Abstract

Community-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Desa Lalang Sembawa face challenges in marketing and digitalization, limiting the potential of local goat milk products. This study aims to develop innovative packaging and digital marketing strategies to increase product value and market reach. The research uses a qualitative community service approach with direct mentoring to empower goat milk UMKM actors. The population includes all BUMDes managers of "Mugi Langgeng Farm," with purposive sampling selecting key managers and consumers. Instruments include field observation, in-depth interviews, and participatory discussions. Data were analyzed thematically with a descriptive approach. Results show the creation of a locally representative, visually attractive packaging design combined with effective Google My Business utilization, enhancing product visibility and consumer trust. The introduction of informative labels strengthened brand identity. The conclusion highlights that integrating innovative packaging with digital marketing tools significantly improves the competitiveness and sustainability of local UMKM products. Continued mentoring is needed to optimize digital adoption.

Abstract

Objective: The objective of this study is to investigate the adoption of fintech, specifically Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending, from both technological and financial perspectives. The aim is to analyze the factors influencing behavioral intention and use behavior, considering the role of financial literacy in the decision-making process Design/Methods/Approach: The theoretical framework underpinning this research is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), which is extended by integrating financial variables such as price value and risk. These concepts provide a solid foundation for understanding the behavioral factors influencing the adoption of fintech services, specifically in the context of P2P lending. This research employs a quantitative methodology, using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze data collected from 250 active P2P lending investors in Indonesia. Data was gathered through a structured questionnaire, with participants selected via purposive sampling to ensure they were familiar with fintech platforms. Findings: The findings revealed that performance expectancy and effort expectancy significantly influence behavioral intention to adopt P2P lending. Additionally, price value and risk have a notable impact on the use behavior of investors. The discussion contextualizes these findings within the theoretical framework, emphasizing the need for transparent cost structures and effective risk management to foster sustainable fintech adoption Originality/Value: This research is original in its integration of financial variables with UTAUT to examine P2P lending adoption. It offers valuable insights into the role of financial literacy in shaping user behavior, contributing to both academic literature and practical applications in fintech development. Practical/Policy implication: This study provides both practical and theoretical implications. Theoretically, it contributes to the understanding of fintech adoption by integrating financial perspectives into the UTAUT framework. Practically, it offers insights into how fintech service providers can enhance transparency and investor education to promote wider adoption and usage.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of ngoko Javanese language shift and identify the factors causing the shift in ngoko Javanese language in the community of Mukti Makmur Village, Simpang Kiri District, Subulussalam City. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection techniques for this study used observation techniques, structured interviews, recording techniques, and note-taking techniques. Based on the results of the study, it shows the process of ngoko Javanese language shift and the factors causing language shift in the community of Mukti Makmur Village, there are 40 data in total, namely 20 data related to language shift and 20 data related to language shift factors. After analyzing the research data, it was found that the language shift process is subordinate bilingual (B1-B2) consisting of 6 informants, equivalent bilingual (B1 = B2) 1 informant, subordinate bilingual (B2-B1) as many as 10 informants and monolingual (B2) as many as 3 informants. Then, there are language shift factors as many as 1 informant due to migration factors, 7 informants due to education factors, and 12 informants due to demographic factors. This language shift is most pronounced among the younger generation, who prefer to use Indonesian, both within the family and in society.

Abstract

This study aims to describe sentence errors in the Sociology Student Thesis at Malikussaleh University.  This study uses a qualitative method.  This research uses reading and record techniques.  This research data is a sentences in the thesis of Sociology Student Malikussaleh University.  The data source of this research is the Sociology Student Thesis at Malikussaleh University totaling 7 theses in 2024. Data collection methods using instruments in the form of data cards.  Data analysis is carried out by collecting data, reducing, presentation, and data conclusions.  The results showed that there were sentence errors in the Sociology Student Thesis at Malikussaleh University as many as 140 sentences.  Errors are divided into 5 parts, namely: (1) sentence elements must be clear (a) 45 sentences of non-subject sentences, (b) sentences of not predicated as many as 13 sentences, (c) sentences as many as 9 sentences.  (2) Sloor or Paragelan as many as 10 sentences, (3) Throughing sentences as many as 10 sentences, (4) 5 sentences, (5) impartial as many as 13 sentences.
