Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in shaping a just and civilized society. However, the educational environment is not always free from social conflicts. This research aims to analyze the legal challenges in managing social conflicts in the community environment through the perspective of Law Number 20 Year 2003 concerning the National Education System. The research method employed is a literature review using data from Google Scholar from 2020 to 2024. Search keywords include law, social conflict, and the educational environment. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis. The qualitative data analysis process involves several steps, such as organising the data, forming themes or patterns, and interpreting the findings from the scientific articles used. The study findings indicate that managing social conflicts in the educational environment, in accordance with Law Number 20 Year 2003 concerning the National Education System, poses a complex challenge that requires a deep understanding of the legal principles contained within it. These conflicts often stem from differences of opinion or perspectives among various parties involved in the educational environment and can affect the stability and quality of education. To address these challenges, an integrated approach and concrete steps involving various relevant parties such as capacity-building are necessary.

Abstract

In essence, in accordance with statutory provisions, all heirs regardless of gender and birth order are heirs to the inheritance left by the testator. However, it often happens that ownership of inherited assets is transferred, for example through buying and selling land without permission and without the knowledge of all the heirs, the transfer is only carried out by one or several heirs. The problem raised in the research is whether buying and selling inherited assets without the permission and knowledge of all the heirs is legal? Researchers were interested in conducting this research because the decision did not cancel the sale and purchase of inherited assets carried out by some of the heirs. The research method used in this research is a normative juridical legal research method, with a case study approach, namely the Supreme Court Decision with case registration Number: 2511K/Pdt/2020. The data analyzed is secondary data in the form of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials.

Abstract

The elderly are a group of individuals who are more than 60 years old and are the final stage of development followed by several gradual changes or commonly called aging. Elderly gymnastics is a series of regular, directed and patterned tone mobility that is followed by the elderly which is carried out with the intention of increasing the functional ability of the body to achieve this goal. In addition to elderly gymnastics activities, deep breathing exercises can also be done to maintain the health of the elderly (Rosmaharani & Noviana, 2022). One of the impacts of dementia that occurs in the elderly is cognitive impairment in the form of decreased memory or senility. In addition, according to (Kurniasari, 2022) the impact of dementia is affecting the communication skills, cognitive, emotional and behavioral abilities of the elderly. Improving the quality of life in the elderly can be done through elderly gymnastics. The purpose of this Community Service is to provide gymnastics training to the elderly in Hamlet III, Pekik Nyaring Village. This community service has been carried out from May 29, 2024 to June 9, 2024. The evaluation of activities is based on pre and post questionnaire data. The results of Community Service show that the elderly have enough knowledge as many as 21 people (70%). After the implementation of the elderly gymnastics, the knowledge became good for 27 people (90%). Conclusion The implementation of gymnastics can improve the quality of life of the elderly.

Abstract

Dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat, kecerdasan buatan (AI) telah menjadi pusat perhatian dalam berbagai industri, termasuk bisnis. AI menawarkan potensi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan, dan memberikan pengalaman pelanggan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa aspek hukum terhadap implementasi teknologi kecerdasan buatan dalam sistem informasi bisnis dalam perspeltif Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinjauan pustaka kualitatif dengan pengambilan data dari Google Scholar pada rentang tahun 2012-2024. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa implementasi teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam sistem informasi bisnis memunculkan serangkaian isu hukum yang kompleks yang harus ditangani dengan cermat sesuai dengan kerangka hukum yang ada di Indonesia, terutama dalam konteks Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE). Berbagai aspek hukum yang perlu dipertimbangkan meliputi perlindungan data pribadi, tanggung jawab atas keputusan yang dihasilkan oleh sistem AI, implikasi persaingan usaha, keamanan informasi, keabsahan bukti elektronik, dan kesesuaian dengan regulasi sektor bisnis tertentu

Abstract

This research is motivated by the absence of interactive flipbook-based teaching materials in elementary schools. This study aims to develop teaching materials in the form of interactive flipbooks on the material of the application of norms in life in grade 5 elementary school. This research is a type of R&D (Research and Development) research. The development model used is the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research data consists of qualitative data and quantitative data. The results showed that: 1) The results of the validity test by three validators obtained a percentage of 90% from material experts, 97.5% from media experts, and 82.5% from linguists with a very valid category. 2) The results of the practicality test showed an average percentage of teachers of 92.28% with a very practical category, and the and student practicality tests averaged 96.61% with a very practical category. Therefore it can be concluded that the development of interactive flipbook based on the topic of applying norms in life in grade v elementary school is very feasible to use in the learning process.

Abstract

The International Diabetes Federation in 2021 reported that 537 million adults (20-79 years old) were living with diabetes worldwide. This number is expected to increase to 643 million (1 in 9 adults) by 2030 and 784 million (1 in 8 adults) by 2045. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between body mass index and blood sugar levels during type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in the Telaga Dewa Health Centre Working Area, Bengkulu City in 2024.The research method used was descriptive quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling technique with the number of samples in this study 74 people representing all patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the Telaga Dewa Health Centre Working Area, Bengkulu City.The results of the univariate test analysis of most respondents (55.4%) with normal body mass index and most respondents (63.5%) with normal blood sugar levels. The results of bivariate analysis obtained the results of BMI (0.000) with free sexual behaviour in adolescents. There is a relationship between BMI and blood sugar levels during type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in the Telaga Dewa Health Centre Working Area, Bengkulu City in 2024.Researchers suggest that the Telaga Dewa Community Health Centre, Bengkulu City, can increase public knowledge in the form of counseling efforts regarding risk factors that can affect blood sugar levels.

Abstract

STAI Sangatta students carry out the Community Service Program (PkM) through social service activities with the aim of increasing knowledge and insight in the fields of education and society. One of the challenges faced by the community is the lack of interest among teenagers in the area to be active in religious activities, especially at the As-Shobirin Mosque, Teluk Pandan Village. Lack of participation in Islamic activities, including congregational prayers, is a major problem. To overcome this, the PkM team is trying to revive interest and a positive image of the mosque through activities to commemorate Isra Mi'raj. The method applied in Community Service includes planning, implementation, as well as monitoring and evaluation stages. Through this social service activity, students as organizers get positive benefits and the surrounding community also feels the positive impact and friendship is established between all parties involved.

Abstract

With the advancement of information technology, business information systems have become integral elements in business operations across various sectors. However, the use of this technology also brings new challenges in managing intellectual property rights, including the protection of copyrights, patents, trademarks, and others. This research aims to analyze the legal challenges in managing intellectual property rights in business information systems through the perspective of Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a qualitative literature review, drawing data from Google Scholar for the period from 2009 to 2024. The qualitative approach in the literature review allows researchers to understand the complex and diverse phenomena related to the research topic. The results of the study indicate that the management of intellectual property rights (IPR) in business information systems in Indonesia faces complex legal challenges. Although Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law) provides a framework, its implementation often leads to uncertainty and challenges in IPR protection. One of the main challenges is the clarity and legal certainty in the digital environment, as well as consistent law enforcement against IPR violations. Thus, there is a need to enhance cooperation between the government, law enforcement agencies, and the private sector to improve law enforcement related to IPR in business information systems.

Abstract

Lingkungan kampus USI harus menjadi tempat penyelenggaraan pendidikan tinggi yang aman dan nyaman, agar dapat dilaksanakan proses pembelajaran secara maksimal, sehingga tercapai fungsi dan tujuan penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan tinggi di dalam lingkungan kampus USI, tentunya juga tidak tertutup kemungkinan terjadi kekerasan seksual. Guna memberikan dan menciptakan jaminan perlindungan hukum dari kemungkinan terjadinya kekerasan seksual di dalam lingkungan kampus USI, berdasarkan SK Rektor USI Nomor: 127/A.07/USI/2024 tanggal 4 Juli 2024, telah dibentuk dan ditetapkan Satgas PPTPKS, yang unsurnya terdiri dari Tenaga Kependidikan dan mahasiswa/i. Pembentukan Satgas PPTPKS tersebut merupakan kewajiban dan urgensi serta juga merupakan bentuk tindakan preventif USI terhadap kemungkinan terjadinya kekerasan seksual dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan tinggi di dalam lingkungan Kampus USI. Melalui Satgas PPTPKS yang telah dibentuk Rektor USI, maka direalisasikan perlindungan hukum dari kekerasan seksual di dalam lingkungan kampus USI bagi seluruh Tenaga Kependidikan, mahasiswa/i, dan warga kampus, sehingga lingkungan kampus USI menjadi tempat penyelenggaraan pendidikan tinggi yang aman dan nyaman guna tercapainya fungsi dan tujuan penyelenggaraan pendidikan

Abstract

Lapas Kelas IIA Labuhan Ruku merupakan tempat pembinaan bagi WBP. Pembinaan yang dilakukan bagi WBP di Lapas Kelas IIA Labuhan Ruku diharapkan dapat optimal dan tidak berdampak pada pelaksanaan tugas pengamanan Sipir. Fakta hukumnya, pembinaan yang dilakukan bagi WBP di Lapas Kelas IIA Labuhan Ruku belum optimal dan berpotensi menimbulkan dampak pada pelaksanaan tugas pengamanan Sipir. Hal tersebut disebabkan situasi overcrowded. Secara khusus terkait berdampak pada pelaksanaan tugas pengamanan Sipir, situasi overcrowded setiap saat berpotensi menimbulkan terjadinya gangguan kamtib dalam Lapas Kelas IIA Labuhan Ruku. Terkait potensi tersebut telah dilakukan upaya sesuai hukum sebagai solusinya. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan sebagai solusinya adalah dengan cara memaksimalkan peran Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan dalam mengoptimalkan proses integrasi WBP
