Abstract

Pemanfaatan Internet tidak hanya membawa dampak yang positif, tetapi jugadampak negatif. Salah satu dampak negatif adalah banyaknya terjadi penyebaraninformasi bermuatan pornografi melalui media sosial. Penulis ingin mengetahuibagaimana dasar pertimbangan hakim dalam memutus perkara residivis tindakpidana penyebaran pornografi melalui media sosial dan penerapan sanksi pidanaterhadap residivis tindak pidana penyebaran pornografi melalui media sosial.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dasar pertimbangan Hakim dalammemutus perkara terhadap terdakwa menggunakan beberapa teori penjatuhanpidana antara lain, Teori Keseimbangan, Teori Pendekatan Seni dan Intuisi, sertaTeori Ratio Decidendi. Dalam penerapan sanksi pidana terdakwa terbukti secarasah dan meyakinkan bersalah melanggar ketentuan Pasal 27 Ayat (1) juncto Pasal45 Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Inforamsi dan TranskasiElektronik karena telah memenuhi unsur obyektif dan unsur subyektif yaituterdakwa memiliki dokumen elektronik yang melanggar kesusilaan dan terdakwa“dengan sengaja” mendistribusikan, mentransmisikan, dan membuat dapatdiaksesnya dokumen elektronik dalam hal ini yaitu gambar yang memuat bentuktubuh manusia tanpa busana yang melanggar kesusilaan sehingga terdakwadijatuhi pidana penjara selama 3 (tiga) tahun dan pidana denda sebesar Rp100.000.000,- (seratus juta rupiah) subsideir 4 (empat) bulan pidana kurungan.Saran yang diberikan adalah Semestinya, Jaksa yang diberikan kewenangan dalamproses penuntutan terhadap terdakwa harus benar-benar teliti agar tidakmerugikan pihak yang berperkara dan Hakim dalam memutus suatu perkara yangditanganinya harus lebih berani untuk menghukum terdakwa jauh lebih ringanatau lebih berat sesuai dengan perbuatan yang dilakukan agar tidak terjadikekeliruan dikemudian hari atas putusannya tersebut.

Abstract

Dengan banyaknya sumber informasi yang ada, akan memunculkan dua kemungkinan, di satu sisi akan memberikan manfaat, namun di sisi lain akan menimbulkan fenomena information overload. Information overload adalah banyaknya jumlah informasi yang diterima oleh manusia sehingga menimbulkan kesulitan dalam penerimaan dan pengolahan. Fenomena information overload salah satunya terjadi pada informasi mengenai tata cara bercocok tanam dengan metode atau teknik hidroponik yang sekarang sedang marak digemari masyarakat luas. Dengan banyaknya laman web yang menyajikan informasi mengenai hidroponik, masyarakat harus menyediakan lebih banyak waktu untuk memilah dan mengakses sebanyak mungkin laman web guna mendapatkan informasi yang lengkap dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan teknik web scraping yang dikombinasikan dengan text mining untuk secara otomatis mengakuisisi informasi dari laman-laman web yang memuat informasi mengenai hidroponik dan mengkategorisasikannya berdasarkan topik yang lebih spesifik dari artikel hidroponik yang terdapat dalam laman web tersebut. Dari eksperimen yang sudah dilakukan, web scraping dan text mining berhasil diimplementasikan untuk mengakuisisi artikel-artikel terkait hidroponik dari internet dan mengelompokkannya ke dalam beberapa kategori berdasarkan topik artikel secara otomatis.

Abstract

Blood pressure is one of the vital sign which widely used as a parameter for medical examination. In some cases likes hypertension, cardiovascular disease or routine examination of pregnant woman, blood pressure test which performed frequently become an important thing. Based on those cases, hence an availability of blood pressure measurement devices will become significant. Thus, in this research, we developed a prototype od digital blood pressure measurement device by using Arduino Uno microcontroller and Android based mobile application. In general, Arduino Uno was equipped with pressure sensorMPX5050DP, those devices will be used for blood pressure measurement. Then the result will be sent and displayed to mobile application. Data transmission between hardware and mobile application was done by using bluetooth module

Abstract

Abstrak   Banjir lahar dingin merupakan bencana yang biasanya menyertai letusan atau erupsi gunung berapi. Ini terjadi ketika material vulkanik hasil erupsi yang menumpuk di lereng dan kaki gunung berapi terbawa air hujan melewati sungai-sungai yang berhulu di gunung tersebut. Air yang bercampur dengan material vulkanik ini memiliki massa jenis yang besar sehingga gelombang suara yang dihasilkan ketika mengalir berbeda dengan aliran yang terdiri dari air saja. Parameter inilah yang akan diteliti perbedaanya melalui percobaan yang akan dilakukan. Sinyal suara aliran sungai diperoleh menggunakan serangkaian sensor suara yang disusun secara array. Masing-masing sensor terhubung  dengan sebuah node jaringan sensor nirkabel IQRF. Data yang diperoleh masing-masing node dikumpulkan dan dikirimkan ke pusat pengolah data berupa sebuah PC. Pengolahan data suara ini dilakukan menggunakan signal processing MATLAB untuk memperoleh informasi apakah aliran air sungai tercampur material vulkanik seperti abu dan pasir hasil erupsi. Informasi yang diperoleh dapat membantu untuk pengembangan sistem peringatan dini banjir lahar dingin.   Kata kunci : gelombang suara, sensor suara, array sensor, jaringan sensor nirkabel IQRF, signal processing MATLAB     Abstract Lahars or volcanic mudflows commonly occur following volcanic eruption. Lahars inititation is led by heavy rainfall in the slopes of volcano where deposits of volcanic material sit. Lahars flow down through the river valleys originating at the volcano. Lahars have greater density than that of water, so they make different sound waves when flowing. This parameter will be examined through experiments. Sound signal or acoustic of flowing lahars taken by an array of  sound sensors. Each sensor has its own transceiver that acts as a node in a wireless sensor network (WSN). Data collected and transmitted to the PC via sink attached to its USB port. Data are then analyzed and processed by using MATLAB to obtain information of flowing material, lahars or water. Abstract

Indonesia is facing the Industrial Revolution 4.0, an era where technologicaldevelopments are applied to various aspects, including manufacturing with artificialintelligence (AI) support which is also supported by internet of things (IoT) technology,human-machine interfaces, robotic and sensor technology, and three-dimensional (3D)printing technology that supports the industry. Changes in the world of work that areinfluenced by the Industrial Revolution 4.0 are challenges for Vocational High School(SMK) graduates. This is because many fields of work that have been filled with human laborhave been replaced by technology, machines, robots, or artificial intelligence. As a result,many graduates who should be able to work immediately are threatened to be unemployed.Efforts to be able to compete in the Industrial Revolution, educational institutions playan important role. They must be able to equip their students the abilities to keep up withchanges that occur quickly. As an anticipation, SMK Muhammadiyah Piyungan held abriefing activity with a face-to-face lecture methodology so that there was an interactivebetween students and the presenters.The results of this community service are expected to provide provisions for studentsto become competent and ready to work in that era. Abstract

In the current business activities characterized by technological integration, the role of salespeople remains crucial as the frontline in enhancing product sales. Due to their contribution, it is imperative for companies to evaluate their performance. This research proposes an evaluation model for salespersons using a multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach. Two MCDM methods, namely fuzzy AHP and EDAS, are employed to determine the weight of evaluation criteria and rank 13 salespersons in a grocery store situated in an Indonesian traditional market. This study considers seven criteria: revenue (C1), honesty (C2), communication skills (C3), empathy (C4), extensive relationships (C5), work motivation (C6), and responsibility and discipline (C7). Using fuzzy AHP, criteria C2, C6, and C3 are identified as the main priority. Subsequently, the criteria weights are integrated into the EDAS calculation to rank the 13 salespersons. Salesmen SP2, SP3, and SP6 emerge as the top performers. This research provides an applicable evaluation model for decision-makers in the store, enabling them to assess their salespeople not solely based on quantitative output but also considering other criteria that may have a lasting impact. Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the process of teaching pronunciation by writing phonetic symbols at The Eminence English Course Pare. Those are including of: the process of teaching pronunciation by writing phonetic symbols at The Eminence, the students’ response toward the process of teaching pronunciation, and tutor solution of the problems which are faced by students. Qualitative was selected as a research approach; observation was used to collect some information about pronunciation program. The instrument used for collecting documents which is related to pronunciation program was documentation, it was kind of module book. The questionnaire was used to get students’ perception in teaching learning process at pronunciation program. The result of this study showed that the process of teaching phonetic symbols at The Eminence had been supported by syllabus and lesson plan although it was not written yet structurally, the material was taken from module book, the media is using whiteboard, speaker, and Oxford dictionary. The method which was used was direct or natural method, the technique which was applied in the class was reading aloud technique. The evaluation of this program was taken on Sunday at the second week by giving written test. From the result about the students’ perception was known that students had problems in pronunciation. It is word connection. Tutor solves this problem by giving word connection material.

Abstract

The current development of information technology has led to digital interactions which are often known as cyberspace. Cyberspace is a notional environment where communication via computer networks occurs, in this case via the Internet, which can be in the form of text, images, audio, video, animation or anything in digital form. The virtual world now has almost the same intensity as the real world. With recent technological advances making it possible to have more intensity than the real world in the future. This has created new problems in social life, especially among teenagers who are the biggest users of cyberspace. Many bad things happen in teenagers' interactions in cyberspace, such as cyber bullying, or accessing content that is not suitable for teenagers to consume. This certainly cannot be allowed. To be able to overcome this problem, the outreach team carried out cyber ethics outreach activities in building a digital literacy culture. The aim of this service activity is to help increase understanding of cyber ethics among SMK Bina Harapan students. The number of participants in the socialization was 63 students consisting of class X and class XI of SMK Bina Harapan. From this activity, an evaluation was carried out in the form of a post-test using a multiple choice questionnaire via Google Form. The questions are written in essay form consisting of two answers Yes or No. The results of the Google Form questionnaire show that 90% of Bina Harapan Vocational School students understand the cyber ethics socialization material. Thus, it can be concluded that after conducting socialization, it can help increase students' understanding of Bina Harapan Vocational School about the importance of cyber ethics in building a digital literacy culture, so that their digital literacy activities become safer and healthier.

Abstract

Telkomsel, the largest operator in Indonesia with the most users, collects a significant amount of tweet data on Twitter, containing both positive and negative feedback about their internet service. Analyzing this data can provide valuable insights and accurate information about Telkomsel's internet services based on user tweets, retweets, and comments. The aim is to build a sentiment analysis model to extract relevant information from Telkomsel users' tweets on Twitter, serving as feedback for service evaluation and an educational tool for users. The sentiment analysis process involves data retrieval, preprocessing, training, testing, classification, and visualization using Python programming with the Flask framework. Analysis of customer satisfaction sentiment reveals that Telkomsel has a negative sentiment, with an accuracy of 81.7% for training data and 84% for testing data. The sentiment analysis model was built using the Naive Bayes Classification method.
