Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media mobile learning dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi komunikasi dalam jaringan di kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Sadaniang, Kabupaten Bengkayang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, di mana data primer dikumpulkan melalui pre-test dan post-test. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X A dan X B yang berjumlah 58 siswa. Penelitian ini berlangsung dari April hingga Juli 2023.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa setelah penerapan media mobile learning, dengan nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 45 meningkat menjadi 75 pada post-test. Uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Uji t yang dilakukan menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan, sehingga penerapan media mobile learning terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap materi yang diajarkan.Kata Kunci: Efektivitas; Komunikasi Daring; Mobile learningABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of using mobile learning media in improving student learning outcomes on communication materials in networks in class X SMK Negeri 1 Sadaniang, Bengkayang Regency. This research uses an experimental method with a quantitative approach, where primary data is collected through pre-test and post-test. The samples in this study were class X A and X B students totalling 58 students. This research took place from April to July 2023. The results showed that there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes after the application of mobile learning media, with an average pre-test score of 45 increasing to 75 in the post-test. Normality test and homogeneity test showed that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous. The t-test conducted showed a significance value of 0.00, which means there is a significant difference, so the application of mobile learning media is proven effective in increasing students' understanding and motivation to learn the material taught.Keywords: Effectiveness; Online Communication; Mobile learning

Abstract

Attendance is an important aspect of attendance management, both in academic and corporate environments. Conventional attendance systems that still use manual signatures or identity cards often face obstacles such as data falsification, inefficiency, and difficulties in recapitulating attendance. Therefore, this research develops a web-based attendance information system using QR-Code technology as a solution that is more efficient, accurate, and secure. The research method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D), which is a research method that aims to develop a product and test its effectiveness in achieving the expected goals. This research process consists of two main stages, namely product development and product validation. Users simply scan the unique QR-Code generated by the system using a mobile device to automatically record their attendance. The test results show that this system is able to increase the efficiency of attendance recording, reduce the risk of fraud, and simplify the data recapitulation process. Thus, this QR-Code-based attendance system can be a more modern and effective alternative in attendance management
