis data yang hamper sama antara satu dengan lainnya. Penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya kebanyakan menggunakan data tweet dari situs Twitter. Data tweet merupakan jenis teks yang informal dengan banyak sekali noise dan tidak mengindahkan aturan tata bahasa. Pada penelitian kali ini, akan algoritma SVM dan NBC akan diujicobakan kedalam data teks yang lebih formal, yakni data dari judul-judul artikel. Dalam percobaan yang sudah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil yang berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Pada klasifikasi teks judul artikel NBC memiliki performa akurasi yang lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan SVM.
