Abstract

Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta (RSIJ) Sukapura berlokasi Jakarta Utara melayani kesehatan masyarakat Tanjung Periok, Sukapura, Rorotan dan daerah perbatasan Bekasi dan sekitar. RSIJ Sukapura adalah salah satu rumah sakit amal usaha Muhammadiyah dibawah kendali Pimpinan Pusat Muhammadiyah. Kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat seiring dengan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan termasuk yang disediakan oleh rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu pihak rumah sakit akan menanggapi permintaan pelayanan kesehatan yang dibutuhkan masyarakat tersebut dengan membuka pelayanan baru seperti pelayanan kesehatan rawat jalan dokter spesialis penyakit tertentu. Bimbingan teknis (Bimtek) ini diselenggarakan untuk bekerja sama dengan pihak rumah sakit dalam pelatihan menyusun kelayakan bisnis (feasible study – FS) untuk pembukaan pelayanan kesehatan tambahan. Bimtek telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 16 Agustus 2022 dengan ikuti oleh staf dan pejabat RSIJ Sukapura dan bimbing oleh para dosen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Muhammadiyah Jakarta (STIEMJ). Hasil dari Bimtek setidaknya telah membantu manajemen dalam memahami menyusun FS untuk pembukaan layanan kesehatan di RSIJ Sukapura.

Abstract

Sampah selalu menjadi masalah utama dalam lingkungan, karena pengolahannya masih belum tertangani dengan baik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membangun kesadaran masyarakat dan memberikan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana mengolah sampah organik baik sayur-sayuran maupun buah-buahan menjadi cairan yang memiliki banyak manfaat untuk kehidupan sehari-hari. Cairan ini disebut Eco Enzyme. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang dilakukan, perlu beberapa tahapan dalam proses mengelola sampah organik tersebut serta membutuhkan waktu tiga bulan untuk menghasilkan cairan Eco Enzyme yang berkualitas. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan 27 botol @ 350 ml cairan Eco Enzyme, kemudian ampasnya bermanfaat untuk biopori, pupuk tanaman dan bahkan pewangi ruangan. Kegiatan pembuatan Eco Enzyme ini disosialisasikan kepada seluruh masyarakat terutama masyarakat rumah tangga disekitar lingkungan Kelurahan Pasar Manggis dalam mengatasi limbah sampah organik rumah tangga sekaligus mendapatkan manfaat cairan Eco Enzyme.

Abstract

Research Aims: This research aims to explore green banking disclosure among banks listed on IDX-IC shares in Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach: The method used involves conducting content analysis using indicators from research by Bose et al. (2018) and Handajani (2019). The total number of indicators is 21 items, covering the reporting period of 2019-2022. Research Findings: The research results help explain the development of the quality of disclosure in bank sustainability reports (green banking) in Indonesia, as well as the effectiveness of mandatory sustainability reports in the banking sector. Previously, some people believed that banks' contribution to environmental damage was relatively low. However, research results show that banks are beginning to concentrate on sustainability programs. In 2019, the percentage of disclosure was 50.71%; in 2020, it was 56.19%; in 2021, it was 57.76%; and in 2022, it was 62.74%. Although still relatively low, there has been a notable improvement in the quality of sustainability report information from 2021 to 2022. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research contributes to the literature related to bank disclosures in their activities supporting the SDGs and discusses the extent to which banks prioritize environmentally friendly banking activities. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Tim Dosen dari Universitas Teknologi Muhammadiyah Jakarta di Kelurahan Rempoa, Tangerang Selatan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam koperasi. Koperasi sebagai salah satu pilar perekonomian di Indonesia sangat penting, namun, masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak memahami manfaat dan peran koperasi, sehingga partisipasi mereka dalam koperasi masih rendah. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, pemerintah telah mengeluarkan peraturan dan kebijakan yang kondusif bagi perkembangan koperasi. Namun, pelaksanaan yang efektif memerlukan upaya pelatihan dan bimbingan kepada masyarakat. Dalam konteks ini, tim pengabdian dari Universitas Teknologi Muhammadiyah Jakarta bekerja sama dengan Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (LPM) Kelurahan Rempoa. Kegiatan pelatihan dan bimbingan dilakukan melalui serangkaian materi yang disampaikan oleh anggota tim pengabdian. Materi tersebut mencakup sejarah koperasi, konsep dan pengertian koperasi, mekanisme pengurusan legalitas pendirian koperasi, dan koperasi syariah. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melibatkan peran aktif dari LPM Kelurahan Rempoa dan anggota koperasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan dan bimbingan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan mitra tentang koperasi. Kontribusi dari LPM Kelurahan Rempoa dan anggota koperasi dalam kegiatan ini sangat berarti. Namun, perlu dilakukan pembinaan berkelanjutan agar pemahaman dan pengelolaan koperasi menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide an understanding of financial literacy and training and guidance related to the use of social media to disseminate their products online to students of Muhammadiyah Wanaraja Garut High School. The problem faced by partners in this programme is the lack of understanding of students of Muhammadiyah Wanaraja Garut High School regarding financial literacy. The method of implementing this activity using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method is carried out starting from the socialisation stage at the beginning of the service activity, in the form of providing information to partners / communities about community service activities to be carried out, the objectives of the activity, the stages of implementing the activity, and the schedule for implementing the activity based on an agreement between the proposing team and partners, the next stage of training and mentoring and evaluation of activities. The results of the activity showed an increase in the literacy knowledge of students of Muhammadiyah Wanaraja Garut High School (SMA) related to financial literacy before and after training.

Abstract

The practice of income smoothing can arise due to dysfunctional behavior between various parties with an interest in the company's financial statements. The study was conducted to find out empirical evidence of the factors that influence income smoothing in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. The number of samples is 88 companies and taken by simple random sampling method. The data analysis used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that financial risk had a negative effect on income smoothing. Meanwhile, profitability and firm value have no effect on income smoothing. Abstract

Good corporate governance emphasizes the importance of effective supervision by the board of directors and audit committee in overseeing bank policies and practices, including environmental policies. A strong supervisory structure, which is a part of GCG, can assist banks in identifying, measuring, and managing environmental risks more effectively. Through proper risk management, banks can mitigate the likelihood of adverse impacts on the bank's financial performance. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of supervision for the internal company policymakers on bank financial performance given the requirement for green banking disclosure. The research design is causality using organizations, i.e., banks listed on the IDX-IC Share (Indonesian Stock Exchange) for the 2019 – 2022 period as the unit of analysis. The number of samples consisted of 103 companies annual data, while the data analysis used unbalanced panel data regression. The research results show that good corporate governance mechanisms (gender diversity, board size) and green banking affect bank performance, while audit committee size does not affect bank performance. Gender diversity does not affect green banking, while board size and audit committee size affect green banking. Green banking is only able to moderate the influence of board size on the bank’s performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of changes in accounting profit and changes in operating cash flow on the return of shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample selection technique used was the purposive sampling method, obtaining a sample of 18 companies with 5 years of observation from 2017-2021, so that the total results of the observation data were 90 data. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics, panel data estimation model selection, model suitability test, classic assumption test, panel data regression analysis and hypothesis testing using Eviews software version 12. Based on the results of the study partially, it shows that changes in accounting profit have no significant effect on stock returns and changes in operating cash flow have no significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

Financial performance is one of the factors in which a company is able to maintain its survival by developing a thorough plan for all aspects of its business, including financial performance which is a reflection of the company's achievement of success that the company has achieved. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 50 companies obtained. Data analysis used Eviews 12 software using multiple linear regression analysis. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach and uses secondary data originating from manufacturing company financial reports.This study contributes to green accounting and capital structure which influence manufacturing financial performance. From the results obtained, the variable that really influences financial performance is the capital structure variable, which means that companies with high value tend to produce high ROA, Updates in this research produce a significant influence of capital structure on financial performancer.

Abstract

The need for the Internet is not only as a medium for entertainment or viewing but also for many others, including helping to prepare financial performance reports for business activities. Therefore, there is a need for understanding and knowledge for the public, especially young people who are learning to do business, so they no longer think that software or applications for financial reporting must be obtained difficultly and expensively. Still, it can also be obtained through other means like a smartphone at a low cost or even free. The method used in implementing community service is training through presentations delivered by community service team presenters, and practice using applications via smartphone. The discussion presented is 1) the history of the accounting recording process up to the use of applications available on computers or smartphones, and 2) introducing the application and providing training on accounting recording through the SIAPIK application. With this training, it is hoped that Binar High School students can increase their knowledge and competence in using simple accounting applications based on Android (via Playstore) and IOS.
