Abstract

This study aims to determine some physical properties Inceptisols Watutela in relation to organic matter and heating temperature. The research method is through laboratory experiments using completely randomized design (CRD), which consists of two factors. The first factor is the treatment of soil organic matter derived from goat droppings and the second factor is the heating temperature treatment. Each treatment consists of three levels and repeated 6 times to obtain         54 experimental units. Treatments organic matter goat manure include: without organic matter or Control (A0), organic matter with a level of 2.5% by weight of the ground (A1), and organic matter to the level of 5% of the weight of the soil used in the research (A2). Level-the level used in the heating temperature treatment includes heating at room temperature (P0), heating in an oven at a temperature of 50°C (P1) and heating it in an oven at 70°C (P2). Data processing studies to determine the effect of treatment among study done using ANOVA F test, subsequent treatment effect was tested further by honestly significant difference test (HSD). The research variables were observed consisting of: saturated soil water content, water content of field capacity, soil bulk density, soil porosity and soil aggregate stability. The results showed that the characteristics of Inceptisols Watutela the initial soil analysis showed a sandy loam texture, organic C content of 0.89% (relatively low). Based on observations showed that organic matter goat droppings and the heating temperature individually provide highly significant effect on all variables observed physical properties of soil. The interaction between organic material and the heating temperature very significant effect on saturated soil water content and soil porosity. On the other hand, the interaction between organic matter and heating temperature effect no significant effect on the measurement of field capacity moisture content, soil bulk density and soil aggregate stability Keywords: Inceptisol, Organic Material, Physical Properties Of Soil,Temperature

Abstract

Pelestarian lingkungan hidup merupakan kebutuhan yang tidak dapat ditunda lagi dan bukan hanya tanggung jawab negara saja, melainkan tanggung jawab setiap insan di bumi. Upaya pemerintah untuk mewujudkan kehidupan adil dan makmur bagi rakyatnya, harus disertai dengan tindakan pencegahan kerusakan lingkungan. Berbagai program pembangunan berkelanjutan dilakukan sebagai bagian perlindungan kualitas lingkungan. Salah satu program pembangunan berkelanjutan di bidang lingkungan, adalah pendidikan lingkungan hidup yang dimulai pada tingkat SD, SMP, SMA/SMK. Artikel ini membahas gambaran pelaksanaan program Adiwiyata. Program adiwiyata yaitu sekolah yang peduli terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya, yang meliputi sekolah bersih, sehat, indah serta lingkungan berwawasan global yang mengharapkan semua orang ataupun warga sekolah dapat sadar akan betapa pentingnya lingkungan sekitar. Maka dari itu sekolah yang menjalankan program adiwiyata memiliki kebijakan pengintegrasi pendidikan lingkungan hidup, seperti pada sekolah dasar pertiwi di kota makassar yang menjadi penelitian ini.

Abstract

Empowerment is a structured and planned process to increase the ability and independence of farmers in farm management. The study aims to analyze the program forms and the empowerment levels of lowland rice farmers. The research was conducted from April to December 2020 in Abenggi Village, Landono District, South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. The location determination is done purposively, considering that the majority of the people work as farmers. The research population was 280 household lowland rice farmers, and the sample was 15% of the total members of the farmer population of 42 respondents. The data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Qualitatively analyze to explain the form of empowerment with research variables, including types of empowerment assistance. Quantitatively is used to determine the level of empowerment of lowland rice farmers by using variables to show economic and social empowerment, including the story of ability and independence of farmers in managing potential, planning and solving problems in the future, self-direction, and bargaining power. The results showed that the empowerment program for lowland rice farmers consists of capital assistance through the PUAP program, provision of infrastructures such as irrigation facilities, farm roads, and grain drying places. The lowland rice farmers are empowered on the economic aspect, but not yet on the social part.

Abstract

ABSTRACT          The aim of this study was to determine the proximate analysis, phytochemical, and antioxidant value of keling sea cucumbers with different processing methods (steaming at 100oC and drying at 60oC). The parameters tested were proximate analysis (water, ash, protein, fat and carbohydrate content), phytochemicals test (alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, steroids, triterpenoids and saponins), and antioxidant activity. The results of this study obtained that the highest proximate values of water and carbohydrate content were found in the treatment of fresh sea cucumbers with values of 69.52% and 16.39%, respectivelly. For ash, protein and fat content, were found in the treatment of dried sea cucumbers with values of 10.94%, 53.54%, and 35.07% respectivelly. Phytochemical test of ethanol extract of sea cucumber (Holothuria atra) containing saponins, steroids and triterpenoids. The antioxidant activity test of sea cucumbers contained IC50 values ranging from 4616.35 ppm-3785.92 ppm, the best IC50 value was found in the fresh treatment with a value of 3785.92 ppm.Keywords: Antioxidant, keling, phytochemical, processing, proximate.ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai proksimat, nilai fitokimia dan nilai antioksidan teripang keling dengan cara pengolahan yang berbeda (pengukusan suhu 100oC  dan pengeringan 60oC). Parameter yang diuji yaitu proksimat (Kadar air, kadar abu, kadar protein, kadar lemak dan kadar karbohidrat), fitokimia (Alkaloid, flavonoid, tanin, steroid, triterpenoid dan saponin), dan aktivitas antioksidan. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai proksimat tertinggi kadar air dan kadar karbohidrat terdapat pada perlakuan teripang segar dengan nilai 69,52% dan 16,39%. Kadar abu, kadar protein dan kadar lemak tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan teripang kering dengan nilai 10,94%, 53,54%, dan 35,07%. Uji fitokimia ekstrak etanol teripang keling (Holothuria atra) mengandung senyawa saponin, steroid dan triterpenoid. Uji aktivitas antioksidan teripang terdapat nilai IC50 berkisar antara 4616,35 ppm-3785,92 ppm, nilai IC50 terendah terdapat pada perlakuan segar dengan memiliki nilai 3785,92 ppm.Kata kunci: Antioksidan, fitokimia, pengolahan, proksimat, teripang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan hasil belajar siswa SMP Negeri 6 Bulukumpa dengan menggunakan kolaborasi rangkaian gaya gerak listrik induksi dengan hukum orsted. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IXc, kelas ini digunakan sebagai sampel karena kelas ini belum pernah diberikan praktikum dan juga prestasi belajar yang rendah. Model penelitian ini yaitu one group pretest posttest design. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan uji-t diperoleh bahwa t tabel lebih kecil daripada t hitung. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa setelah melakukan pelatihan praktikum tentang kolaborasi rangkaian ggl induksi dengan hukum orsted terjadi peningkatan kreativitas dan hasil belajar fisika pada kelas IXc

Abstract

Sistem propulsi terdiri dari tiga bagian pokok yaitu: penggerak utama, sistem transmisi dan alat penggerak kapal (propeller), perancangan ketiga bagian ini sangat bergantung dari bentuk lambung kapal, khususnya area kerja propeller. Permasalahan klasik yang umumnya timbul dalam perancangan sistem propulsi adalah tidak tercapainya kecepatan operasi yang direncanakan atau rendahnya efisiensi propulsi yang dihasilkan. Fenomena ini juga banyak dialami kapal-kapal yang dibangun secara tradisional. Penelitian ini adalah kajian desain kriteria propeller clearance pada kapal tradisional tipe pinisi, khususnya terhadap peningkatan efisiensi propulsi kapal. Pengujian daya dorong kapal dilaksanakan pada tangki tarik dengan model panjang 1,2 m (skala 1/35). Hasil penelitian dengan metode gravitasi menujukan bahwa besaran daya dorong yang dihasilkan sangat bergantung pada jarak peletakan propeller. Daya dorong optimal terjadi pada jarak 1,5 m dari poros linggih, harga tersebut akan berkurang sesuai penambahan/pengurangan jarak tersebut. Tidak optimalnya thrust yang dihasilkan pada kondisi peletakan normal (jarak antara 0.35 – 0.7 m dari linggih poros) dikarenakan sudut kemiringan antara waterline dan longitudinal axis lambung kapal bagian buritan kapal melebihi ketentuan yang disyarakan.

Abstract

The research about status study of sea water quality to life ecosystem in Gulf of Tomini area. Study conducted in January, February, and March of location is territorial sea water the Regency of Parigi Moutong which is gone the round of some subdistrict region ( Sausu, Parigi, Ampibabo, Kasimbar, Tinombo,Tinombo South Arch, Tomini, Mepanga, Bolano Lambunu, Toapa, and Moutong). For the method of data collecting, in principle data collected consisted of the primary data, and secondary data. Based on the perception data / measurement to sea water quality, in general sea water quality in territorial of forest mangrove, sea grass , coral compose , maritime area wisata, and area of territorial water of port perceived to fulfill permanent sea water quality for the biota pursuant to ministrial decree of State of Environment No. 51 year 2004. Average result of quality measurement sea water by in situ, like brightness parameter, temperature, oil coat, pH, salinity, and dissolved Oxygen still below/under permanent of sea water quality.From inferential the result that status of sea water quality to life ecosystem in area Gulf of Tomini not yet impure/destroy so that potency of the happening of defensible environmental degradation. Key words : Sea Water Quality, Ecosystem, Gulf of Tomini.

Abstract

This study aims to know about levies market policies towards improving reception on the Lancirang Market of Pitu Riawa in Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine market levies managementby the Department of Revenue to the increased acceptance of market levies in Lancirang Market in Sidenreng Rappang.The method used in this research is quantitative research method (table percentage).Techniques of data collection is by distributing questionnaires to the respondents amounted to 81 people for a compulsory levy and 12 people from the Department of Revenue employee and conducting the direct interviewto informants of 5 people. From this research, it can be presented that the factors which influence the policy implementation of Regional Regulation Nu. 13 of 2011 about Service Fees Market Nu 4, includes communicating, organizing, implementing, and monitoring the obtained 78% based on the accumulated number of overall average percentage of indicator of market retribution management. In this research, there arethe indicators of market retribution management in Lancirang market which include planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring of the obtained 67.25% based on the accumulated number of overall average percentage of the indicators of market retribution management. As the indicators of acceptability Regional Income from market levy sector Nu 5, covers expanding the revenue base, strengthening the process of collection, improving the supervision, increasing the administrative efficiencyand reducing the cost of collection, and improving the capacity through better planning, which of the 12 respondents who participated obtained 75 , 4% of the accumulation of each indicator output or outcome of research undertaken.

Abstract

Drying grain using direct sunlight is still widely practiced in Indonesia. This method has an obstacle, namely that it is very dependent on solar conditions, apart from that, it also disrupts traffic flow because they often use the highway as a place to dry. In this research, a vertical tube dryer was developed using coconut shell fuel. Coconut shells are unused agricultural waste, this dryer can also use other fuels which become agricultural waste. The test results of the vertical tube dryer can speed up grain drying, from the manual method which takes 6-7 hours to 7-10 minutes with a grain weight of 5-10 kg. able to reduce water content from 27.3% to 13.6% (according to standard) in 7.9 minutes for a grain weight of 5.5 kg.

Abstract

This study aims to exmine the oral history of haroaano laa, the implementation process and the meanings of Bhoke in the boke tradition in the harvest festival in the community in Lapandewa Village, West Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency. The study used a qualitative descriptive method. The location of the study chosen was in Lapandewa Village, West Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out by direct observation, interviews with informants and documentation. Determination of informants using purposive techniques. Data were analyzed in four stages, namely; (1) data collection stage, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation stage (4) conclusion drawing stage. The informants in the study numbered 5 people, Data collection in this study was carried out using observation, interview and documentation techniques which were then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of this study are; (1) the harvest festival (haroano laa) is an annual tradition that has been carried out from ancient times to the present. The history of the harvest festival (haroano laa) when two people Labalubi and Labaura came to a place now called Lapandewa village. In this place there is a big river and is inhabited by many crocodiles, these two people also marked the place with a red flag and this flag is symbolized as a sign of danger. (2) The process of implementing Boke (a) Boke Preparation Stage (i) Determining a Good Day (ii) Time and place (iii) Tools and materials (iv) (b) Implementation stage (i) Pecking (Pompapecucu) (ii) Installing spurs (iii) Cockfighting (perumpa) (3). The meaning of Chicken in the Boke tradition in the Lapandewa Village community compares chickens to land that will be wagered where the chicken that wins the fight is considered land that has fertility and is free from disease outbreaks and disturbances from wild animals. The meaning of the Surabi and Bana spurs symbolizes harmony between communities.
